The "order ahead" coffee was not ready when we arrived even though there was plenty of time. We had to remind the guy behind the counter to make it. Perhaps that's because he didn't have much help on a Saturday afternoon, but that's not my problem. We also had a major cup failure which I've never seen before. Inserting the straw into the iced coffee caused the cup developed a massive leak. What happened? No idea. Despite leaking the coffee on the table and across the floor back to the counter, the dude made another immediately at no charge. I recently ordered from the pine island location. I have ordered there before and had no issues until today. I ordered a use coffee and a cinnamon raisin bagel with strawberry cream cheese. what I got was a iced o coffee and a Plain bagel with cream cheese on one side. I totally understand that they were very under staffed, however there was what appea to be a heavy set Spanish guy with short dark spiked hair and glasses that I can assume was of higher management. while lnowing they were very busy with customers and struggling he kept looking at his watch and walking around with a clip board. instead of helling he did nothing. I have worked in retail many many years and I know that customers are a priority and this man demonst that his priorit's was not to help customers and had these employees struggling so much so they messed up my order. that is unprofessional and uncalled for. Went in to get a coffee this morning, and one of the ladies was over, exceedingly rude to a DoorDash or who could not speak English the entire staff there was rooting her on as she was telling him to learn how to speak English and have patience as he was being patient Will not return. Pretty decent service but I ordered lemon donuts and got something else (drive thru).

I ordered food and a beverage; I paid and was handed the drink. Then waited at the drive-through window for about 10 minutes which I had no problem doing because I figured they were short-staffed with it being new year's day. One of their team members then appeared at the window and asked what I needed. I replied I was waiting for the rest of my order; the woman working then shortly returned with my food. I dove home to find completely uncooked and inedible items. It's a shame since I figured the wait was for my food being prepared when really it was forgotten and then just thrown together. The total amount I paid was $10.51, and I wish I would have gone to Starbucks or someplace else where I could have enjoyed some food too. read more

When this location was franchised by Surfside Donuts,Inc it was GREAT, now under the ownership of QBDunkin it is an absolute dumpster fire. This location has to have the worst customer service of any franchised location and I know for a fact they are not meeting the standard for getting a customer thru the drive thru which is about 200 seconds... that is what the clock is for over the drive thru window if you are inside the store BTW. An email to QBDunkin went unanswered, a call to DD Corporate on Canton MA didn't get much of an explanation either. Before they pulled all the DD locations out of the local gas stations you could at least make your own coffee and get a donut that was not days old. Oh and by making my own I won't have them handing me a hot coffee when I ordered an iced coffee. read more

Went through drive-through Friday, Dec. 23, just before 1 p.m. Had a coupon for a free doughnut with drink purchase. Asked for a large iced matcha latte and a jelly doughnut. The person manning the drive-through says, "We're all out of doughnuts, munchkins and muffins." So doughnut is out of the question. Get to the window to pay and receive the drink -- it's half full with froth. My wife stopped me from complaining about it. Unfortunately, this wasn't the first time when the drink was half froth. Worst Dunkin' Donuts ever. It's on my way to work so I have stopped by on a few occasions. Once I got a totally burnt bagel. Last time I went there, they could not accept my gift card because of some malfunction with their register. Today I waited in line for over 12 minutes and the machine to make frappés was not working. I will not go back to this location and will be contacting corporate since their direct phone doesn't seem to be working either. read more

I waited for 15 minutes for two wake up wraps and a bacon egg and cheese bagel with cream cheese. I had to speak to a manager to finally get someone to make may order and after telling her once again what the order was. they still got it wrong. Iced coffee was good, but the avocado toast was a real disappointment. I received the sturdy flat box, carefully opened it, and inside found a thin, medium sized oval of toasted bread with an extremely thin layer of avocado paste spread across it. Everything bagel seeds topped it off. The little bit of spread there was had an overpowering lemon smell/taste. I won't be ordering that again! read more

Conveniently located in the same parking lot as Home Depot. This facility appears to be brand-new. As you can expect it is clean neat even has more seating than most other Dunkin' Donuts. This is the best Dunkin' establishment in history!! The workers show advanced skills in their field, I've never seen someone with better mixing abilities then these fine specimens. They are able to turn my usually gross at Starbucks order, into a blast a flavor that knocks me on my butt and sends me to heaven. 6 shots of espresso, Carmel cream sugar iced. They got my order correct, so kudos for that. The next three orders after me? All had to be corrected. They have a lot of rude or crazy (not in the good way) customers, and they can't control that, but it seems to have affected the crew. With the exception of two very cool workers, the rest of the crew are unhappy and otherwise rude. One even said aloud to a customer, "I'm thinking about walking out today." The WiFi is horrid, painfully terrible, and I tried five different places in the lobby to see if it could be improved. No, there is no improving it, and it drops constantly. There are a few outlets, and the place is very clean. It's funny, because with a few improvements in staff and Internet quality, this location could easily be a four or five star location. read more
