The breakfast sandwich was burnt (the bagel was black on top). I was catching a flight so didn't bother complaining, but it wasn't the best (very dry and, as I said, burnt). The service was friendly and the prices are reasonable. And, hey...if you're ever in the Rochester airport--these folks have coffee and they'll get it to you, if not accurately, expediently.

The two employees switched back and forth between who they were paying attention to, and even then the employee who ended up coming to the counter didn't remember what the order was she had just filled. Ultimately, I think Ridge Donut Cafe probably caters more to the folks who grew up in the area and have some nostalgia for it than anything else. As a newer customer, I've tried it a couple times and always walked away thinking it was just okay. Will I visit again? Probably not... I've done my due diligence in trying this cafe, and I just don't have those memories / that nostalgia for it that locals do.
