The women's bathroom had no toilet paper and the men's had no soap. Customers AND EMPLOYEES walking out having not washed their hands!!!! Dirty tampons and wrappers sitting on top of an overflowing trash can!! UNSANITARY!! I left the bathroom to get a juice and was immediately turned off after seeing a sign that said "Employees should not be drinking bottled juices, they're for customers ONLY. Okay not much to review. I was craving an espresso. Usually I get that at Starbucks. But they are expensive. I tried Dunkin for a cost comparison. At Starbucks a single espresso is $2.05. A double at Dunkin was $1.30. It was very good. So I'm going there for my espresso for now on. read more

The filled donuts barely have any filling in them and the cake donuts are flat and thinner compared to other Dunkin restaurants. Also we just received blatantly poor customer service there. The girl at the counter took our order then took the man's order behind us. We just got donuts and one sandwich. The man ordered a shake drink and a sandwich next. The employee then proceeded to make the man's whole order first and serve him, then warmed our sandwich and shoved it to us without a word. We had time to observe the restaurant while we waited a d noticed the floor was really dirty, especially along the walls and in the corners and the kitchen area seemed overall unkempt. I attempt to come here when I'm early for class.. I'm talking 30-45 minutes early to my class at John Tyler, not even 2 miles down the road. I haven't received any coffee from here in months but I've been through the drive thru 3 different occasions and had to get out of line because I was going to be late for class. Yes, I waited 15+ minutes 3 times. This is also at 10-11AM on weekdays. I've seen people get so frustrated sitting in line that they go park their car to go inside hoping it will be faster- but THE DOORS ARE ALWAYS LOCKED. Wow this place was built from the ground up and has been open for a month now. Still struggling to get things up and running. The line was long, but not because there were a ton of people. Instead the line was long because no one was getting served. One guy walked out in front of us. We waited it out reluctantly because my son wanted a donut and we were committed. While waiting a random customer asked for a rag so they could wipe one of the tables so they could sit down. We finally made it to the front. The cashier was apologetic. We ordered four donuts and one sandwich. They were out of the cheese for the sandwich and I sub for something else. We paid cash and they were out of pennies for our change. Understaffed and poorly managed is what got from my visit. Hopefully they'll pull it together soon. There's another exiting location 2 miles away. Around noon on a Saturday, I made an drive-thru order for a dozen donuts and four frozen drinks. After making my order, I was asked to repeat each item again, which made it seem like the worker wasn't listening. When I paid, the worker hardly gave me eye contact and actually seemed bothered to take my card. I was told to "pull around front" without any explanation of what was holding up my order or how long I was to wait. After about five minutes my order was delivered to me without any apology or explanation. The two workers who brought it were having a conversation and hardly noticed me, with one of them handing my donuts through the window as she looked away from me. I've been here a couple of times and my drink orders are usually up to part but when I decided to order lunch and breakfast as I was in a rush for work and it was disastrous. On top of being backed up in the drive through and waiting on my order longer than expected they forgot a food item. So I had to walk out of my car to get it. Then when I got to work I noticed after saying no bacon in my sandwich I found bacon in my chicken sandwich. My husband and I ordered a simple bagel with cream cheese because they didn't have any everything bagels left. No big deal. They had to brew another batch of coffee which took a while which wasn't a big deal as well. Once they gave us our bagel my husband opened it find a breakfast sandwich. He opened it to the employee and actually touched the egg saying this isn't what he ordered. The employee wrapped it back up and served it to another customer! So usually in the past, I haven't went to this location because the old manager was ditzy and there would be people packed in, i'm assuming, waiting in line or waiting for their food/drinks. But this morning, January 18, 2020 I went there and a very pretty young lady took my order, made my drinks, and made my food. I was in and out of there in 5 minutes. Not only that, but she made the BEST mocha hazelnut cold brew I have EVER had. I wish I would've brought cash on me to personally tip her. She was extremely kind, prompt, and she definitely knows what's she's doing! I hope management recognizes that they have a great employee on their team and treat her as such. On the receipt it said "Kaila S." I hope that's her name; I've worked at DD before and sometimes people would jump on a register with someone else signed in due to increase productivity, etc. So, Miss Kaila you truly made my day! I recently went to this dunkin, in Chester, Virginia. The service wasn't the best compared to other locations. The person who took my order had forgot that I had ordered a doughnut. As soon as I got my order, (which was a beyond sausage, egg and cheese on a croissant) I took a bite and found out that they had completely forgot my meat.
