Never again! Even if it is walking distance from the house. What is so difficult about a "Coconut Milk Chai Tea Latte...extra hot please." !?!?! For some reason, DDs are always lukewarm. Starbucks, Peet's, Common Grounds, can all manage it just fine though. Only one in the drive thru lane at about 10:45, stopping on the way taking my dog to the park to play frisbee. Order the $5.85 Chai Latte above and receive it as well as a pup cup. The Tea was extra hot.I should have known... Don't take a drink until I get to the park. Ugh!!! It's hot coffee with coconut milk. I don't really like coffee. Finish playing frisbee with my dog, then head back for the correct drink. DD is super busy now. Walk-in to the counter to voice the mistake and my displeasure at having to drive back. Request a Chai Tea Latte with a refund or credit/discount for another one at a later time. The supervisor says she can give me two! I tell her I don't want to drink two. She then says I can have a donut!!!!! $5.85 + time and gas should at least garner 1/2 a dozen donuts. Although, I don't want any. What an inept attempt to try and make it right for the customer. First, they rang me up for 22 pup cups Me: "Oh it's only 2 pup cups actually, and can you please hand me my coffee first?"(because when they don't, I have to hold all 3 items and the pup cups usually spill.) Them: Loud sigh. Scans my app. It didn't work, asks to scan it again. There's $14 loaded into my app. "You still OWE me 5.19" Me: "Oh did it not take it off? There's money on the app." Them: "Yes it did but you OWE me $5.19" Me: "Well that was my total so it must not have taken it off. Can you try again, please? " Them: SIGH asks for help from manager who had already cast an annoyed glance my way when I let them know I wasn't ordering 22 pup cups. Manager scans and says "Well NOW it went through" as if I had some power over any of it Me: "Ok thanks. Can you please hand me my coffee first?" Them: Proceeds to hand me the pup cups Me: "Can you please hand me my coffee first?" Them BIG SIGH. Gets flustered and says "CAN YOU JUST TAKE YOUR STUFF?" FOOD SAFETY VIOLATION ‼SOUR MILK/CREAMER‼ **I want my money back!** At this particular location the coffee ALWAYS has a bit of a sour taste to it. Today I ordered a small frozen original coffee. Once back at my office I took a sip of my coffee.... PURE SOUR MILK!!!! GROSS!!!! My coworker who was a former Dunkin employee years ago tried my coffee just to see how bad it really was.... she tried it... after her face went back to normal..... let's just say this genuinely nice human being was so angry that she demanded that I go back to the Williams street location and have them remake it, give me my money back, and if anything give them some words of wisdom. Went back and reordered my coffee at drive through after explaining that the coffee tasted like straight sour milk.... I got No Apology, just a monotoned voice "we can remake that for you". (Yes I was polite and not one of those ranting customers at a drive-thru). Once I received my coffee the lady at the window walked away and started talking on her headset. I tried the coffee.... STILL SOUR!!! FUCKING GROSS!!! At this point I'm mad, i don't have a face mask so I can't go inside, the drive thru is packed with cars, the employee shit the window and walked away, terrible customer service....... rather then blow the fuck up in the drive thru and ruin the employees day by taking it out on them I just left. The real problem is with the Owner or the manager. Whoever is the one who keeps ordering and allowing their employees to use SOUR CREAMER/MILK in the coffee served at this location. If the owner is reading this, get your ass to your store and check the milk, creamer, yeck! All of your products to make sure they are not expired!! Giving this review as this is the only Dunkin in reasonable distance to me. The workers are great and the food typically comes out as requested, but they often have one person working the register and several people kind of mingling in the back. It seems less efficient in my mind but obviously I'm not the manager. Definitely a great spot to get a coffee but please know that there is not a drive-through and we likely will have to wait in line if you go during a busy hour such as morning times or mid day as the sole person at the register as to take every person's order and is not exactly quick about it. Eh, I have to completely disagree with any positive review(s) written about this place. I was scheduled to Raleigh for meetings for about a month or so - which meant no Starbucks in route - therefore, dunkin donuts became the quickest option, *sigh*. My coffee was almost always made incorrectly (I even tried switching it up, to make my orders easier for them). They burnt the heck out of my bfast sandwich one morning, making it un-edible (see attached picture), which finally prompted me to contact the owner and manager. Ultimately, I was shuffled around and they had an extremely lackluster response - basically - they told me (yes, Al literally told me) that my bad experience was unique and 95% of his other customers were always happy. Whatever that meant. I was simply looking for a refund, which never happened :-/ Very odd and extremely poor customer service experience. I will certainly never visit this store again. Unfortunately, DD is franchised out, which means the corporate office will do very little in bad customer service situations... ultimately, it's up to the owner. This owner owns 2 locations, and obviously isn't that concerned with taking the time to make individual customers happy. I certainly won't be contributing to his pocket anymore. read more

Not sure about the place. Went in at 6pm on March 8, 2024. there was only one other customer in the store besides us. Not one employee acknowledged or helped us. We were very patient in waiting, only to realize they were not into working for some reason. The employees were afraid to make eye contact and hid behind there machines not actually doing any work. I counted 3 employees and one of them just walked out to her car not acknowledging anything. I don't think the employees get along in there and nobody wants to do the work because of it, tit- for- tat type of stuff is all I can figure. It's a shame to think the value of work is going down while inflation is going up. I will say on a positive note that the morning crew has their stuff together and does a good job, I would like to see the same effort for the night crew. I'm a huge fan of Dunkin cold brew coffee, but it's changed since last year. Three of the past 4 times I've gotten it, the coffee was so watered down I could barely detect a coffee flavor. It's nothing more than a cup of ice water with a splash of coffee. Absolutely terrible, especially at $4 a cup. The gentleman in the window today - I am so sorry I don't know his name- is always SO friendly. He remembers me and I always leave with a smile. It's gentleman deserves to be recognized for his consistent pleasantness. Working in the service industry for the public is a job that truly requires people skills and patience. I sometimes get a funky coffee but most of the time, even with crazy high volume, they do a great job. This window is fast for how much comes through. This is actually one of the better ones in the area. Their donuts and drinks are almost always five star. The problem is they are rarely ever fully stocked after 9am on weekends. If there is ever a problem with your order, they don't necessarily have the friendliest and capable enough employees to reconcile.
