By the time the sandwich comes out, your coffee is already finished, which kind of defeats the experience of enjoying both together. There is also a young girl frequently working the register who seems overwhelmed and inattentive. Orders often have to be repeated multiple times, even when clearly stated, which slows things down even more. It gives the impression that the front counter could use better training or stronger management during peak hours. We truly enjoy the vibe and want to keep supporting the place, but today's $12 panini was unfortunately not worth the price. Between the long wait and the quality not matching the cost, it made the experience disappointing. We hope they can improve organization and staffing during busy season, because it really is a nice spot with potential.
