I've given this Dunkin' infinite chances to the point where I've actually been laughed at for it. Apparently it's township known that they're terrible. I always give multiple chances though as associates and management eventually change. The manager is so kind and understanding but offering a free coffee for a screw found in the iced coffee I received is just insufficient, but yet, I just kept coming back. This happened July 2020. Silly me. They just couldn't figure it out with my order today, so when I said I'd just take a full refund because I was frustrated and it kept getting complicated the associate literally said "you're the one making this even more complicated." Even though it was his fault for the coffee error and the wraps (I had specified twice) my boyfriend went to fix it and again, manager super nice, associate rude and dismissive. My boyfriend was so bothered by this that he called the store once he got home and spoke to the manager again-- who offered us.... What do you think? Free coffee or two and a free donut. My $20 order, rude associate, two incidents with two different people within twenty minutes, and it just doesn't feel sufficient. I also know I'm a little extra emotional but it just all could have been avoided. Including the picture from the screw as I don't know why I still have it. ZERO STAR- Every time I go here my order is wrong, I always order 2 sweet black pepper bacon egg and cheese sandwich with extra bacon and I pay for the extra bacon. They just cant get it right. And they have plenty of time to get it right because they make me pull around front and make me wait. Today I asked for the 1 sweet bacon egg and cheese and an everything bagel toasted with butter and cream cheese. Instead of the Everything bagel I got a bagel with sausage egg and cheese. I hate their sausage and I even waited out front for my order. FOR NOW ON I WILL OPEN MY SANDWICH IN FRONT OF THEM AND CHECK MY SANDWICH AND ENTIRE ORDER. I just feel bad for the other customers because now they will have to wait for my order to be right. I called them today and the manager Alysa was just blank on the phone. I said "will you compensate for my order" and she said yes, but she should have offered. Their excuse was they were short staffed. I'm not sure why this Dunkin has so many bad reviews because I usually have pretty good experiences here. My orders are always correct and come out in a reasonable amount of time. Customer service is usually fine but last time the employee who rang up my order was clearly new and struggling to figure it out, but was obviously trying very hard to do well. I guess the only problem would be that Dunkin needs more thorough and supportive training because I have noticed this at other locations as well. My favorite things to get here are hot chocolate, frozen hot chocolate, and the brownie batter and cookie dough donuts that are only sold in February for Valentine's day. In general, I don't think Dunkin' bagels are that great and I'm not a coffee drinker but I've been told that Starbucks and Wawa are much better for coffee. I still like the egg and cheese on a toasted bagel, but there are definitely much tastier breakfast sandwiches at other stores so I usually stick to the chocolate drinks and donuts :) read more

This is literally the worst Dunkin' Donuts ever. Considering I live around the corner dispute their continuous mess ups, I still try to support but how can you serve cold fast food? It's like they prepare even the hash browns as soon as they open and serve hard, cold hash browns to avoid the morning rush. But this is insane! Everything I ordered was hard and cold. It seems that my wake up wrap had been woke up, just sitting there dried out waiting hours for me to come and order it smh. Manager is very rude. Every time he rushes you at the drive thru screen. Every morning I go he is on the mic and expects everyone to be dunkin donuts experts. This morning I explained that I wanted a chocolate donut with the clear frosted on it. He said OK chocolate glazed. I drive around and it is a regular donut with chocolate icing. I explained to the woman what donut I wanted and she knew right away and handed it to manager. He told me with a big attitude that I ordered a chocolate glazed. I go daily because it's right around the corner. However since the new management took over a few years ago it has gone down hill. Workers change every week, service is slow and just ordering coffee sometimes you are asked to pull around and they will bring it out. Seriously a cup of coffee and I have to wait 10 minutes! One day I went inside and the poor girl was so frazzled that they were so busy and only her and another girl working the drive thru she was crying. I felt so bad. We waited over 30 minutes that day inside and there was only one person in front of us. Coffee is good, when they get your order right. I used to love this Dunkins so much. But recently they got a new manger "Ms. K" or something... 1. This is not preschool??? and 2. Every time I go in or go through the drive thru she either is yelling at an employee for doing their job, or firing someone for doing their job. A few weeks ago one of the crew members didn't want to sell the frozen turkey sausage (as they shouldn't, I've previously worked at a different Dunkins and this is against corporate policy) and she said just cook it twice, when the crew member wouldn't the manager told them to clock out and not come back. Today I went through the drive thru, but when I got to the window, there the manager was telling a different crew member that she could leave and not come back, because the crew member was saying how they needed to go faster (it was pretty slow) I don't understand why then you would send someone home if the line is slow. I find it EXTREMELY unprofessional for a manager to talk to the employees this way in general, never mind in front of customers. If I was "Ms. K's" manager I would tell her to clock out and never come back. read more

I never usually put much energy into anything that has to do with this town in all of my 20 years living here , but i can safely say this is the worst Dunkin' donuts you will ever experience. It is entirely supported by all of Atco, because we are lazy people and do not feel like always driving to a different dunkin. If you want something specific , you have to ask for the exact opposite. For example, if you're really feeling a refreshing sweet iced tea with lemon, you might as well ask for a small black coffee with milk , because that's what you will be getting if you ask for what you actually wanted. These little mistakes would be good and great and all if the workers had an ounce of livelyness and enthusiasm in their bodies, but it seems as thought they would rather swallow a knife while water skiing on top of a bed of nails then hand me my egg and cheese wake up wrap. I think i speak for all Atco - Dunkin going individuals when I say that this establishment needs to reevaluate its entire existence. Horrible the food is never cooked. The wake up wraps are still cold in the middle. They used to heat the food before new management. Also god forbid you walk into the door and order food it take at least 20-30 minutes for the following order: 2 small hot chocolates, a donut, two sausage egg and cheese wraps, three hash browns, and a coffee. One star for this place, If I could give it none I would. My daughter went in( 7pm tonight to order some bagels with cream cheese and coffee. She had coupons but forgot to give one to the sales girl whose name was something like Adanna. She was completely ignorant and grunted through a refund. After she handed my daughter the refund she swiped one of the coffee's from the holder and said there's your refund and took the coffee. Leaving my daughter minus a $2.50 coffee. I wondered what it was about this Dunkin Donuts that I didn't like, and then I read the reviews, especially the one by Paul R - YES, I get it now! I always feel rushed when placing my order in the morning. The person who usually takes the order is young and pushy and from the moment he opens his mouth he's obviously trying to bully you into ordering as fast as you possibly can. Maybe they let him have too much free coffee? Maybe he's getting a commission on how many people he can push through the drive-through? I don't know but it's always unpleasant. Atco DD ordered and paid for two ice coffees w/ cream and sugar, waited 10 min to be told they had to make more, waited 20 mins & was asked what I ordered (did I mention the order was paid and on their system) they delivered black iced coffee and told me I didn't order cream and sugar. Every time without fail, I come here and they screw up my order. Today was the last straw. I came to get my drink and they put whipped cream on it when I especially did not ask for it, and then I asked for a glazed donut. What did I receive? I got a jelly donut and I can't fathom how they could've possibly gotten the two confused when the jelly donuts don't have a hole in the middle.....
