It has everything going on -- crunch, creamy avocado, a little salty, a little sweet, tender chicken and that fantastic dressing that pulls everything together. It's one of those rare salads where I don't feel like I'm sacrificing anything by ordering a salad for dinner. It's a MEAL. I always order extra dressing, and I highly recommend doing the same because this salad is enormous. The dressing has two components that separate in the container, so give it a good shake before pouring.
