The coffee tasted like watered down milk with maybe a quarter cup of instant coffee in it. It was awful! We threw both cups out. $34 literally down the drain. The clerk was very snippy with me when I asked for breve, telling me they didn't have half-and-half or cream. She also seemed bothered that I was adding an extra shot and that I had her break down the cost for me, since the total amount was much more than the signage. If visiting Pittsboro, I suggest you go to Metal Brixx Café. Best coffee ever, and when you ask for an extra shot, each shot is a double shot.

Over the last couple years however, the flavor and quality of their once-famous cinnamon rolls has changed. Their icing has become somewhat bitter and the dough isn't as soft and delicious as it once was. We would happily make a trip downtown just to bring some home. It's been a while so I went in today to give them another try. I arrived just after they opened and was told they'd have no baked goods or cinnamon rolls for 20+ minutes. The person working there (not the main owner) didn't seem to be bothered by the idea that a business that specializes in baked goods had no product on shelf at the time they opened. We've always supported local businesses in Pittsboro and really hope Willy's can get back to their roots and their distinctive cinnamon rolls and high quality service they used to be known for!
