The WORST!! I stopped by on 1/2 and asked for a scoop of ice cream. The kid told me they only had vanilla and chocolate (I went to the drive through). Then he said they also had Oreo Cookies & Cream. I asked for 1 scoop. What I got couldn't be described as a scoop. It was freezer burned and didn't even fill half the cup up. I threw it away when I got home. Stay away from this place. It also tasted like coffee- I don't know what he used to scoop the ice cream but this is not the first time I've had cleanliness issues with this place. I got a donut with a hair in it. Every time I give this place a chance, I end up slightly disappointed. Ordered 1 25 Assorted Munchkins & everything in the box is not fresh. 3 flavors. Usually I love this Dunkin' Donuts (I am a frequent customer) but this time my experience was not so nice. For starters, I ordered my drink online with extra ice and when I arrived (5 mins later) there was barely any ice in the cup. I know sometimes mistakes happen or ice may melt, but, I then asked this employee nicely if she could add more ice because there wasn't that much and I was met with a nasty attitude and a comment that it all melted. I pointed out that I ordered just 5 minutes prior and she rolled her eyes at me and just walked away to get a cup of ice. I have never experienced such disrespect and disappointment in my life from an employee before. I came to this Dunkin' Donuts before my 14 hour drive to order 2 iced lattes, bagel minis, and hashbrowns. I get to the screen where they take your order and started to tell him what I wanted and all I heard was the male employee scream "Godamn" into the mic, I said "what?", and he screamed "Godamn my ears hurt you need to learn how to speak lower". I WAS APPALLED AT THE DISRESPECT THIS YOUNG MAN JUST SHOWED ME! Simply for trying to order and speaking loud enough that he would have no trouble hearing me. When he handed me my food at the window, I explained to him how that was rude and he did not take this lightly, while continuing to use much profanity and escalating the situation. I asked to speak to the manager and he claimed he was the manager, but the other employees shook their heads at me indicating that he was lying. He was cussing at me and flicking me off after I told him I know he is not the manager. On top of all of this, I bite into my food and the inside is completely frozen!! Whoever the manager of this Dunkin location is please give me a call, this is not the first time I have encountered employees like this here and I think you need to look more in depth as to who you are hiring to work at your store. I would be shocked to see one of your employees acting this way to a stranger and still work here. Action needs to be taken about this employee! Drive thru line takes decades. Do not attempt if you don't have 30 minutes or longer to kill. They run out of donuts frequently which doesn't make sense considering this is a donut place. Do NOT buy from this location! Recently ordered an ice cream cake from this location and had an issue with the printing and decorating of the cake. When brought up to the manager for restoration, the manager was not looking to provide monetary compensation. I would had brought it up on pick up, but inside the store was BUSY, and so were we. So we just grabbed the cake and made for the party. When we finally opened the cake, it was clear issues were made and no one brought it up to our attention. It was clearly the fault of the store for the flaws in the cake, but the manager wanted me to return the cake as proof, and even then only a replacement cake would be handed out. The party had already come and passed and I apologized to my daughter for the condition of her cake. The guy even told me to take it up with my bank! Literally said I could pursue a refund by getting a charge dispute started! Who does that? I love Dunkin' and Baskin's, so I will continue to shop at their stores. However, this location has lost the business of my friends, family, and anyone else who brings up going there. Treat your customers right, and they will be great advocates for you. This review is about the Baskin-Robbins part of the store. Perhaps the worst service ever. I arrived to purchase a Polar Pizza for a gift. The staff told me I had to order thru an app on my phone. I asked if I could order directly from them, and they stated no. I asked if I could order from a computer and they stated "no -it must be through the app". So the next day I downloaded the app and ordered one and Baskin-Robbins gave me a pick up time. I arrived at the store and the SAME worker tells me I should have given more time to pick up the Polar Pizza as it takes a day or two. I told him the app gave me this time I didn't choose it. His reply was "that app doesn't work." This is the same man who told me to use the app on the previous day. I asked what I should do and he called his manager. After a call with the manager - he stated "yeah, we don't do Polar Pizza's any more." This is the same guy who told me I should have given it a day or two (or maybe a thousand, I guess). So two wasted trips and I have nothing to show for it it. No "I'm sorry." He didn't even apologize. The manager didn't want to speak to me to apologize. This place is ridiculous - go buy your ice cream from any other store. I bet the management doesn't even reply to this post. read more

I normally come to this Dunkin' because of how convenient the location is to my house. Today, I came in wanting to order, a large latte iced with butter pecan, a ham and Swiss croissant, and 3 doughnuts, one vanilla crème and two chocolate frosted. When I arrived, the drive thru line was RIDICULOUSLY LONG, so long that the tail of the line was wrapping the building. I chose to go inside and they ONLY had 3 people on the floor. I decided to stand at the register because I didn't find it necessary to use the kiosk but they, after about 10 minutes of me standing there waiting for my order to be taken with no acknowledgment, told me I had to use the kiosk to place an order. There was a family behind me who was surprised my order wasn't taken and this was just the beginning of the fiasco. After placing my order, I got my croissant INSTANT, but I still waited over 15 minutes for my latte and doughnuts. The family had to place their order on their phones and they waited with me for their 6 doughnuts. The people on the floor ONLY focused on drive thru and no mobiles, and at this point,the lady we had asked where our stuff was just ignored the fact we said something and took the woman in the front of the registers order and continue to make hers. This started a whole fiasco in the cafe and then I had said that I only had a few doughnuts and told which ones I have, I FINALLY got my latte and said good luck to everyone in the cafe and everyone coming in, before leaving. This situation was so stressful and mind blowing that I didn't bother checking my doughnuts to see I got handed the wrong ones and I was one short. !Worst experience I have ever had at a Dunkin.! read more

Stingy owners, AC was not working for half the summer (may until around maybe late July) as the employees were struggling in the heat. I talked to a kind young man who told me the owners refused to fix the AC and that it was even hotter in the back. Back at this place since the kids demanded a donut. 6PM & they're out of donuts! They'd settle for an ice cream. No vanilla, no strawberry, cherry is too runny, a new mystery flavor is just smoosh. To top that, the folks behind the counter are rude. As if it's my issue to know which BR ice cream is the right temperature to pacify the kids from the melting goo options on display! It's surprising that post renovations, this place has only gone down. Besides a rebrand, renovation, this place desperately needs a good management and nicer folks. Stood in front of three clerks who were talking to each other at the register for a good minute before one finally greeted me. That doesn't seem like a long time until you actually stand in front of someone in an otherwise empty store for a full minute, feeling like a complete idiot. She was pleasant in taking my order- one sandwich and one black coffee. She stood around talking with her coworkers after taking my card, so I didn't bother getting the receipt. The coffee came out quickly--and was good--but I waited for the sandwich. As I looked around, I realized how filthy this store is. Tables smudged with sugary, greasy fingerprints. Crumbs on floor. The donut case was in a poor, picked over state and the glass was also filthy. As I stood (in the completely empty store), I start wondering what order they must be working on that isn't my own. Five minutes later, a different staff member asks me what I'm waiting on. I tell him and he looks at a stack of online food orders that have yet to go out. He finds two boxes and hands them to me. I ask him, "I ordered only one. Did I only pay for one?" He said to take them both because he didn't know. I said, "I only want one. I only wanted to pay for one. Can you confirm this is the case?" He tells me to take both again. Finally the first clerk comes by and opened both boxes-- one was my order, and the other was someone else's. He was about to give away someone else's food to me! Such an unpleasant experience this morning while being helped by CAROL!!! I ordered a frozen coffee with no dairy (typically I do frozen coffee with no dairy sub oat milk). But before I was able to say oatmilk, CAROL interrupted me by responding "well how do you expect me to make it!?". I responded by again saying please no dairy and asked if I "could substitute for" but before I could finish my sentence, she proceeded to ask me "what do you want then coconut milk or almond milk??" Now, side note, I was thrilled to hear her mention these alternatives (which are actually my preference) as I have been told by every other DD, that when purchasing a frozen coffee, no milk products derived from nuts are aloud in the mixing machine, only oat milk and 'regular' milk is aloud. I told CAROL coconut milk or almond milk would be great and said thank you. She replies "Well I can't make that for you we don't do that, it's not aloud". (Which I expected, however was perplexed as to why she offered it in the first place) but said no problem and asked for oatmilk instead. She responded that oatmilk was not aloud either and that she would not do it. I stated I had never had an issue while ordering oat milk, as I had many times prior to this. She then began to lecture me on her policies and procedures while condescendingly telling me I had no idea what I was talking about. I stayed silent and did not respond. She appeared to realize I was not going to join in her debate and told me that she would NEVER EVER do this for a customer AGAIN and that she was going to "do me a HUGE favor and let me have oatmilk this ONE TIME!!!! But to NOT EVER ask for it again". CAROL if you see this review please know that DAIRY is milk that is collected from animals. World dairy milk production is almost entirely derived from cattle, buffaloes, goats, sheep and camels. Other less common milk animals are yaks, horses, reindeers and donkeys. All other milks are dairy free. So when ordering NO DAIRY I am asking for you to not put ANIMAL milk in my coffee. This does not include other milks. With all of this being said- I do not appreciate CAROL's lack of knowledge about her store and attitude to her paying customers. I am absolutely floored that she is the GM. Her staff on the other hand was wonderful. Oh and she charges for water cups!! read more

I ordered through Door Dash and every donut I ordered was incorrect. I spoke to an employee (7:31pm Thursday night 5/26) who was having a HORRIBLE night and thought it best to take her frustrations out on me as the customer. She reported she gave a replacement because she did not have the donuts I ordered she actually said she only had "three donuts in the store." I'm not sure the flavors of those donuts - but I'm guessing they were not the flavors I ordered. I asked for the manage's name and was provided "Carol." I will contact Carol and the locate the district manager tomorrow as the poor woman I spoke with was having such a horrible night, she could probably use some time off or maybe more staff in the store, I'm not sure. But she was so overwhelmed, speaking so quickly that a few times she lost her breath, it was heartbreaking to hear someone in such distress over donuts. With the employee shortages going on now I can only imagine how overworked this employee must be, it was actually very sad to hear her frustration. It might be possible customer service is not the best line of work for her to be in because it can be so stressful and some people are just not equipped to talk to the public without getting so worked up. Maybe "Carol" as the manager might want to have a conversation with this employee to truly find out if her working at Dunkin' Donuts is really the best fit for her. Seriously she was so completely overwhelmed--I can only imagine how she must feel under such pressure. I did speak with Door Dash and was provided a full refund for the incorrect donuts and the gentleman at Door Dash was so kind, and understanding, never have a problem with them, great staff. I did explain to Door Dash how overwhelmed and distraught the employee was, and the gentleman stated Door Dash would get in touch with the manager to discuss as well. I think "Carol" might do better supporting her staff or possibly not leave someone on charge that is clearly not up to the job. It's unfair to the employee to put her in a situation where she was so completely overwhelmed. I did read the other reviews regarding the negative customer service at this location. I'm sure the employees are not to blame, positive customer service trickles down from management, from what I've read and my experience tonight, management did not put the best candidate in a customer service position. I also wonder, why if the store is open until 9:00, and I called at 7;30, there are only "three" donuts in the entire store? For reputation sake, as Dunkin' Donuts usually has such great products, this store might want to shut down for just a while to retrain their employees and/or higher employees who do not get so distraught and overwhelmed when dealing in customer service. And finally, to the poor woman I spoke with tonight who was having such a horrible night, completely overwhelmed and distraught, remember it's only donuts. I had 2 very different experiences at this particular store. The first on 2/25 at 11:52am. The woman at the drive thru greeted me with a cheerful "good morning!" and verified my mobile order before saying that it will be ready for me at the window. I received my order (exactly as I wanted it!) with a genuine and friendly "thank you, have a great day!" The whole interaction took less than two minutes and was excellent. THAT was a 5-Star experience. The second experience was atrocious. On 2/26 I placed a mobile order at 3:22. I didn't notice the line of other cars in the drive thru or I might have just walked in - it took 7 minutes just to get to the speaker, and when I did, the attendant flatly stated "be with you in a minute." A while passed and I said the name for my order. "Okay pull around to the window." After waiting several more minutes to reach the window, the woman just stared at me. I said the name for my order again and she said "okay" and turned to lean back against the register. A while passed, she grumbled quietly to herself under her below-the-nose mask. After another few minutes she went back to me and groaned "we're out of cold foam... do you want, like, whipped cream or something on it?" At this point I had been waiting over 11 minutes for a coffee that was never made and going to be late back to work from my lunch break. I asked for a refund, she turned away without confirming. After another several minutes fiddling with the register she said "I can't do a refund right now, my managers not here... so... do you just... like... want it without the foam?" She had several opportunities to tell me my order couldn't be made. This store could have updated availability on the app. The attendant could have told me when I got to the speaker and offered an alternative. She could have told me when I first arrived at the window. Not once did I receive an apology, or a thank you, or a hint of politeness. This woman was rude the entire 15+ minutes it took to get an iced coffee. I lost track of how many times she rolled her eyes at me. When a substitute was finally ready, she shoved it out the window at me and didn't say a word. No "have a nice day," no "sorry for the trouble," no "thank you for waiting" or "we appreciate your time," or any sort of pleasantness. I was horribly mistreated today. The staff is ill-equipped for their reopening. I got coupons in the mail to announce and excite us that this location opened again and my experience for the last few days is that this location is a complete mess. Everyone's orders are messed up (every person stays at the drive-thru window for at least 5 minutes trying to get the right order) and when we ask to fix the order, it's rewarded with snide remarks and even more wrong orders. Today I wanted to have a refund and I was made fun of to me face, was rejected of a refund, and then after insisting that I want to return my order (in which they agreed only after a few minutes of me insisting) they told me to just come inside the store to return it. I went inside and waited in a long line for them to get to me and immediately make fun of me again, to my face, and then continue to tell me to come back tomorrow for when the manager is here to get a refund. What kind of establishment hinders a common process of returns?! Everyone in my the line behind me was returning orders because they were simply the wrong order and were mischarged. I was excited to have a Dunkin' closer to home, especially one attached to a Baskin Robins, but after these last few experiences, I'm throwing the coupons out and going to the one in Ashburn Village. Agree with others. My order being correct is hit or miss. And when I challenge it, I get met with rudeness and blank stares. I place a very specific order every time for iced coffee with milk and sugar to help prevent the coffee being mostly milk versus coffee, plus I don't want to wait for a new coffee to be made and waste the first one. 6 out of 10 times, it will be right.
