    Usually I love this Dunkin' Donuts (I am a frequent customer) but this time my experience was not so nice. For starters, I ordered my drink online with extra ice and when I arrived (5 mins later) there was barely any ice in the cup. I know sometimes mistakes happen or ice may melt, but, I then asked this employee nicely if she could add more ice because there wasn't that much and I was met with a nasty attitude and a comment that it all melted. I pointed out that I ordered just 5 minutes prior and she rolled her eyes at me and just walked away to get a cup of ice. This has been one of my only bad experiences at this Dunkin and I expect better moving forward.

    I have never experienced such disrespect and disappointment in my life from an employee before. I came to this Dunkin' Donuts before my 14 hour drive to order 2 iced lattes, bagel minis, and hashbrowns. I get to the screen where they take your order and started to tell him what I wanted and all I heard was the male employee scream "Godamn" into the mic, I said "what?", and he screamed "Godamn my ears hurt you need to learn how to speak lower". I WAS APPALLED AT THE DISRESPECT THIS YOUNG MAN JUST SHOWED ME! Simply for trying to order and speaking loud enough that he would have no trouble hearing me. When he handed me my food at the window, I explained to him how that was rude and he did not take this lightly, while continuing to use much profanity and escalating the situation. I asked to speak to the manager and he claimed he was the manager, but the other employees shook their heads at me indicating that he was lying. He was cussing at me and flicking me off after I told him I know he is not the manager. On top of all of this, I bite into my food and the inside is completely frozen!! Whoever the manager of this Dunkin location is please give me a call, this is not the first time I have encountered employees like this here and I think you need to look more in depth as to who you are hiring to work at your store. I would be shocked to see one of your employees acting this way to a stranger and still work here. Action needs to be taken about this employee! Mind you, I have been a customer at this Dunkin for 10+ years and would hate to inconvenience my own self over a disrespectful employee! I wasted $22 dollars on frozen food and horrible customer service!

    Again- a different amount of water in the coffee! Some days the water to coffee ratio is spot on- with this new management team... not reliable at all! I get a medium ice coffee with NO ICE- there should be nothing watering my coffee down...and yet- take a look at the photo!

    Poorly printed/misspelled cake

    Do NOT buy from this location! Recently ordered an ice cream cake from this location and had an issue with the printing and decorating of the cake. When brought up to the manager for restoration, the manager was not looking to provide monetary compensation. I would had brought it up on pick up, but inside the store was BUSY, and so were we. So we just grabbed the cake and made for the party. When we finally opened the cake, it was clear issues were made and no one brought it up to our attention. It was clearly the fault of the store for the flaws in the cake, but the manager wanted me to return the cake as proof, and even then only a replacement cake would be handed out. The party had already come and passed and I apologized to my daughter for the condition of her cake. The guy even told me to take it up with my bank! Literally said I could pursue a refund by getting a charge dispute started! Who does that? I love Dunkin' and Baskin's, so I will continue to shop at their stores. However, this location has lost the business of my friends, family, and anyone else who brings up going there. Treat your customers right, and they will be great advocates for you. Just a shame this happened. (I've added photos of the cake and conversation for evidence. I've left out personal identity info for protection of all parties involved)

    Two doughnuts, that were wrong, and that I am missing one out of three.

    I normally come to this Dunkin' because of how convenient the location is to my house. Today, I came in wanting to order, a large latte iced with butter pecan, a ham and Swiss croissant, and 3 doughnuts, one vanilla crème and two chocolate frosted. When I arrived, the drive thru line was RIDICULOUSLY LONG, so long that the tail of the line was wrapping the building. I chose to go inside and they ONLY had 3 people on the floor. I decided to stand at the register because I didn't find it necessary to use the kiosk but they, after about 10 minutes of me standing there waiting for my order to be taken with no acknowledgment, told me I had to use the kiosk to place an order. There was a family behind me who was surprised my order wasn't taken and this was just the beginning of the fiasco. After placing my order, I got my croissant INSTANT, but I still waited over 15 minutes for my latte and doughnuts. The family had to place their order on their phones and they waited with me for their 6 doughnuts. The people on the floor ONLY focused on drive thru and no mobiles, and at this point,the lady we had asked where our stuff was just ignored the fact we said something and took the woman in the front of the registers order and continue to make hers. This started a whole fiasco in the cafe and then I had said that I only had a few doughnuts and told which ones I have, I FINALLY got my latte and said good luck to everyone in the cafe and everyone coming in, before leaving. This situation was so stressful and mind blowing that I didn't bother checking my doughnuts to see I got handed the wrong ones and I was one short. !Worst experience I have ever had at a Dunkin.!

    Back at this place since the kids demanded a donut. 6PM & they're out of donuts! They'd settle for an ice cream. No vanilla, no strawberry, cherry is too runny, a new mystery flavor is just smoosh. To top that, the folks behind the counter are rude. As if it's my issue to know which BR ice cream is the right temperature to pacify the kids from the melting goo options on display! It's surprising that post renovations, this place has only gone down. Besides a rebrand, renovation, this place desperately needs a good management and nicer folks. Sadly, there aren't many DD's in the area & if we'll managed, this location has all the potential to be a great customer magnet. Only if....

    This place has nice drinks but no dounts it's in there title but they have nothing and there is no ice cream so it's okay
