This Dunkin has been renovated so it's super nice inside, and the food/drinks have never let me down. The staff here are hardworking and very kind. I will literally walk to this Dunkin even though the CTA Granville stop is closer to me, but it's that much better in terms of quality. The food is always served hot (and if it is cold in the middle, they've remade things for me with no hesitation)! I also think they craft the drinks better. Very good service. Busy inside but workers were really fast and responsive. Also nice and pleasant in general. There was an older lady perhaps the manager and she was on top of it. I had a bad run in with another Dunkin earlier that didn't even ask for my order even after 10 minutes waiting in a line of one person aka me. I've been to all three Dunkin' locations in close proximity here - Clark, Granville, and this one. I'm not exactly sure what it is, but of all three locations, whenever I order an iced coffee (my only drink order from Dunkin'), this location's iced coffee tastes more watered down. Additionally, they seem to not put the correct pumps of syrups. I've ordered the same iced coffees with the same pumps of syrups at all three locations around here, and this one always tastes off/more watered down. Two stars for the baseline being my orders at least being somewhat accurate? Aside from the questionable coffee making. read more

A daily trip through the Drive thru at local Dunkin Donuts @ 6332 N Broadway has turned me away forever. I purchase a medium iced coffee w/ sweet caramel and cream. As I began to drink it a soft chewy item traveled up the straw. I spat the item out to discover a fly was in my drink. To make matters worse, I sat at my desk looking at it for about a minute when it started to move. Needless to say, this location of Dunkin Donuts is disgusting and has lost my business. Corporate DD may want to evaluate it's franchisee agreement with this location. read more

We had a really great customer service rescue in their drive through. For the first time we've done it, we ordered coffee ahead of time in the mobile app, and a few minutes later went to pick them up. When we pulled up to the ordering speaker, we were told to pull up to pick up our order immediately. When we got to the pickup window, they said they didn't know of any order. We showed them on the phone screen a confirmation of the order, and they puzzled over it and apologized profusely. They got our drinks ready immediately, and while they were doing that apparently our online order was delivered to them. Our drinks were already free with the app, but they also gave us samples of a new cold drink they're offering, they took our picture, and they gave us complimentary donuts. I have to say that these are the prettiest donuts I've ever seen, and I've been to some gourmet doughnut shops. I'm always impressed by a business that takes a possible lapse in quality of customer service and transmutes it into a win. read more

I had such a bad experience this morning. I ordered an iced coffee with 3 pumps of mocha swirl, 3 creams, and 3 sugars. I'm pretty sure the cashier heard me wrong, but when I went back up to tell them that my drink was wrong, she gave me an attitude. She went back to make my drink and then made me hand over the wrong drink. She thought I was trying to get an extra free drink. That's also so unhygienic, especially during COVID. She would've had to throw away the drink anyways. If this happened at Starbucks, they would've let me keep the wrong drink. Avoid this location at all costs. read more

This afternoon I ordered through the drive-thru and the lady working there never gave me back my debit card. She gave me back my food and receipt, but not my debit card! I hadn't realized until the time I was back home (which is an hour away) that I didn't have it on me. The lady didn't even bother to holler at me to say she forgot to give me back my card and it's not like I drove off fast enough. I called this dunkin MANY times with no luck in finding answers. The time she actually picked up the call, she hung up on me while I was in the middle of talking saying she had no card of the sort under my name/bank. I ended up calling another several times til she picked up and tried to confirm with her once more. She THEN admitted to having my card. It's really not that hard to identify who's debit card it was since it had my freaking name on it! She acted like nothing happened--like she didn't just not give me back my card. This location BLOWS. Almost every morning, I get a very basic caramel swirl coffee with cream. And almost every morning, there are either 419 pumps of syrup in it or none. This morning, it tastes like nothing but regular coffee that has sat on the burner for the last day and a half. It's coffee. It shouldn't be that difficult. read more

Once upon a time I swore off Dunkin' Donuts due to extremely poor service - obviously not this Dunkin' Donuts. Plus, in all honesty, I rarely frequent doughnut shops, other than to make a purchase for my students - who squeal with delight at the air-light sugar infused confections. Also, on days that I leave my coffee mug in the car and I'm running behind on my schedule... then I will stop for coffee... Oh yes, and let us not forget the gift cards that I receive from my students because they think I go to Dunkin' Donuts all of the time. I really don't. However, if I did this location would be my go to, (and is), for all of the above because their early morning folks put a smile on my face and a song in my heart - they renew my spirit; and all with how pleasant, professional and happy that comes with every order, (the last time the gift card was a few cents short of the bill and THEY covered it). They don't have to be nice, I have gone to my share of coffee and bakery shops, of many who are contenders for my dollars. Those shops don't seem to care if I drop dead at their door - as long as I pay for the coffee and muffin and drop away from the next customer in line. I love me some dunkin' donuts. And I do mean donuts, because I'm really not a coffee drinker except occasionally. Still, their coffee is mellow and good, unlike Starbucks which is bitter. So I used to buy it in the store when I lived in CA because they don't have dunkin' shops in LA. Now I moved back and am just thrilled that I can get to them so easily! I always live near one - walking distance. So this is the one I'm near now. When I first moved back to Chicago I loved that in the Gold Coast, the one at Clark & Division had free wi-fi which saved my life while I was figuring out which service to have at my place - and it is open 24/7! Can't beat that! And I love their breakfast items. Those sandwhiches .... particularly the maple croissant with egg/cheese/sausage was the bomb diggity. I don't know if they still have it, but it was great. So big I'd split it in half and eat the other half the next day. Love me some dunkin'! And most all of 'em have ice cream, too! Awesome! The morning shift is much more reliable than the evening shift, which I guess makes some sense but that doesn't make it any less irritating. I live and work down Broadway and always swing in Dunkin' to grab a coffee or snack as I am going to work or coming home. Lines in the morning are fine and understandable, so I do not mind the wait, I usually wait no more than five minutes and I have never had an incorrect order. However, every time I come at night I have to go to the pick up area at the end of the restaurant to ask to be served at the register. Each and every time I have done this I have found the employees relaxing on their phones. Maybe the location would benefit from a buzzer or noise when the doors open so the employees aren't caught off guard or anything. I also wish there was a mirror at the exit of the drive in. There is about two yards of sidewalk, drive through area where I and many others have nearly been hit by people exiting the drivethrough in a hurry. You have to be cautious in that little area to make sure you are not hit. Always clean, friendly but uneven service. read more

Yeah, so they've got the same product as every other Dunkin' Donuts. Unlike the some of the others that I have been to though, this store at Devon and Broadway cranks people through their drive thru quickly and they are way friendlier than I am at 7:30am before I've had my coffee. Bonus points too for them never having screwed up my order! This place makes early morning classes bearable. And for whatever reason, I am amused by how confused some of the employees get by me not wanting cream in my coffee. Just something else that helps me smile while fighting to wake up. read more

Stuck with a car behind me, I called the store and asked her to have the delivery guy move. He wasn't unloading yet. She said she would have him move, but then let him complete the delivery. I was in this store today and did not have a very positive experience. This used to be a pretty good store a few years ago when the female owner/manager was running it. That place was very clean and organized. I'm not sure who run its now because it was not so clean and not so organized. Today while in the store, I almost walked out because no one seemed interested in taking my order right way. I was the only other person waiting at the time. This was due to a young cashier's preoccupation with exchanging surveys for donuts with 2 college young ladies( Who also had a small dog in the store with them. Sounds like a health violation to me). It looks like she was asking them fill out positive surveys onsite in exchange for immediate store items. I don't think other franchises do it this way. One is supposed to fill out a survey and return on the next visit for the free item. Once i got a cashier (Masuda)to take my order, She was rushed and seemed overwhelmed to the point that my order was incorrect. I asked for 2 Turkey Egg and Cheese Flatbreads but instead I received and was correctly charged for the smaller version of the sandwich (Turkey Egg& Cheese Wrap). The other cashier was still "survey hustling" even with all of those frustrated customers lined up. The irony is that if they were attentive and fair to every customer, then they'd have no problem receiving positive feedback on surveys. It's pretty sad when you have to coerce/bribe unassuming college kids to do it. I hope its was worth it. I won't be going back to this location. read more

I'm not doing a review on their menu offerings. I mean, we all know what you are going to get from a Dunkin Donut especially, the sweet decadence to your waist! I'm giving this DD location 5 stars because they are the fastest moving drive-thru in this town! No matter how long the line of cars, you can be in and out of there in less than 4 minutes. I mean, for someone like me who's always trying to get to work on time, this place is a valuable find! The people are the sweetest, too. Keep it up! I went to the drive-thru (as I do nearly every day) and the staff at this location is very, very nice. I had an issue with my large hot hazelnut coffee this morning. It tasted like dishwater/soap. rude owner, during a promotion on DEC 16th, we ordered some meals and i asked for the "free medium size tea" they announced with their mobile app, but i was charged for the tea anyway and when i asked them to take it back or refund me, the manager who was the drive thru agent refused. Tried complaining with DD corporate customer service on social media but tells me they will get the franchise to contact me. ok, so i love dunkin donuts coffee. any dunkin donuts in the world can make me a very, very happy [caffeinated] woman. here's why this location is so great: customer service. i told the usual morning people that i was moving away before i left for a year. i stopped in yesterday, and the good folks actually ASKED ME HOW I LIKED PHOENIX. seriously. i haven't seen these people in over 10 months, and they REMEMBERED me (and my order, which did not change after a year in the desert). seriously, when does that happen? i was so impressed. they served me well for the four years that i lived in rogers park, and i will continue to frequent this location, even though it's now a little out of the way. read more

Bad customer service at the store. Most people in our family are Dunkin Donuts coffee lovers, but today the service at this store really let me down. The window person at the drive thru handed my partner, the driver, a large coffee and the lid was not on all the way, as soon as he grabbed it coffee began spilling on his had his clothes and the door of the car. Mistakes happen but the bad part was the lost look on the person at the window who did not even say sorry or offered water to try and help his burned hand, or clean the coat or his pants which were all stained with black coffee. When we asked for the supervisor the supervisor's reaction was equally disappointing. Not a sorry, not any type of offer to fix the situation just an empty "what do you want me to do" stare. We have been going to that location for years almost every day getting coffee and breakfast foods and on the weekend stopping by for donuts and other goodies. That is the part that is the most disappointing because while mistakes do happen the fact that they did not even apologize makes the whole incident worst than it needed to be. I was at a Starbucks once and I asked for a low fat drink, it was awful, it was my fault that I ordered it but the cashier saw me make the yuck face and she asked me what was wrong. I told her it was not what I expected and she said let me get you a different drink. I turned down the offer but always remember the willingness to go above and beyond. Not today at this Dunkin Donuts location. Burned, stained, and disappointed we thought we were going to have to try and find a new location to get our DD fix. I sent a note to Corporate who followed up with me within an hour or so, and I even got a call from the owner of the store with promises of better Customer Service training and an offer to clean car and clothes at their expense followed with the owners cell phone number. It does not erase the incident and the bad experience by any means, but at least they promise to do better. For now we are getting our coffee elsewhere. read more

Without doubt the best of the two dozen or so Dunkins in the Chicago area with which I am familiar. This despite significant challenges of a very diverse neighborhood with respect to social class and ethnicity. VERY fast drive thru that destroys the Starbucks down the street. Always fresh product in a very clean environment that includes multiple coffee shop electrical outlets. Almost every server seems to be from Nepal (with some accompanying minor language limitations), but first rate work ethic and genuine sincerity prevail. Because it is a 24 hour Dunkin there are some late night issues with the homeless. But management balances this issue out nicely by running the bad actors out and insisting that the others buy product. read more
