The recent upgrade of the drive through has been a hit! Our family of 4 live within 5 minutes and now make dunkin an almost daily staple. We were initially unsure of the set up in the bayshore plaza parking lot they share with the pharmacy & food town., but it has made getting our orders very convenient. Our favorites :matcha latte with almond milk & cold foam, Regular lattes, omelette bites, breakfast sandwiches, an occasional Boston cream donut, and their absolutely yummy avocado or humus toast on sourdough bread with sun dried tomato are always done right & with a smile. I cannot say enough bad things about this Dunkin location! Multiple times I have ordered an iced coffee with milk, I have been given cups of milk! No coffee has ever been included in my iced coffee! Donuts and bagels are left upside down in the bags, and workers do NOT wear masks! This location used to be superb. Recently, not at all. I go out of my way to drive to a different Dunkin location because I cannot depend on Atlantic Highlands Dunkin. There is an immense lack of care and dependency in these workers. It seems like this location isn't taking Covid guidelines seriously at all - I definitely won't be going anymore. The male worker making my order was not wearing a mask - just a bandana (around his neck, not even over his face). I couldn't drink it - don't want other people's droplets in my coffee. Dunkin in Atlantic Highlands, since you've opened your drive thru, (which is horribly designed, you can't get remotely close to the window because of the short sharp curve from the menu to the window) you've decided to close the inside at 4pm. Customers have no way of knowing what you have or don't have, I've received my order wrong multiple times, asked for chocolate glazed and received plain chocolate donuts. Part of going to any bakery, and stores like yours is the customer gets to see what is available and select what they want. It's ridiculous that we no longer have that option, except to get there before 4pm, and if you go after 4pm your employees don't listen to what your asking for. Even when you are in the store you often have to point to what you are asking for!! Which I don't have a problem with, the issue is not being able to do that. So, from now on I'll be asking your employees to list off every donut you have available. Really dumb, hire more people if that's the issue, that's what they said when I just called to complain. Like most of us we like our caffeine when we wake. This dunkin doughnuts hours say the opening time is 5:30. In the last month I was at this particular location at 5:30, 5:45, 6:00 and 6:10 and they were not open or to make matters worse they were there in full view but refused to open the door or acknowledge my existence as they were seemingly unprepared. When I asked for the manger via phone to see if they might want to change the hours on the door it fell on deaf ears. So if you are and early riser I would not rely on them to give your your first cup. I never write a review based on 1 or 2 incidents but when it's a constant pattern it's a must. read more
