Not open 24hrs! There was a sign on the order window that said "sorry for the inconvenience, we'll be opening at 6am today" I waited as it was 5:45, at 6am the workers never opened the lobby. If you like anything with oat milk, this is not the place to go. They have literally been out every single time I've come here or ordered DoorDash from here. You would think oat milk was some kind of rare, unobtainable commodity the way they never seem to be able to keep it stocked. Like it isn't readily available at dozens of stores in a one-mile radius. Also, if they're out of oat milk, they will default substitute almond milk which tastes nothing at all the same. I'm giving a 1 star review because I can't give zero. I feel for the workers at this location, because they are very friendly but this store is very understaffed because no one wants to work anymore. There is no indoor access and they have done away with mobile ordering...so now, you are forced to wait in line at the drive-thru which, on average, takes about 15 to 20 minutes. Unfortunately, this is the only Dunkin nearby. Because there is no advanced on-line ordering, I am unable to redeem the 4 free drinks that I have accumulated. I won't blame this branch for the new, horrible member loyalty program that has been implemented. I have decided, after going to this location, every morning, for the last 2 months, I will be driving to the next closest branch in Kingsport. Hopefully, this Bristol location can hire some new employees and start the online pre-ordering again. Until then, all set with this branch. read more

It is a Dunkin I can't really complain. They made the drinks right and in a timely manner. I wanted a White mocha however they apparently discontinued that flavor however the barista did suggest a new drink they had and it was delicious. To anyone that goes to Dunkin I suggest you try the Brown Sugar Cookie Cold foam read more

This is my closest dunkin, i seem to always have issues here and so do most people i know, if it's not rude employees it's messed up orders, today i ordered a latte and a sandwich, i waited a bit for my food which i was completely fine with, the girl at the window didn't give me a receipt and she wasn't very nice, she gave me my sandwich and when i opened it black pieces fell all over my lap and was greeted with the sandwich pictured, when i came back another girl who was actually nice told me they were already fixing it and the other girl knew better, when i opened my sandwich it wasn't warm at all, the cheese wasn't even melted and the bacon was awful, i tried to call 6 times but they didn't answer once, I'm kind of stuck at this point because i love coffee but this store is just awful, and i don't particularly want to drive 30 minutes out of my way just for it read more

For the second time I got a cold sandwich and lukewarm coffee. After I ordered they moved two cars ahead and I had to wait for them to get their orders. I was told they were mobile orders but it took just as long as someone ordering at drive up. I guess my food just sat until I got to the window. AND my add-on bacon turned out to be one whole slice-WOW! One more time and I'm finished with this place. read more

We stopped off the interstate on the way through for a quick coffee. Service was terribly long. Added 20 minutes to our trip. This location is directly off exit 74B from I-81. I ordered a simple iced coffee with heavy cream. I received almost no cream. The coffee tasted terrible. I'm a DD fan and always choose DD over Starbucks. Our experience was quite terrible. We will be stopping at the next DD in Abington next time! That or just go to Starbucks. Sure the store was a little busy this morning but the staff was very unprepared and it looked like they just didn't know what to do. read more

I have ordered from this location a few times as they're 24/7... this is the third this they've not had my online, prepaid order ready, or even apparently in their system! How absolutely ridiculous! To make matters worse the cashier decided that it would be appropriate to argue with me, even with a confirmation email in hand with their address, my order, total, and order number all on it! I've been to a lot of Dunkin's... it's my favorite. But I'm super disappointed in this one. I have been soooo many times and my drink be wrong. For example, I usually order Splenda and I often get a drink with sugar. Today I ask for an unsweetened frozen coffee (a usual drink of mine). The screen didn't say unsweetened so I asked and the server said it was unsweetened. Sadly it was not. They are always nice about fixing them... but I'm tired of having my drinks redone.
