What a shithole. The coffee was handed out to me with a severely damaged paper cup. The rim was totally smashed down so the lid had nothing to grip on to. The young woman at the drive-thru scalded herself when she started to pass the cup of coffee to me. The lid just flopped off. So instead of getting a new cup and pouring my coffee into that, this future democrat fukctard handed the damaged cup to me. Needless to say that there was no way to drive with a cup of scalding hot coffee filled to the rim, and no lid. So I had to go inside and wait in line, completely negating my quick cup of coffee on the way to work. At 3.55 a cup that's just wrong. The convenience store by my house has coffee that tastes just as good, in a bigger cup for 2.11 after tax. Went there this morning ... Drive through lady was rude .. ( the register girl with the ink .. Lil heart by the ear .. my co worker order coffee and when we got to windows she had a stank attitude.. dropping the change back in hand sloppy change fell out and hit ground. No thank u or nothing . I was in passenger seat and witnessed it . Even asked her co worker if she was having a A bad day .we live less then half mile from this location and when we got back the bacon was cold . I personally don't use this location anymore due to similar service rather go to del Prado store. But I wasn't driving so I had no say so . My first stop on the drive north, this Dunkin has a good location on the corner of Pine Island and Del Prado. Convenient with a drive through but at 8:00 am, there was a bit of a queue and I was impatient to get on the highway. Inside, the dining room is devoid of tables. Pandemic and all that. The staff at the register are behind a plexiglass panel and were wearing their masks. The restrooms are closed. My large coffee with cream was delicious and inexpensive. The nice lady at the register pointed out that with their BOGO, two smalls is the same amount of coffee but a bit cheaper, but I only have one open cupholder so that's not an option. First when I walked in no hello, welcome to Dunkin' donuts nothing employees were rude not attentive and one of the main reasons was one employee, Diane at this location was too busy being on her phone instead of helping a customer I was trying to get her attention took a while also it was not busy at all, the one girl was making my order but the other employee Diane could have helped her out so I could have received my order in a appropriate time. The coffee and weekend staff are unbelievably terrible. I did not even eat my order, it went straight to the trash. The facility was very dirty and flys were everywhere around the pick up counter. There was also a slim pickings of doughnuts on display. I decided to order an Iced Americano and Apple fritter with a Wake up Wrap. Two employees were openly trying to figure out how to make the Americano stating they "didn't know how to do it." I was given an iced drink full of cream. While waiting for the rest of my order I witnessed working staff EATING from a box of donuts behind the cash register, then proceed to prepare food to go(no gloves or hand washing). The aloof attitude of it's not my job and here's your food (with missing items) was heavy. As I was given the rest of my order I threw my food away as it did not feel safe to eat. This is the 3rd time I have been to this location. It is the more modern design. Good parking, although there are only a few premium (shady) spots. They have 2 meeting rooms that can be reserved. They have the usual free wifi and there is a TV with CNN or some such news program on. There is also a small seating area, 4 leather chairs around a small table. They need to correct there hours of business and put the right hours on the website they would have more business turn on the light on the drive thur menu board as half of it is out always and some times it is off completely and you cannot read the menu.
