If you know La Colombe (PA born and bred!) - you know they're serious about coffee and every cup we got while staying in the resort (Americano to cappuccino to drip to cold/canned) was stellar. We tried a handful of their snacks and treats (from muffins to croissants) - one was better than the next. No, not cheap - but when it's this good you don't mind (as much) paying for it. (Selfishly I wished they were opened into the night instead of the 'adult bar' that takes over adjacent to here... but that's just me.)

Since it was New Year's Eve, I get the staff was having fun. Just should of made sure tables were cleaned off for new customers to sit and to make coffee the way it should be made, instead of getting confused because you were talking about that evening and what you're all gonna do.
