Arm chairs!

This is a nice DD. It's spacious and I love that it has an area where you can sit in an arm chair. They actually have all the menu items they should have. I ordered a pumpkin coffee, toasted bagel with cream cheese, and hash browns and they did a good job making it fast and hot. Recommend.

Fly in my drink... yum! Thanks Dunkin Donuts!

A daily trip through the Drive thru at local Dunkin Donuts @ 6332 N Broadway has turned me away forever. I purchase a medium iced coffee w/ sweet caramel and cream. As I began to drink it a soft chewy item traveled up the straw. I spat the item out to discover a fly was in my drink. To make matters worse, I sat at my desk looking at it for about a minute when it started to move. Needless to say, this location of Dunkin Donuts is disgusting and has lost my business. Corporate DD may want to evaluate it's franchisee agreement with this location.

We had a really great customer service rescue in their drive through. For the first time we've done it, we ordered coffee ahead of time in the mobile app, and a few minutes later went to pick them up. When we pulled up to the ordering speaker, we were told to pull up to pick up our order immediately. When we got to the pickup window, they said they didn't know of any order. We showed them on the phone screen a confirmation of the order, and they puzzled over it and apologized profusely. They got our drinks ready immediately, and while they were doing that apparently our online order was delivered to them. Our drinks were already free with the app, but they also gave us samples of a new cold drink they're offering, they took our picture, and they gave us complimentary donuts. I have to say that these are the prettiest donuts I've ever seen, and I've been to some gourmet doughnut shops. I'm always impressed by a business that takes a possible lapse in quality of customer service and transmutes it into a win.

The staff is really nice and they always get my order right and the drinks taste good and they make them properly, which is why I come all the way to this location to get my order! It gets really crowded here but they get your order done quickly.

Such nice service I have to come back

Once upon a time I swore off Dunkin' Donuts due to extremely poor service - obviously not this Dunkin' Donuts. Plus, in all honesty, I rarely frequent doughnut shops, other than to make a purchase for my students - who squeal with delight at the air-light sugar infused confections. Also, on days that I leave my coffee mug in the car and I'm running behind on my schedule... then I will stop for coffee... Oh yes, and let us not forget the gift cards that I receive from my students because they think I go to Dunkin' Donuts all of the time. I really don't. However, if I did this location would be my go to, (and is), for all of the above because their early morning folks put a smile on my face and a song in my heart - they renew my spirit; and all with how pleasant, professional and happy that comes with every order, (the last time the gift card was a few cents short of the bill and THEY covered it). They don't have to be nice, I have gone to my share of coffee and bakery shops, of many who are contenders for my dollars. Those shops don't seem to care if I drop dead at their door - as long as I pay for the coffee and muffin and drop away from the next customer in line. I'm relatively new to the area - it's been a tad over a year now, and I am pleased to meet your acquaintance Dunkin' Donuts at 6332 N. Broadway. I hope you continue to spread your sweetness and perkiness always. (The perkiness is a fair pun for those of you who remember the "percolator" :-)

Here's the jerk blocking everything.

If there is something I can eat every day, it's the avocado bacon toast from this place, customer service is just great. Love this place.

Standard DD. Sometimes the drive thru is really slow in the mornings. They usually get my order right though.

Both were delish! The glazed donut was fluffy, sweet and my fave. My husband loved his old fashioned donut! He said it was crunchy yet moist. We also both got the Hot N' Spicy chicken sandwich which was so good!! Flavorful and spicy, with toppings that helped add some freshness to it. Pair it with a soft brioche bun, and this sandwich was heavenly! Def check this spot out for breakfast! One of the best places we tried while in Chicago!

Pulled up just before 6:30 AM on a weekday and there were just a few folks ahead of us in line, but service is quick. Cake donuts were actually pretty solid here; the Blueberry Cake Donut was the best item, super soft and moist with a good amount of berries throughout. The Pistachio Cake Donut for some reason was texturally firmer and drier than the other. Unfortunately, the fried donuts were all misses. The dough was just really dense and none of the toppings really hit. The Glazed Donut just made me sad that the dough was bad and the bacon on the Maple Bacon Donut wasn't crispy, so you got a cold, chewy, greasy bite that wasn't super pleasant. The chopped dough pieces in the Apple Fritter were also oddly firm instead of soft. For a place with rave reviews, I was pretty bummed by the donuts, but maybe the fried chicken sandwich is where it's at.

The buttermilk one particularly gave county fair funnel cake vibes and the lemon poppyseed one reminded me a lot of a lemon bar lol verrry lemon-y (in an indulgent-good way). Recommended some items to us and after hearing we were on a donut tour, even threw in a freebie. Only outdoor seating available, but the weather was perfectly lovely. Everything led up to (finally) some lovely, super soft fluffy fried donuts. Glazed Donut and Strawberry Glazed Donut were exactly the pillowy, yeasted texture I was looking for and the latter even had a little extra tartness from the strawberries, which you could tell was made from real fruit! The Lemon Poppyseed Cake Donut ended up being a banger as well; great balance between sweet and sour, not dry at all, and cross between crumbly and a melt in your mouth texture. The Apple Fritter was the only miss. Had an odd aftertaste that almost reminded me of curry powder and was texturally super hard, like bits of cardboard.

Tbh I remember being disappointed because of the hype. Today I entered with tempered expectations. I tried the Old Fashioned doughnut and it was somewhere between solid and above average. I'll definitely stick with Do-Rite especially because they're a few blocks away and significantly better. If the job catered Voodoo I'd indulge, but considering I prefer a few other donut shops I won't make a special trip. Great service plus a respectable donut equals 3.51 stars.

It also doesn't hurt that they are open from 6am to Midnight - perfect for those sudden doughnut cravings! One thing that can be improved is how they handle big orders. I recently ordered over 5 dozen doughnuts and it came in 6 boxes and a small bag. First problem: they don't deliver. Second and bigger problem is that they don't pack big orders so you can carry them out. How the heck am I going to carry 6 boxes and a bag of donuts??? Maybe they want to keep their business "small". A simple brown bag or even something to tie the boxes together would have been very helpful.

It's pretty small inside, with maybe no more than 10 tables. When I came there was a large party taking up majority of the dining room, leaving about 4 tables left. We didn't have reservations, but I believe they take them. Luckily we were seated right away without any issues. They are known for their Asian cuisine. Think Taiwanese fried chicken sandwiches, Japanese mochi donuts, ube, vietnamese coffee, etc. What I tried: - Mochi donuts (1 strawberry, 1 chocolate) ; so fresh! 10/10 - Strawberry/peach lemonade boba; Extremely sweet, but good! Staff was super kind from start to finish. The only downside (which is big) - it is pretty dirty around the restaurant. With all the white, you can unfortunately spot things quicker. However, it wasn't the cleanest but we were still willing to give it a try. When we arrived, the hostess/waitress asked if we had a reservation and I told her no but there were literally only 2 tables being occupied at the time, so she had us wait until she cleared another table. The menu gave a hibachi vibe, they had teriyaki bowls, unwich sushi rolls, soup, and specialty drinks but no fountain or canned drinks. I wanted the salmon and everyone else was getting chicken but that didn't happen because they were out of salmon. Really wasn't feeling the other options, so we canceled our order and left. I would definitely give the place another try but maybe earlier in the day and a different location.
