Now this place knows how to cream cheese a bagel - get the everything and iced coffee
Sarah M.

My cousin introduced me to the wonders of Dunkin Donuts. Their iced coffees are such a good value and they don't skimp on the cream cheese at this location. I recommend the iced coffee and the everything bagel with cream cheese. Yum.

My husband and I genuinely could not get over how good the biscuit was.....perfectly flaky, buttery. They also have an option covered in an espresso glaze, and it's just ridiculously good. I'm still thinking about it. Coffee was really solid (always matters), and the space itself is super cute and cozy. They also made Mickey Mouse pancakes for my daughter, and she was absolutely obsessed -- such a sweet touch and totally made her day. Westwood is a must. We'll absolutely be back.

There was a fair amount of parking but I would imagine it gets busy during the lunch rush around 11am-12pm. Thankfully we didn't have any parking issues. Inside is really cute too there's a little area with fresh pastries and sweets and then in the back there's a small library where you can read or take a book for free! They do have a few things to purchase as merch too like tshirts. Seating is all outdoors except a few barstools inside. The people taking our orders were super nice. I wasn't sure what to get so they gave some recommendations and ways I could customize my order with chicken vs. falafel. We ordered the Devito cutlet sandwich, the Greek Freak with chicken, the snickerdoodle latte, and the pumpkin spice latte. Everything was made pretty fast and it all was fresh and delicious. You can tell it's all fresh and homemade which is always so nice to have. I would definitely come back here and maybe even try a different location. I think it would be nice to have more seating options indoors especially with the weather getting colder. I also would love to try other seasonal drinks since they have a wide selection.

During my first visit, they had a pop up from Mirah's Sweet Shoppe. During my second visit, there was a pop up from J. Bakes. Out the gate, I love that they give other local small businesses an opportunity to shine and generate revenue. If you follow The Baker's Grove on social media, you see that they post pictures of these beautiful pastries and pastry cakes weekly. If that's not enough to get you in your car and over to their bakery, I don't know what is. Not only are the pastries beautiful, they are delicious! They make a coconut cream doughnut that I am currently addicted to. Their key lime tart is delicious. One thing I will say is that if you get anything chocolate of theirs, make sure you're a true chocolate lover. I got a slice of the s'mores tart for myself and a slice of chocolate cake for my mom and one thing we agreed on is that both treats were very, very rich. On top of all this deliciousness, the service is usually friendly and efficient. Even with a line, they get you in and out swiftly. There's not much room to dine in, but it's definitely worth a stop by.

That spoke volumes to the quality and the success they are having!!! I was hoping to try the chocolate cake but the chocolate cake was actually sold out so I opted for the S'mores tart and the Ube cheesecake. Let's dive into the details: the crust on both of these desserts are delicious and seemingly identical but they shine differently as they pair with the other ingredients in their recipe. The S'mores tart was rich in chocolate, with a toasted marshmallow topping. The cheesecake was big enough to share and also had some beautiful elements such as the toasted coconut, and the creamy whipped topping. Their service was fast and the line moved quickly. I loved the big display window giving a visual to the hard work happening in their kitchen too, a nice personal touch indeed! The location is perfect, there is a private parking lot shared with other surrounding businesses and there's patio seating.

Chef Burke helped elevate Dixie Lee and we all get the benefits. Each and every offering is top notch! The use the best ingredients and make everything from scratch. The must haves for me are the jelly donuts and the black and white cookies. The buns rolls and breads cannot be matched. The cookies and cakes are phenomenal. This is a walk up counter place only no tables to snack at but it is always bright clean and welcoming. Long live Dixie Lee!!! Get in there and grab some goodies!

They looked great. Got home and just now was going to make lunch with them. I have to say so disappointed. I asked for two "hard" rolls and boy did I get them. They were more like day old hard rolls . Instead of being crispy they were rotted it seemed. Completely fell apart, crumbled at touch . No crunch or crispiness and my fingers pushed thru the outside surfaces like going into cardboard. Crumbled and felt so stale under these circumstances had to be at the minimum day old left out dried up rolls. I had heard they went down a bit down the "old" Dixie Lee, but this was embarrassing. Sorry David Burke, I expected so much more from you... I learned my lesson today.. off to J&M where I should have gone to begin with. And it's a shame. 3 yrs ago I was a fan. Not any more...
