I live in Lehigh ,Acres so it took over an hour to get to my Dr. Appt in Cape Coral. I hadnt eaten and wanted a bagel so i looked up where to go and Einstein bros was about 20. Minutes away. Loved the service friendly staff great breajfast bagel and coffee I got the gravy baked one. I believe they said it was baked.. When I finished eating. I ordered another to go for my next breakfast at home. I also ordered a few bagels. I should have bought more to freeze because they were that delicious. I wont be going back because it is too far and gas prices are terrible now but I just wanted to leave a great review . It is worth going. I wish you would open a store in Lehigh Acres. I went for lunch at Einstein Bros. Bagels in Cape Coral and was not disappointed. An older lady took my order and was very sweet and friendly while taking my order. I ordered their Nova Lox Bagel sandwich on an everything bagel instead of on a plain bagel, which was what was suggested. I also ordered a large fountain Diet Coke to go. I noticed they had a drive-thru window, but I chose to go inside to order and get my food. I thought their rustic interior decor was pretty neat. My last two drive thru orders were incorrect, which I discovered after being to far away to return. My last order I walked in to place my order to hopefully get what I ordered. Nope. They screwed that up as well. My problem wasn't a complicated order that required a physicist to study and create. Twice toasted onion bagel with cream cheese, and sliced tomatoes and onions. The first two at the drive thru window, on two different visits, the bagels weren't even toasted, just right out of the Costco bag. The tomato slices were ends of the tomatoe and the size of cherry tomatoes and unripe. The third walk in order they left off the onions entirely and the bagel was burnt. Yes it could have been corrected, requiring me to stand in line AGAIN, and wait for a worker to correct the problem because I have nothing but unlimited time to waste trying to get a very simple order ready the first time. Three strikes is my rule. Stuff-A- Bagel never has a problem getting this simple order correct the first time, AND the tomatoes are normal size and RIPE, not unripe Walmart garbage. Stuff A Bagel is still top for me, this was fairly disappointing. I ordered the Farmhouse bagel sandwich as it seems like their top rated sandwich. It said it had country gravy cream cheese, maybe I read it wrong but it just tasted like powdered mix overly peppered country gravy and wasn't creamy like I'd expect if it's cream cheese. The ham, bacon and egg was cold so not sure if that's how it was suppose to be but it only took 10ish minutes to get to the house, it shouldn't have been that cold. The ham and bacon tasted fine but the egg was egg white, which I didn't request so it wasn't really what I normally like. I also got a French toast bagel with plain cream cheese and it had the lightest smear of cream cheese ever and it was almost $7. Part of the bagel didn't even have cream cheese on it. The bagel and cream cheese had a very strong onion flavor so I think maybe the same knife was used that cut something with onions and wasn't cleaned off before being used again so that was disappointing as I really am not a fan of the flavor of onions. It doesn't function correctly, the staff always prefers just dealing with me at the register because ONLINE ORDERING via THE APP doesn't work. ~ When I attempt to claim a free coffee & a Sweet with my rewards points, it forgets the order and deducts my points anyway. My coworker and I stopped by here this morning, this is and was the best coffee I've ever had. Strong and bold on flavor(I did get a ton of espresso added so that helps) only complaint is they were so generous filling the cups that my coworker spilled his on himself. But I'm never one to complain about getting extra lol. The staff was nice and would have happily sat down if I had time. I have been here a few times for my coffee fix. Their coffee is really smooth and has a decaf option. The Mocha has become one of my favorites. It was made with espresso, steamed milk and chocolate (dark, milk or white). When I drank to the bottom, I found the partly melted dark chocolate chips! No wonder it was so good and chocolatey. They said it took so long because of the drive thru and phone orders. Orders should be done in the order that they are received. Phone and drive thru orders should not have priority. On Monday July 27, 2020 I went to drive-thru. It was exactly 1:40p. I was greeted pleasantly and began to order a Farmhouse sandwich with a coffee. After I ordered my sandwich the employee working drive-thru interrupted to notify me that they will be closing in 20 minutes and that they already "shutdown the egg machine". She said, "I can get you a bagel with cream cheese instead" LOL, no thanks. I politely declined and opted not to order coffee and go elsewhere instead. Due to COVID I'm sure this business, like many others, has been suffering financially. I always enjoy the food and coffee here hence not leaving a lower star review. I just think that the owner of this establishment would probably like to know that an employee is turning away customers 20 minutes prior to closing because that employee doesn't want to be inconvenienced. Also, wtf is this "egg machine" monstrosity that it needs 30 minutes minimum to "shutdown". Who knows, maybe it takes ten people and 2 hours to shut it down, change the oil, rotate its tires, charge the flux capacitor. Possibly the money they save in wo/man-power to stow this beast makes shutting it down prior to closing more cost effective. Possibly company protocol even. Maybe Elon Musk can dedicate years to building a more efficient "egg machine" and those in the world who are cursed with late lunch breaks can benefit from getting food even as late as 1:42pm . GASP! I also understand that this "egg-machine" possibly may actually just be a chicken. In which case it might have already laid 100 eggs today and passed out from exhaustion.
