I have been here almost weekly since the start of the pandemic. It was prob the only place but the grocery store that I went to for my free donut Friday. I order ahead on the app and then swing through the drive-thru. Enter from 41 Chestnut Drive to avoid line chaos. You can usually just jump in line (if there is one) right away, otherwise, you have to fight traffic to turn around and you could be 2 cars behind in the time it takes to do it. Customer service is usually quick and helpful and if I need something changed they are on it! Arrived with middle daughter to have breakfast, get a dozen yummy donuts and a cold brew. Manager looked real busy, answering phone, tending to drive up window and by the looks of it, helping someone train. I used bathroom, looked clean, no TP (I'm lucky daughter was in stall with me and I'll leave it at that!) did tell employee, they apologized offering the explanation that their supply truck had not made it in and literally ran to neighboring store to replenish. Overall clean place. Nice windows let sun in! Food is good. Donuts are better. Staff is friendly. And I'd sure revisit this location again. Five/ Five Stars. read more

I have always been a fan of Dunkin',, ever since I was a child in MPLS. When I moved, each place I moved I showered the area for a trusted donut shop. And it was always there. And then I stopped in here. The first time, I waited quite a while to be waited on for theb3rd person in line, to be told they were sold out and wouldn't be making anymore. Odd I thought for such a popular flavor at that time of year but ok. 2nd time again, a limited selection at such an early hour. 3rd, I was just plain ignored, as if invisible after being looked at. Been here a handful of times and each visit there is always something wrong! We can put a man on the moon but not provide real-time inventory updates so I don't have to drive two towns over just to find out what they said was in stock is not. Last time I was there, so many cars got stuck in the drive-thru because their incompetent high school employees have never used a shovel for snow before. Stopped in after having dinner at the Curling Club. This was our first time visiting this location in Chaska. They didn't have a very large selection to select from but we decided on two Boston Creme doughnuts to go. Shortly after we entered the cashier was finishing an order she had with the drive through which was understandable, since they were their first. What got us perturbed was she continued taking multiple drive through orders as we stood their waiting for our turn. She never acknowledged us, there was a young man working in the back and he never did either. After waiting through three more drive through orders I spoke up and said you have customers inside as well you know! She said or yeah, what do you want? We ordered and left, no sorry for the wait, thank you, etc. we paid and left. Doubt we will return, the doughnut tasted day old and not fresh at all. read more

I had a nice time here eating breakfast with my daughters. Dunkin breakfast is delicious. We all had sausage, egg and cheese sandwiches and a doughnut each for dessert (calorie max out for the day lol). Great cozy location. Well set up space with some comfortable furniture. Patio out front available for outdoor seating with a sweet view of Fireman's Park. Very friendly staff of young and older folk will deliver service with a smile. Amazing service. Staff is extremely hardworking, especially considering most of the employees and managers are high schoolers who devote more than 30 hours a week to their job on top of school and activities. They are very knowledgable on the product, and are willing to answer any questions you may have. The lemonade refreshers are amazing and the bakery items never fail. The breakfast sandwich is the low light of the order, they hired chefs from gas stations. The bacon, egg and cheese on an English Muffin was soggy from being microwaved. It was brown but not toasted. I am guessing they are using egg substitute as the egg had no flavor. The bacon was present but was not cherry wood smoked or it is such a low quality its not worth putting on a sandwich. After 2 bites, I tossed the sandwich and stopped at McDonald. If you don't know Dunkin's names for their donuts do not order them through the drive-thru, you won't get want you want. I ordered a cinnamon roll, they gave me a fried glazed donut. Service time through the drive-thru was okay for a morning rush time. read more

A brand new store and they can't even coordinate their stock appropriately. Looks to me like they will go out of business before they have a chance to show off the new look of the store. Third time there. Each time sold out of Apple Fritters at 10 am and told I should have been there at 8am. Not sure what that means... are the unable to make them for customers that want them after 8am? Perhaps I will give them a try next year when they figure it out. I've complained so many times about problems in this location, but it's now completely out of control. The management is now actively dissuading customers from showing up (see below). The owner is doing nothing about the severe quality issues (see below). And corporate couldn't care less about their locations being this terrible (see below). The last 3 times I've ordered here's what happened: 1 - The store wasn't open almost 2 hours after they were supposed to be open. I ordered in the app, but when I got there they said they weren't open and 'forgot' to post that they were opening late. Since I only ordered a single donut, they finally just handed it to me in the drive through. 2 - The xl tea I ordered is supposed to have 2 tea bags, but only had 1. It was barely flavored sugar water. Was on the go so I couldn't return to complain. Maybe it's better than another time when they 'forgot to order' more after they ran out and yelled at me for ordering it in the app then chewed me out for asking for a refund. Yet you'd think that in about a year they'd have figured out how to keep their stock up and how to make orders correctly. Hmm. 3 - With almost 4 hours left to go before they closed, they were out of practically everything, then again complained and said that they're not allowed to refund app purchases. Well, you have to order in the app to use and receive offers, so it's a catch-22 where you might as well not even try to use their Perks program because halfway through the day they apparently have nothing to serve you. They said they'd only refund if I gave them a debit or credit card, even though I'd paid with a gift card in the app, saying they'll never ever offer a refund again because it's corporate's job to not allow us to order through the app when they're out of stock. *eye rolls* So, as always, yell at the customer then say next time they'll penalize you for wanting to order something. Except they took this even further this time. They served me hash browns that were both burnt and ICE COLD! They basically took something that'd been sitting on a counter for hours and served them to a customer - which is a great way to cause food poisoning! I immediately pulled into a parking space, complained through the app (which no one ever responds to or cares about in any way - again, neither the manager, the store owner, or corporate actually care about these severe issues when I've complained in the past), then walked inside and confronted the manager - who's the one who served this garbage up in the first place! No apology, no acknowledgement of the problem, not even a look of shock on her face! She basically heated them up and handed them back to me - soggy. Wasn't even worth trying to complain anymore. She proved she'd rather make customers violently ill than have them return. The only reason I've even gone back after they've shut off their wifi so you can't order unless you can afford a data plan (which I can't - but the 'obamacare' phone I have is now providing a little bit of data every month for free), the app rarely works and is always crashing, the management are case studies in what NOT to do to have a successful business, the employees are going out of their way to turn away customers for most of the day so they can make $14.50/hr (to start!) sitting around doing absolutely nothing (seriously, by 10am or noon that place is usually a ghost town, so are they eating up their own inventory...), and if that wasn't enough half the time they screw up your order even when you're the only customer there and 3 employees are working. I don't care how many gift cards I have, I'm done giving them any more chances. I'll consider stopping in other locations when I'm in another city, but now that they nearly gave me food poisoning and have zero remorse for it I know they're unredeemable. read more

Went through the drive through to get the new pumpkin spice chai and they were out of pumpkin spice - we also tried ordering a bacon, egg, and cheese bagel but they were out of bread already. Really wanted to try a Dunkin donut, but couldn't even go in the building. They had a sign on the door that there counter register was broken an couldn't serve customers inside. I felt bad for the three kids who ride their bikes to get donuts. Anyway, we then went through the drive thru. We then found out that they couldn't make any blended drinks and they don't make chocolate filled (my favorite) donut at that store. Very disappointed! read more

Every Dunkin' deserves 5 stars and more. Absolutely love their iced coffees and donuts, especially the blueberry munchkins! Don't expect donuts past 11am, they are a hot commodity (as they should be at a donut shop). This Dunkin location is a tale of two cities... IF you can get your order right, it's quality. But so far, this store is running at about 1:5. The last FOUR times we have been there, our sandwiches were cold, like refrigerator cold, in the center. I have spoken to the manager about it, and only because she assured me that it would be taken care of did we come back twice more to try it. I have also tried calling right after we had an incident, later that day and later that week, and not only does no one answer, the answering service 'is full'. Ridiculously unprofessional! I've worked in the restaurant industry and the one thing that is gold to a professional operation, is quality consumer feedback that you can take action on. The fact that they won't even take your call speaks volumes. We will be going to New Hope, where they always get things right, or Starbucks/Caribou from now on. I was at the chaska location on oct 18 2019 at around 530 pm. The service was not good. There were about 6 employees standing around chatting not paying attention to customers wanting to place an order. Once my order was placed employees didnt not know how to make my order and proceeded to make order not the right way and laughed to each other saying I would not notice if my coffee was made right or wrong. I told them I would notice.they right away tried to fix it but proceeded to laugh it off as if it was not a big deal. I will not be returning to this location.
