The blonde girl with the Medusa piercing is so unpleasant to interact with. Every time I go she never says hi, takes my payment and expects a tip. I rarely ever write reviews on here but today was the 3rd time I got terrible service at this particular Starbucks. I have never seen much business in this store and now I totally understand why. I ordered a cold brew and a bagel with butter. The butter was frozen so I asked for one that was usable. I asked her to heat it for a brief second just to make it usable but she said "I don't feel comfortable with that". Because I left my hammer and chisel at home, I told her to refund me on the bagel and I got the hell out. What ever happened to trying to make a customer happy with the food you give them? I am not sure of the name of the so-called manager or shift manager but she did have green hair and seemed to be kind of a freak that needs attention. It seems like the only people that like to go there are the obese Springfield PD officers who always have a seat in there by the window. Is this Starbucks in Callaway or Springfield LOL???? Hmm To sum it all up, this Starbucks is the worst, it sucks, they have rude employees and apparently managers. Hopefully they get on track with the rest of the franchise soon. read more

I received my mocha frap at callaway starbucks. it was the worst drink I have ever tasted. I think they forgot to add mocha. I called and they could care less. I guess losing one customer doesn't matter to them. I will never go back there because of attitude problem. read more

Terrible! Wrong order, which happens, but to fill a drink up only half way and then the other half with whip cream to cover it up, is just wrong! People don't pay 5.00 plus for drinks to get half the product. Won't answer the phone and certainly didn't seem to happy I was there to place an order to begin with. Excellent customer service!! I was greeted with the friendliest greetings when I pulled up to the drive thru. I almost thought I was at Chick Fil A, because it was such a pleasant greeting. I totally didn't know what I wanted to order due to it being my second time at Starbucks, and the ladies working drive thru were kind enough to help me figure out what I wanted. (Talk about going over and beyond) as a military member who works in customer service, I understand that employees tend to hear more of the negative feedback, and it can feel like you're not doing enough. I have to give it one Star if I could give it a zero I would. The worse Starbucks I've ever been to, baristas are very rude and unprofessional. I go to Starbucks twice a day if not once a day. As I was waiting for my $6 cup of coffee, the barista at the station asked me what do I want so I told her I was waiting for my coffee. she gave me an attitude and a very rude comment that I must be very thirsty this morning. Be prepared to wait at least 45 minutes in the drive thru to be notified "we are out of basically everything to eat." In addition, order a soy based drink and the milk is sure to be curdled on the bottom. Try to go in with 2 vaccinations and be turned down for not wearing a mask. This is my favorite Starbucks ever. It's always clean and the staff are always friendly. There was a small mishap one time. It was nobody's fault. When I bought some coffee, a gift card was supposed to come with it. The card accidentally didn't make it to my bag. We went right back and they gave me 2 coupons for a free coffee drink. What impressed me was when I went in there the very next day and ordered a drink. They didn't just give me a free small drink. They gave me a free large drink. When I used the 2nd coupon the next time, got a free large drink. I love the fact that they make a true effort to give good customer service. read more

Not only was this the dirtiest Starbucks that I've ever been in (there were crumbs and bits of food on the tables, all surfaces were sticky, the floor appeared to have not been swept, the bathrooms weren't clean, etc.) but there were also children that were being allowed to run around, cutting off customers, being extremely loud, wrestling in the floor, jumping on furniture, laying in front of the door way, and just generally disrupting the Starbucks. None of the employees did anything about this behavior and the parents were no where near the children to supervise their behavior. I would never go to this Starbucks again. read more

I come here all the time and there's not much more to say than that, it's starbucks coffee! It tastes amazing, but it's expensive...I've never had a problem that was solved without an issue, and the drive thru is usually fast even when they're busy. Super friendly staff and excellent service! These barista 's really know how to make a great cup of coffee! It's always service with a smile! They go out of their way to make sure your coffee is exactly how you want it or they will remake it to your satisfaction! Angel is the most friendly barista there and always puts a smile on my face! As a former Barista, I'm sad to say that this location makes me super sad. I'm paying over two dollars for a few scoops of matcha in my water. Some of the folks there have been gracious and have charged me just for the matcha because water is free, but overall my experience here has been so inconsistent. read more

I used to go here all the time when I lived in the area. The people that work there are so sweet. And the coffee is great. However, A few months ago while I was in the drive thru I was given the wrong coffee... had to drive all the way back, the young lady that was working in the drive thru gave me the correct coffee immediately and a gift card for a free coffee the next time I visited, she was very sweet and attentive. I suppose it was my fault.(Just make sure you read your sticker on your coffee before you leave!) I still give them 5/5 because the workers there are excellent at what they do!
