    Loaded hashbrowns

In the middle of eating my food I find a hair in what I'm eating !!! Thank you so much Dunkin !!! Y'all are disgusting there and need to do better. I won't be back to this location. Also let me add my ordering experience. At the box I said I want a medium French vanilla iced coffee with cream and sugar. YALL REPEATED IT BACK TO ME then I ordered a blueberry donut and loaded hasbrowns. You then claim to not have heard me order my coffee, didn't know what blueberry thing I ordered and didn't know I said loaded hashbrowns. I had to repeat myself 2 times after this.

Amanda wasn't kind or professional while taking my order. She had bad attitude and did have good customer service skills.

Very very slow drive thru even if not busy. Staff do not seem well trained and orders are commonly wrong.

This place has the best tea I've EVER had, it is second to NONE. I've tried many times to replicate…read moretheir tea, but they must have magic water, because even with Tabitha's recipe it's just not the same. Their menu changes seasonally and each seasonal special is always scrumptious. The menu staples that you must try: cheesy chicken crunch, any daily tea, smoked gouda pumpkin dip, windsors, broccoli salad, and the heavenly scones that come with Devonshire cream on the side. The scones come complimentary with your meal, but our family enjoys them so much we call ahead to warn them we're coming and order extras. It doesn't matter what flavor scone they're serving, they are all delicious; cooked perfectly, soft and crisp at the same time. I've yet to find any place with scones that can replicate or out do these, and since this place is over 1300 miles from my home, believe me I've tried. The scones here are so delicious that we even had them served at our wedding. Along with the daily tea they also offer a daily soup and daily quiche. This is one of the few places I've ever been where I've always been satisfied with whatever is coming out of the kitchen. They also offer dessert, but between appetizers, our meal and the many scones we have, there is hardly ever enough room left for dessert. Beyond the amazing food, this place gives back to their community. They participate in many of the local events, and promote the city. They host special events such as tea with the Easter Bunny, Santa Clause, and Mrs. Clause, and these events have been major memory making events in the childhoods of our family. We love any event they're hosting. When our father was going through cancer treatments and couldn't make it to join us, as he usually would, they sent us home with a goodie bag with well wishes written on it for him. They are truly good people that value the relationships they build with their customers. We as customers were just as emotional as one of the servers when they were leaving to retire, which is just one example of the bonds built here. While this is a tea room and fully supports any fancy tea attire, you can also come as you are, they're happy to see you either way. They also have many hats through out the tea room that can be worn or used while there. In addition to food, they also have a retail area and various retail items throughout the tea rooms within the building. My favorite time to shop here is Christmas time because they have the cutest aprons which are perfect for making Christmas cookies with the family. They also sell the tea that they make, pre made or just the tea itself (loose leaf or in bags), they're not gatekeeping, they want to share the goodness. If you want to enjoy the Florida weather, you can opt to dine outside on the front porch. No matter which spot you choose to take it all in, you won't be disappointed. We come home to this area nearly 3-4 times a year and we never come back without making sure we visit this tea room. My only warning is that the neighbors next door aren't cool and they won't share the obviously available parking, so make sure to pay attention to the posted parking signage when choosing your spot. We also recommend a reservation if you plan to come with a larger party since the different tea rooms can limit where you can be seated, based on availability. I hope you'll love this place as much as

We both got one of the seasonal caramel drinks (old man Marley?). I got the hot and she got the cold. The hot was decent, no real complaint but I'd go elsewhere honestly. She told me to taste it without telling me what she thought but we both came to the same conclusion. No clue what it could've been but it was awful. The service was mid, as the barista seemed bored and not overly friendly. The coffee was good, although the roast was much brighter than my preference. The double chocolate chip muffin was delicious and not overly sweet overall, I would definitely come back and try it again! There is limited seating inside but also seating available outside street parking is limited so if you don't like dealing with that, this may not be the place for you.

You just need to be discerning and don't have high hopes for nothing but glitz and glamor. We have purchased some fruits and vegetables, which we have not complaints about. They do have vendors that sell miscellaneous "junk" and we have bought a few items from them as well. This may not be a place for the bougie, albeit we did see some booths with bougie (in our minds eyes) items for sale. I got there before 10:00, which is when breakfast stops being served. However, by the time the server finally acknowledged me, it was after 10:00 and she said it was the lunch menu now. Really? After she kept me waiting so long it missed out?!?!? Thankfully there was another person there who said I could order breakfast. The food came in a to go container, not sure why, and when they asked if I wanted it to go, and I said no, they took it back to the kitchen where it felt like they just dumped it onto a plate and brought it back out. Interesting. After listening to the conversation going on, apparently the owners had fired everyone and brought in an all new crew. I had the second person she my server was brand new, so that might account for some of the concerns I had. If I go back, it won't be for a few months to let everyone get their legs under them and maybe things will change?
