I will give a 2 because food was given. However...went the day after the 4th ...i.e July 5th at 8:20. Picked up 5 dozen donuts, which I agree is a lot. However, this is a donut shop. The attitude of the counter person was less than happy, and/or happy to help. They stuffed 3 different types of donuts sloppily into the boxes, and did it with disgust. I manage a local business, and was getting these as treats to referral practices. They had to be brought back to our office and cleaned up - there was chocolate icing smeared on all of the boxes. I am not one to complain, however, I have come before, and was treated like a bother to the staff that was enjoying themselves at the drive through window. Place is filthy. Service is slow. I don't understand why - this is a fairly new location. It hasn't really had the time to undergo the slow decay that is typical of chain restaurants. Sad, really. The best part? We've been here twice. The first time, I ordered a plain bagel with plain cream cheese. When I got it, the cream cheese had random bits of tomatoes and other nasty shit in it. I had them remake it. I gave them the benefit of the doubt; it might have been a fluke. Came back again. Same thing. Contaminated bagel. Had them remake it. I won't be back. I was so excited when this opened because it is on my way to work. I have been disappointed several times though as this is probably the worst dunkin I have been to. They are extremely slow, the building and parking lot are terribly designed, they frequently forget items you ordered and the staff is unprofessional. read more

Just left this location. It is quite disappointing to see the following: 2 employees with mask off dangling from one ear, working and talking to customers over money and food; a third employee without a mask at all serving ice cream to customers who were all in masks. In addition, the employee who's gloves hands handled my money at drive thru, also kept on same gloves to go dip my ice cream order. I just read your updated Covid policies on masking and hygiene. Perhaps additional education of these employees is needed. It's a risk. read more

I have ordered a mocha (cappuccino) blast multiple times from this location and it has turned out drastically different each time I go. Edit 052718 (one day after original review): I had contacted Dunkin Donuts through their customer service survey on the receipt and within 24 hours, the owner of the franchise had reached out and explained that the employee working the coffee/donut side was very new and did not know the difference between cold brew and iced coffee. She also offered a free coffee on my return visit. As much as I was unhappy with the original visit, the owner was very apologetic. I'm happy with how this all turned out so we will return sometime in the near future. read more

Traveling through Georgia on our way home from vacation. Stopped at Dunkin Doughnut in Hoschton,GA. At 5 pm on July 17th. On the way in to the store tried to get rid of some garbage and outdoor trash was full so I set bag by trash can after unsuccessfully trying to fit it in. Went to restroom before ordering where I overheard employee berating my husband because I left the bag right by the can ( since it clearly hadn't been emptied recently) he was told if trash is full you can't leave trash. Dunkin is it your policy to berate patrons because your employees can't be bothered to empty the trash? Also in the women's restroom there was a plastic bowl of water by the toilet and floor was covered in water, hope you don't get sued when someone slips and falls. Went through drive thru on Saturday 3/21 to get 2 $10 gift cards. After looking at my back account they charged me twice. Called and said to wait till Monday and recheck my acct and they did charge my account twice. Mistakes happen and I understand but when I had my receipt plus screen shot my banking statement brought to drive thru and wouldn't reimburse my $20 because manager was not it. I just had the worse and I mean the worse customer service at Dunkin' in Braselton. So my dad had a GC that he gave to Noah to pay for everything when we were done. We ordered a dozen donuts and coffee then the boys wanted some ice cream. My dad said y'all use the GC to pay. So I figured my dad hasn't paid for anything so at the register I tell Shawn what we had, ice cream and dozen donuts. Get to the car and my dad said he already paid for the donuts that we just needed to pay for the ice cream. I go back in tell the dude what happened, he called his manager and the manager said "since I paid with a gift card and it was my fault there is nothing they can do for us" really? So I said cool give me my cash back for the donuts my dad paid for, "I can't do that, the manager said I can't give you anything." Really? What kind of customer service is that? You can't do anything for me.. you can't give me my money back for the dozen donuts I already paid for. Then he told me he would have me banned from the establishment. I don't gaf about DD. We went to the Braselton location Sat at a bit before 2pm. We went in because it looked like car at drive thru was parked and we decided since it was a combo Baskin Robbins that if we went in we coukd get sundaes to go as well. We stood about 5to 10 min at ice cream counter and several employees walked past us or milled about talking and never acknowledged us. The same was happening with 2 ladies at donut order counter. Worth noting that there were I believe 5 employees behind the counter and 2 goofing off in lobby seating with the only 2 other customers in building. We decided to get in donut line. A few more minutes passes. A young guy came from back saw the line and looked startled and asked the ladies in front of us if anyone was helping them ( the 2 employees socialising in waiting area were still out there, 1 girl hip on counter at drive thru,1 at drive thru and 1 getting donuts amd who I would come to learn was mgr just chilling between what I assume is kitchen and service area at this point) To his credit he jumped right in and rang them up and answered all their questions. This took quite a few more minutes as they had many questions and despite having more than 1 register and ample employees no one backed him up. When it came our turn we told him we wanted 2 coffees togo and a few sundaes. At this point he told us to go back to ice cream counter and someone woukd get those for us. I told him we had already started there and I needed the mgr. He went to get her and I can only assume she thought we couldn't see her as she shook her head. He came back looking uncomfortable and told us she had stepped out of the office. I reminded him this was not a super size store but a little box and that I knew a mgr was there and needed to be seen immediately. He went right back to her (young girl sans nametag). At that moment one of the young ladies who had looked at us several times and never said a word apologized and said she was busy with an over 100 donut order. I told her sge should have said hello or someone will be with you or anything but that I appreciated the apology since she was not alone in ignoring us. The mgr then came up and I told her we had been in her location over 20 minutes and only 2 ladies who were together had been served and how long we had waited and how many people had ignored us and how unprofessional and unpleasant it all was. The young man who had been playing in lobby when I asked for mgr began to try to half work by getting trash out there. When I mentioned to her that her 2 employees out there had been a big part of my issue since they coukd see us waiting. She simply stood there and looked at me. No real apology or anything. I asked why she sent her employee helping me back to say she was out of the office and she said nothing at all. I told her I needed the store manager and owners name and number. She said ok and disappeared to get it. Roughly another 5 minutes. In the meanwhile her lobby team member who had been playing and messing with trash came back and WITH NO GLOVES began gathering donuts after not washing his hands and nessing with trash and propping on tables to talk. I pointed that out to her when she came back and that the donut trays he touched should be trashed. People came in right as we were leaving and no one was tossing those donuts but people were now all working and she calked him off floor. The number she gave me did not work. While waiting on the mgr to get that number we ordered one coffee and didnt get the sundaes as now hygeine was a question as well. Roughly 30 min in that location with my husband and baby in car and we left without what we came for and went elsewhere for ice cream. First, I would like to say that I hope the ownership reads these reviews and learns from them. A recent visit on a Saturday for four of us provided nothing short of a huge disappointment. There were only two people working the BR section, the DD section, AND the drive-up! It took forever to have our simple ice cream order prepared and then we had to move over to the DD side to pay and wait to pay and wait and wait and wait. The service was horrendous. We will not be going back. There is a small business ice cream shop across the road and that's where we will go from now on. Get it together, DD/BR. If you don't like it, go elsewhere! I drive almost every day here for my coffee or ice cream for my daughter. I am an avid coffee drinker so I am always going to Dunkin' to get coffee. This is a newer Dunkin' Donuts so I wanted to check it out. Typically the service is decent, but it has increasingly gotten worse. There are teenage girls who work here that make me mad every time I order in the drive thru. They take forever to ask me what I want and the line lasts for about 5 minutes and today it lasted even longer. When I finally get to the window, they do not acknowledge me or say anything. When I worked in the service industry, you are trained to always say thank you to a customer, never do I get that here. I've noticed that many of the teenagers' friends come through the drive thru in front of me and when they pull up to the window, they have a long conversation and THEN make their order. Do not go to this Dunkin unless you want to wait and deal with rude employees. read more

Pretty disappointed with this Dunkin' Donuts. Since opening, me and my husband have visited at least three times and have had he same underwhelming experience. The service is unprofessional and ill equipped to handle the large volume they get in the mornings. The design of the building is awkward and lines can lead out the door because they are slow. My first impression was of rude staff especially the manager when I requested to speak to her she was so unfriendly and the staff was horrible. I would not recommend this place to anyone I know. this is one of the best dunkin/basin robbins that i've been to its very convenient for me driving to work everyday to just pull off and get a nice hot cup of coffee. The employees are very friendly and very nice. I love going at night and seeing all the friendly night crew. Even though they don't always have the donuts that i want i am still thankful for their friendliness. I'm not one to complain much at all but over all an amazing store and a nice a quiet place to sit and eat. read more

I can honestly say that I am not running on this Dunkin, more like I am running away. I do not leave reviews often, but this morning was the icing on the cake. I have a terrible experience every single time I go to this location. Sad to say, but they don't even know the difference between a donut and a muffin. You have to repeat your order 2-3 times before they get it correct. This morning I ordered a breakfast sandwich and when I got to the window to pay, they asked me if I wanted a different type of bread because the English muffins were frozen. I would typically say yes but I told them to forget the entire order because I was so aggravated with this place. When more than one of your menu items have this type of bread, wouldn't you make sure that it is ready and available? This is a supposed to be fast food, but it is the slowest place I have ever been. I've visited this location 6+ times give or take. I wanted to leave a fair review without impulsively sharing emotions. I live across the street and a was very excited to see a DD move into the neighborhood. I run 3 miles every day and eat 2 donuts and a large coffee( cream&sugar ) after my run. The coffee is always at least stirred which as a frequent DD customer I can tell you this is a 50/50 chance of happening. The donuts I get are vanilla cream and sour cream. The vanilla cream donuts are filled very conservatively with cream. The sour cream donuts are good and fresh. The 1 star rating comes from how the Gucci shoe wearing owner handles operations of this location. Referring to the Grand Opening celebration. Show up on Grand opening day only to find a sign on the door saying sorry due to the snow we're extending the celebration to next week. It was 7:00 the place was staffed, donuts were filled and I'm sure they had coffee yet not so much as a look out the window from the staff. The relied on a sign to keep the customers informed. I noticed the sign and walked away. I did however pass back by this location around 8:15 to see a line forming outside the door and the parking lot filling. Leaving me to believe they were going to continue with the giveaway. They did not. Just let them pile up. I realize they had a sign. You see crowds forming obviously they over looked it, take a second and tell them? Fast foward week later. Show up for grand opening on the rescheduled day around 8:00. Place is packed people lined up all over the place inside and out. We asked how many of the 150 guests were here so we weren't waiting for no reason as guest number 151+. Manager says around 9:00 we will ask people to form a line. Ha, so the people who've been here since 6 am we're given no ticket numbers and have to fight for position with the "just walked up "when line forms groups? What a joke. We left. Poorly run grand opening and I do hope this place improves its future operations. For the sake of the poor souls who will continue to visit. read more
