This store was so good on a Sunday afternoon. The young guy at the resister was so personable. He joked with us and was friendly and not trying to hurry us along. We always to to go by at least once every fall for the fall flavors. My husband got a pumpkin donut and a pumpkin nut drink. I had a maple frosted donut. The donuts were good and fresh. this is my THIRD time getting burnt food. they made my sandwich wrong, and forgot my last drink. when i reminded them, the worker seemed very displeased. as a dunkin employee at another location, it is extremely disappointing to see that this is how they run things at other stores. read more

Overall it is a good location, there have just been too many times to count where they have messed up my order. The space: I was a little surprised to find the space inside so small, but having sat in there for over 30 minutes I can see why it was just the perfect size. There was a steady flow of traffic and enough seating for those who wished to eat there. I found the tables and store in general could have used some upkeep/light cleaning. Lots of crumbs on all available tables and some seats. The food: I expected more of a donut selection but then I did get here around 11:30 and one side of the shelves appeared to have a curtain over it so I assume they sold out on half the availability and so perhaps there was more selection in the morning. The old fashioned donut itself tasted fresh and I could tell is likely the mothership of their existence . The strawberry and maple frosting were smooth and creamy and bursting with its expected flavor. The croissant and bacon was disappointing to say the least. While it was soft it lacked flavor and structure. The eggs in these sandwiches were as expected for not being freshly cracked. The sausage was as expected as in similar establishments. Overall the everything bagel with sausage cheese and egg taste good and was a great value. I'd personally skip the bacon egg and cheese croissant. I'd get the donuts again. The staff: the staff here were great. The young lady with dark hair who served us was especially kind and friendly. Not so Green: I'm huge on Recycling and although the bag and the coffee lid suggests these items should be recycled, there was no receptacle in sight, only a trash bin. :( read more

Should really update your app to reflect that this was not an option to pick up in store and state drive through pick up only. Also the drive through attended was rude on picking up the order stating it was walk in order...yes I placed that but there is a sign stating to dinning room is closed. This is my first time being here recently, and you definitely have a fan. Even though it is a small shop, the people who work here are really cool and personable. Also place has the best donuts around, especially since just their Boston creme donuts and some hot chocolate (after it cooled down a bit), almost like a mini snack by themselves. I almost got into a car accident because I had no idea this place was here and literally swerved and changed lanes super quick to come. I was very pleased, donuts & coffee ?! Heck, yes! They had all the flavors I liked and I settled for just one chocolate glazed donut since I was literally driving to go eat someplace else. I would give this 0 stars if I could. I have never seen workers literally go out of there way just to ruin my drink. There is not a single reason why I should have to walk in there 4 times & still left without a drinkable coffee. If I wanted black coffee, that's exactly what I would've asked for but I DIDNT!! First of all, amidst the drive though, the order taker continually badgered me to order and there wasn't even a line. He was a young guy so probably doesn't have much customer service experience. It was mid afternoon, Sunday, and we wanted to get some donuts. We couldn't decide to get six or a dozen and the guy kept badgering us, so my wife decided on a dozen. Now the fun begins. We wanted an assortment of different flavors and, of course, they didn't have any Bismarck's. I looked all over the order screen for flavors and didn't find any, however hot sandwiches and coffee were a plenty. So, we painstakingly ordered what he had at the time by asking him what he had. Of course, the order was screwed up. We ordered 4 glazed donuts and received 4 plain cake. To top it off, the donuts tasted a day old because they were very dry. Kids wanted donut holes at 5pm so I stopped by for it but they were out so I got half a dozen glazed donuts (cost $5.88). Gave the lady at the drive thru $6, she took the money and put in her drawer then handed me the donuts and said "thank you have a good night". I didn't drive away, instead I asked for my change and she looked surprised that I was asking for 12 cents change. Pennies or not, change should be given unless customer do not want. My mom is a huge fan of Dunkin Doughnuts and goes there every day to get her coffee. She has an accent and tries her best, last time we were there and she ordered something, a worker mimicked her accent and laughed at her. My mom got really embarrassed and hasn't gone back since. read more

I usually love this place, it just sucks when the coffee is so inconsistent. I go there and sometimes it's the best coffee i've had in a while and other times I get it and the coffee is completely sour and burnt. When I found out that Dunkin Donuts was a supporter of women's hockey I was excited to hear they were coming to Andover. My family has gone to Dunkin several of times and they always happen to be out of the kind of donut I want. I went there today and they told me straight up that it took an hour to make the donuts.
