They remolded this location , and since then, customer service has improved. They also improved how there cars are directed for there drive thru. And the plus is always there specials. Mondays until the end of April , you receive an extra 100 points with every order that is ordered ahead of time. That's half way to a free drink. Can't go wrong. read more

I understand this is a chain breakfast restaurant, but the way the staff treats customers is unacceptable. The reviews on here are no joke about how they treat paying customers. We arrived at Dunkin around 5:30 am because we were leaving for a trip to Maine. The woman already sounded so unpleasant when she took our order through the drive-thru. She kept asking if that's all after every single thing we ordered, and sounded so annoyed when we kept ordering. She pretty much threw our food at us and not to mention, the wraps we ordered were cold. She mumbled to us the entire time, and had the most unpleasant and sour puss look on her face towards us. There's a nice little coffee shop down the road toward the round about that looked rather pleasant and lovely. Do yourself a big favor and go there instead. They were open what looks to be around 5:00 am. That's where we'll be going from now on. read more

One of the worst Dunkin's I've ever been to. Rude managers, there's only a few staff members that are friendly. They are always out of stuff. I always order ahead on the app, I pay before I arrive. Last week they were out of pumpkin spice when they were advertising it all over the place. And forget about getting a refund, they said the money would be back in my account within 3 days but I never got it back! I get that they run out, i wish the app would tell me what is and isn't available at the location. read more

The employees in this Dunkin's put me off as soon as I entered the place at 10:30 AM on a Tuesday. There were 3 girls working in the back who saw me enter and saw me standing at the counter. None of the three said a word to me or made eye contact. There were no other customers in the lobby, and I'm guessing that the 3 employees were taking care of customers at the drive thru. After about 4 minutes, one of the girls came out to the front and put a sign on the counter stating that orders had to be placed on the screen, as she mumbled something to that affect. Terrible service. 4 cars; 30 mins to get a HOT coffee and it was COLD!! They are rude to customers and leave MINORS to operate and close a store. They serve outdated milk and they reuse dirty spoons to stir coffee. read more

This Dunkin' Donuts is located in Brodheadsville, PA. I passing through Brodheadsville for the first time on 8/31/20 as I was on the way to Vena's Flag Store down the street. We decided to stop at this Dunkin' Donuts for breakfast as many diners are still closed due to Covid-19. We were amazed at the long line this Dunkin' had with such a small parking lot. The drive thru was not the best, it was oddly shaped, cramped and let out in a odd part of the shopping center it was in. The employees got our order wrong slightly but it didn't matter and we enjoyed the food anyway. I'm not sure when I'll be in Brodheadsville again but I have to think twice about coming back to this Dunkin. It wasn't the worst but there seemed to be better alternatives. read more

I have a thing about tips. I don't like the trend in America that we tip for every last thing. It would be better if employers simply paid their employees and raised prices. However, a tip jar at Dunkin reaches new levels of absurdity. Add into that that today, when I paid at the drive thru, I handed the cashier cash. She responded: "Thanks have a good day," curtly and did not give me my change. I waited and watched while she dropped my change into the tip jar, then looked up and realized I was still there. I said: "Can I have my change please?" And she responded curtly again, "It was just 4 cents." She fished out an incorrect amount of change and gave it to me. This is completely inappropriate, regardless of whether or not receiving tips at a Dunkin is appropriate anyway. How much $ does this Dunkin fleece from its drive thru customers daily? The coffee was fine. The employees were gossiping about another employee's purple phone that she uses for dick, a "dickphone" as they called it. Apparently this employee left her dickphone behind the counter and they wanted to contact her to come pick it up because it was buzzing all day. read more

This is the worst Dunkin' I've ever been to. Unbelievably slow, victoria was extremely rude. They overcharged me for my hot coffee and charged me for an ice coffee then on top of that charged me for a plastic cup so I could make my fiancé's vanilla chai latte iced because they said they couldn't do it for us, which is weird because I've had that made about a dozen times prior at other places. This is the second horrible experience I've had at RT 209 Dunkin'. Not only at 3:31 could they not "cook any food," I wanted two bagels. I pulled up to the window, the girl was on the work phone with her boyfriend. This is not acceptable, highly unprofessional behavior. This is, by far, the worst Dunkin I've been to. It's also the worst service I've received in any place. I ordered inside. It appeared there were about 4 or 5 people working drive-thru and only one on the inside counter. I was the only person ordering inside and still waited about 10 minutes before being helped. When I ordered, I asked for liquid sugar and got regular. The woman gave me such attitude and acted like she couldn't be bothered making my order, which was only a medium iced coffee. Route 209 brodheadsville, it use to be fast. Now there's long lines in the drive thru and there slow they have a new crew that can't keep up. I usually don't get breakfast only coffee. I tried to get a sandwich one day last week but they said they weren't cooking. Tried again this morning I was told sandwich person was a no show so guess what not cooking again this morning that's it Im done going to this establishment. Now I'll take my business to Wawa they never have any excuses!!! There are many good Dunkin Donuts in northeast PA. This is not one of them. They always have a small, limited selection of donuts available, and rarely the ones you see advertised on TV. They always seem understaffed as well. I would rather drive 20 minutes to Wind Gap or Lehighton for more selection and better service. What does that tell you? read more

Do not go through the drive thru. Last friday i did so and ordered a bottle of Pepsi. The bottle was 3 and a half months old. I opened it unknowingly and sipped from it. I was sick throwing up all day. I tried to return it the next day and they refused to give me my money back. I basically spent money on the soda for nothing. I contacted corporate office and filed a complaint. The owner was suppose to contact me but has yet to do so a week later. read more

I don't understand how people can give this place less than 5 stars. I'm here every single morning before work, & everyone makes my day. They are so nice, and everything is always perfect. The coffee flavoring, they get your order precise. I've been to so many Dunkin Donuts that make your coffee so hot you can't comfortably drink it for at least a half hour.
