    Frozen Coffee with SOUR MILK/CREAMER
    Leona H.

FOOD SAFETY VIOLATION ‼SOUR MILK/CREAMER‼ **I want my money back!** At this particular location the coffee ALWAYS has a bit of a sour taste to it. Today I ordered a small frozen original coffee. Once back at my office I took a sip of my coffee.... PURE SOUR MILK!!!! GROSS!!!! My coworker who was a former Dunkin employee years ago tried my coffee just to see how bad it really was.... she tried it... after her face went back to normal..... let's just say this genuinely nice human being was so angry that she demanded that I go back to the Williams street location and have them remake it, give me my money back, and if anything give them some words of wisdom. Went back and reordered my coffee at drive through after explaining that the coffee tasted like straight sour milk.... I got No Apology, just a monotoned voice "we can remake that for you". (Yes I was polite and not one of those ranting customers at a drive-thru). Once I received my coffee the lady at the window walked away and started talking on her headset. I tried the coffee.... STILL SOUR!!! FUCKING GROSS!!! At this point I'm mad, i don't have a face mask so I can't go inside, the drive thru is packed with cars, the employee shit the window and walked away, terrible customer service....... rather then blow the fuck up in the drive thru and ruin the employees day by taking it out on them I just left. The real problem is with the Owner or the manager. Whoever is the one who keeps ordering and allowing their employees to use SOUR CREAMER/MILK in the coffee served at this location. If the owner is reading this, get your ass to your store and check the milk, creamer, yeck! All of your products to make sure they are not expired!! This has happened to me at this location way to many times for it to be a one time deal. That is a Food Safety Violation. I'll be requesting my money back.

breakfast "sandwich" from the Apex location - yowsa!

They did a great job at moving a very long line on a Wednesday morning. Quality of the food was what you look for in a fast food breakfast.

The crust was not stellar. It was not thin (I prefer thick) but it was kind of limp, not crisp, so it was virtually impossible to pick up a single slice with my hands. I ended up cutting pieces to make them more manageable or used a fork under an entire slice to help support it while I ate. It didn't stop me from eating all the crust, up to the edges, which is my usual modus operandi. The plasticware was kind of on the shabby side. There were a few (less than a dozen) loose forks and spoons (not wrapped) in a station where you get such stuff. Curiously, there were no knives but I thought I would ask if I needed one. It turns out that I did want a knife, I asked the staff, they rooted around a bit, but couldn't find any at first. I keep a small supply of plasticware, napkins, etc in my car so I got a knife from there. In the meantime, the staff did turn up a couple of individually-wrapped plastic knives. I used mine instead and put the knives with the other plasticware for others to use. I ate half of the pizza at the restaurant and I got a takeaway box for the other half of the pizza for dinner. I will probably return to try other things.

I thought that it was a cool experience that they offered unlimited pani puri, and that is what our group had. It was fresh and nicely seasoned. The space is fairly large and they stay open late (until 11 PM on weekends), making it a great place to hang out with friends or stop by to satisfy a sweet tooth during a night out. I've purchased their macarons as gifts, tried several desserts here and to-go, grabbed coffee and stayed to do work, and even stopped by for lunch. Their light bites are quite tasty, and I especially enjoy their phyllo-dough pastries. Their latte options are great--the flavors are creative yet still approachable, and the syrup options are delicious. Service is attentive and efficient. There's always a big team behind the counter, and instead of calling names, they give you a number and bring food or drinks directly to your table, which is so thoughtful! They can get quite busy at times - lots of families and big groups stop by to hang out. I enjoy the community it brings, though sometimes this is not the most ideal place to get work done. Highly recommend Asali for anyone looking to try creative desserts, a great cup of latte!

Ambiance was just average, lots of people working and studying occupied most tables, service is friendly, the Napoleon seemed to be old with strange texture with no flavor, my husband ordered a cheese cake and said the same thing. It was a huge disappointment and we won't be back, spent almost $40 for two not good slices of cake, a pot of tea, totally not worth it! Food: 1 Service: 4 Ambiance: 3

The ambiance was warm, modern, and welcoming--perfect for both casual coffee runs and group gatherings. A special shout-out to Ahmed Ali, who was incredibly helpful, attentive, and made sure our group was well taken care of. Service like that truly makes a difference. I'll definitely be back and will be bringing my real estate team, The Cruz Group. If you're in Apex and appreciate great coffee, culture, and hospitality, Haraz Coffeehouse is a must-visit. Chairs are worn down, cushions are incredible stained, tables are heavily scraped and walls are super scuffed, paint is even flaking. At first it seems nice from a slight distance but as soon as you start paying attention to details the charm disappears. On top of this their prices are absurd. I know inflation and all, and while I won't start on their "fancy" drink prices (which in my opinion are still high), even their simple drinks like a single espresso shot or black coffee are just ridiculously high priced. The staff is friendly, but service is also quite slow for coffee and teas. While I won't not go, I would not go out of my way for this place. The only reason I still go is because it is still a kind of nice place to hang out and relax, maybe do some work or just hang out with friends as the location is very convenient. The drinks are hit or miss trip by trip. It's just very...meh..for me now.

It was very crowded there's not a lot of seating inside, they do have outside sitting. I did like how the inside looked and they had their pastries out front. I couldn't tell what to order and spent a few minutes trying to figure the menu out without getting overstimulated by the time I could even think about asking questions they had a really big line. I ended up ordering a medium cappuccino which I know see from other reviews that my disappointment was not just me. we did get a waffle croissant thing which was not bad. It tasted stale. So it was a bit tougher and chewier or I'm not sure if that's how it was supposed to be ? I'm sure if it was fresh it would have been better. My daughter ended up getting a fruit smoothie and a hello kitty looking Madeline that was banana flavored she really liked that. There are no prices on the things that aren't at their coffee station area. I did ask the guy up front that it was my first time here and I wasn't sure what to get, he just stared at me. Didn't say anything. And then corrected me when I asked for the waffle thing. Soo.. there's that. So I guess come here if you know what you want. Or come during non less busy hours. We only came by because it was across the street from our therapy appointment. But left more disappointed.. and I spent $22 with tip. Not even sure what I paid for or the prices it all happened so fast. So go here don't go here. We will probably try another place.
