First of all, the service was excellent! My problem is the last three times I have visited Dunkin' Donuts. The munchkins have really gotten horrible! This is my favorite place to get a coffee, especially on a cold rainy day like today. I had Ivy and Penelope in the car with me, so I got a nice surprise. A Pup Cup. Who knew? I didn't know this was a thing. The sweet young lady at the window gave me two small Dixie size cups full of whipped cream for the pups. Awesome. I'll be stopping here more often. Good Morning, I was traveling through Panama City in the Calloway area, and I stopped to get some breakfast for my family. Before I entered the store, I saw the employees standing at the counter who conveniently moved to the back when I came in. They finally came up to the front to take my order. There was no greeting of the day, or professionalism. Throughout my ordering process, I was cut short with responses like, "Is that all?", or "What else?", of which I know that you did not train your employees. When I gave my order, it was yelled to the back area without any regard to being professional. I felt as if by stopping at this store to make a purchase, I was annoying them. With all of the controversy around individuals tampering with open food, my husband and I decided to not eat our food or even be more bothered with asking for our $8.70 back, because that amount won't hurt us financially. I go there every morning for my coffee. today was my last. the coffee nazi told me she was never serving me coffee and slammed the drive thru window in my face. I had to beg for my coffee this morning because after she slammed the window I had to tell her that I had already paid 3.52 for my coffee. she needed to refund me or give me the coffee. I could see it on the counter from a distance. she finally gave me my coffee and slammed the window. I think all of the cars in the drive thru beeping their horns may have helped. a very sad day for me. i usually get the turbo shot every morning. that's about 5.05 x 5= 25.25 per week. Oh well I guess I'll stick to McDonald's with espresso shot. read more

When I went to this location they weren't busy. I ordered six donuts and when I went to pay was told they couldn't take $50 bills or larger. I made the comment that it would be nice if it was posted. At that time the manager came up and pointed to a small sign surrounded by several other signs. She said absolutely nothing and turned around and walked away. I'll never patronize this location. They need to fire or retrain this manager. read more

Coffee was ok compared to other Dunks. I got a turkey egg and cheese on a English muffin. The English muffin was barley cooked. Cheese melted enough but not hot. Turkey was warm. read more

I just got back home from the Dunkin"donuts " in Callaway where I was told they had no donuts none nada zip . I ordered a Carmel Craze drink the employee brought back what was an iced coffee I explained to him he was missing a few of the items he said oh yeah and went back to fix it . When he returned it still didn't look quite rt but he was the only worker there and I didn't want to give him too much grief . When i got home I tried the drink it was truly awful it tasted like 2 day old burnt to the bottom of the pot coffee. The whole issue with this store is management there should have been more employees there and if no one had come in the manager should have been there to make sure quality and inventory was right you can't call yourself Dunkin Donuts and not have any donuts at 5 pm . I can't give the store a zero because at least 1 employee showed up but can't be expected to handle all aspects of the business read more

I have been to this location 2x and ordered the beyond meat sausage breakfast sandwich w/o cheese and both times I've gotten the original sausage patty with cheese. I feel bad for throwing away but due to my dietary needs i cannot eat it. read more

The only location I've been to during my times here in PC. All of the staff is very friendly. My hazelnut coffees, whether iced or hot, always come out JUST RIGHT. The donuts are a good, yummy texture. I love Dunkin Donuts in general. So i will probably always give a good review. Oh and i was very pleased they were open on Christmas till 1pm. read more

I don't know how this place has an average of 4 Stars. With a Starbucks being right next door you would think they would up their game. Don't bother using the mobile ordering here, they don't pay attention to it and it's never ready when you arrive. They have never gotten my order correct while ordering in store. Additionally, they are also slow it's painful. read more

The coffee is amazing. So are the donuts. The employees are friendly, but unfortunately the service is very slow. If you're in a hurry I wouldn't come here. It seems like there is a lot of confusion behind the counter and they have a hard time prioritizing. I do love the coffee though! read more

This location happens to be right by my job and close to home so I visit it everyday... Literally and it used to be awesome fast service and friendly staff especially the old manager she even knew our order most of the time and new it was me at the speaker. Once she left it went downhill bad orders extremely backed up not even listening to me saying just cream and putting sugar in it and the staff seems down and rude like they don't want to be there and the same exact coffee I order everyday was different everyday even different colors. The last three weeks or so I'd say they have gotten it together but then the last 5 days or so it's been back to the horrible service and terrible coffee. I'd say if you see the young gentlemen with glasses and longer hair it's safe to stop your service and coffee will be great otherwise it's worth it to go to another location which I have been doing on some of my days off just to avoid the roulette of service and coffee there. read more
