There is no consistency here. I've tried it a few times now expecting it to be better but every time the coffee is different. Not sure if it's the management here or a staffing issue but this is easily the slowest Dunkin' Donuts I've ever been to. Literally writing this review as I wait in front of the drive thru no one here bothering to take my order for over 10 minutes. If America runs on Dunkin .... Well... we're not running anywhere. This is the filthiest Dunkin' I have ever been in. Bathroom had dirty water all over the floor and the floors in the dining area were dirty. There is also a sign that they will close at 5 due to lack of staffing. When I was there I saw about 5 teenagers behind the counter standing around. Food took longer than expected. read more

When you are cruising down the highway and need a rest stop I typically look for a DD. As an added bonus I can get a cup of coffee. And if I'm not in Massachusetts, I allow myself a donut! Ordering ahead on the Dunkin app is a complete waste of time. Doesn't matter if you use drive thru or go in. Your going to wait about 15 minutes. Also if you decide to pick up your order inside prepare yourself to have it pawed over by a lot of other people. I ordered a head and chose to pick up inside. I ordered while 10 minutes away. This is the worst DD I have ever been to!!! First, no mats in entrance foyer, so slippery. I saw a few people almost fall. There is one person, one register to order. Service was ok. Waited in the drive through for 7 minutes with only 1 car ahead of me. My large latte that cost over 4$ was only 75% full. This Dunkin' Donuts has received a lot of negative reviews. However, upon visiting, I have no major complaints. The area is well kept, the staff was helpful and very courteous when dealing with some bozo (who will remain anonymous) who spilled their drink at the first chance they got. We experienced no problems with our orders, despite the other reviews for this Dunkin' Donuts. The restrooms don't make we want to vomit, which is always nice. There are two single, locking restrooms, which is my only quibble, but they're quite well kept, just like the signs inside say. Both can accommodate for either of the two existing genders. The worst part about this Dunkin' Donuts was a particularly loud sneeze from the same bozo who spilled the drink. It's no fault of the staff, though I wish they had kicked her out. Overall a good experience, and from what I've seen, not worth the negative reviews. If you're a Dunkin' Donuts boi, this is a good place for you. read more

My boyfriend and I stopped for breakfast on our way to North Conway. We drove up to the drive thru window. They gave us our coffee and our donuts. This was probably one of the worst experiences I have had at Dunkin. In fact, everytime I go to this location, it is an extremely poor experience. I waited in the drive thru line for 15 minutes, with only 4 cars in front of me. The person at the window handed their food back, after clearly receiving the wrong order. Cars drove away from the drive thru line. The wrong drink was ready for me when I approached the window. I had to repeat my order twice at the window, and still, somehow, one of my drinks was wrong, and I would've just sucked it up and drank as is, except it tasted like dish soap. I even had my coworker taste it to make sure I wasn't crazy, to which they replied "that is the worst coffee I've tried in my entire life." Unfortunately, I hear stories about this location all the time and how poorly managed and staffed this place is, and I would not recommend it to anyone. I would suggest driving 30 seconds farther and going to Mad River Coffee. The staff is friendly, the food is delicious, the orders are accurate, and the wait time for REAL egg sandwiches is less than you'd wait at this Dunkins. read more

As a customer of Dunkin Donuts for years there has never been a huge difference from one to the other. However about a year and a half ago I stopped coming here as the employees were never very professional or personable. About 4-6 months ago I was in the gas station across the street and their coffee was down and the cashier at this station had suggested to go across the street, I sighed as she laughed and said I am not sure you have if you have gone there before or not however if you have in the past you may want to rethink trying it again. She explained the management had changed and the employees were great for the most part (of the ones she knew she goes 5am only) and just said it is worth a shot if it is messed up just stop at another store I'm sure they will make it right. So as I went to pull out I decided I would give it a go and to my surprise this is again my first stop every morning. The ladies that work the early morning shift are so pleasant and always have a smile and the new managers are just wonderful!!! I can not express how much things have changed here oh and my puppy never goes with out a munchkin! I visited this location over the weekend - 5:00pm on a Sunday night. The drive thru had a super long line, so my husband parked with my 2 small children while I ran in. There were 3 people behind the counter, and about 3 people ahead of me in line. The service was incredibly SLOW and so unprofessional. For THIRTY minutes I watched cars leave the drive thru line. FOUR customers who entered the store after me simply walked out. When I finally made it to the counter I placed my order with a very nervous and clearly inexperienced girl. She didn't make eye contact and she didn't apologize for the wait. I stood back and watched as the 3 employees simply walked around doing small tasks behind the counter before finally asking, "Has anyone started my order?" The girl replied, "oh, no." I couldn't believe it! I requested a refund and told them how inappropriate and unprofessional my entire experience had been. They were rude and defensive. I told them there was no excuse in the world for such poor service - get it together! I witnessed pure laziness. Not to mention one of the employees was filthy with unkempt hair and a dirty shirt. The female employee was an emotional wreck and yelled, "My father just died! Did you know that?" Um, no, sorry how would I know that? What relevance does that have? Take some time off if you need it! And for me to say that (I'm a Starbucks girl, but we come here after Thanksgiving every year and this is the only place around) What I will say is that I have never witnessed such a gross abuse of management... All the staff was very pleasant. It was packed and I really felt for them. This is probably one of their busiest weekends of the year. As a customer, I understand the lines and long wait times... It is what it is. I don't expect service to be super fast, and why would I care, I'm on vacation. Apparently the manager, asst manager or shift leader (whatever she was) didn't care. She was flustered, making sandwiches behind the counter and swearing loud enough for us all to hear.... She was downright rude to the rest of the employees. Sarcastic comments. Belittling. It was very distracting and I felt really bad for anyone who was working under her supervision. As a leader you should be building your team up and giving them hope that you can DO IT and that you will come out on top... It was very uncomfortable for everyone in line. Everyone around me was looking at each other with puzzling looks and awkward smiles.
