Quick review for a quick stop. It was around 7am on a Sunday morning, continuing on a long cross country drive. I ordered ahead in the app and the coffees were ready upon arrival. They were correct. The staff was friendly. The floor wasn't sticky. Christmas music was playing. We got there right in time. It looked like the takeout church donut crews were rolling in en-mass as we were leaving. The staff here are just unwelcoming, miserable, and unfriendly. We ordered two items with zero customization. Staff just assumed I wanted a large coffee but never asked me. My white bf instantly got his drink and I had to wait for a long time to get mine until I had to stare at her and we were the only customers inside. My bf asked if there was a code for the bathroom and the staff visibly seemed annoyed and irritated that she was interrupted. It seems like it's not just us giving a bad review at this location. I am not a fan of Dunkin'. Most of the stores are not friendly, they are dirty and the doughnut selection limited. BUT... this location on Main Street in Chipley is an exception. I was greeted as I walked in the door. Cheryl helped me and she was wonderful. I believe she was new but she did a great job. My sandwich and specialty coffee order was completed very quickly. Our doughnuts were very tasty. I would give it 5 stars but I used the restroom and they use hand dryers. The dryers spread germs so it is a no-no to me. Other than that I would give a FIVE STAR RATING. read more

Love this place. I am a dunkin lover anyway but I frequent this location. I typically go through the drive thru, ordering ahead in the app. The staff is always friendly, and my order is always correct, and I always get it quickly even when there was a line. The food is always fresh as well as the coffee. Never have had any issue here and i order maybe up to 3 times a week. If I ever did go inside the shop was always tidy. This Dunkin Donut look very new at Chipley and the only Dunkin in the whole town. There is no Starbucks so this store rule in this town. Chipley is a small town between Tallahassee and Pensacola. I pass by here a lot due to work. The store clerk is very friendly. Since we travel from out of town, we need an electrical outlet to connect our computer in order to remotely log into help the company. The store equip outlet almost every seat. My initial seat has a broken outlet, and the clerk help me move to second table with workable outlet. I was able to connect and continue working. Since there is not much choice of coffee shop here, I would recommend you to look up this place if you are out of towner. Today they have pumpkin spice coffee since it is close to Halloween. I don't know who trained Nevaeh, but I asked for an Ice Coffee and for her to Please "'melt the sugar" to which she replied "we don't have a microwave there's no way for us to melt it." Thinking she was new I explained to her how every other Dunkin Donuts I been to used Hot Coffee to melt the sugar. She replied "there's no way for us to do that, we'll just have to mix it in really good" talk about the laziest girl I've ever met in my life. I asked for a Boston cream, and they had none in stock. I'm not even sure how this is possible because the Boston cream is quite literally one of the most commonly ordered donuts at Dunkin Donuts. For me, that is not an excuse to ever run out, it is an excuse to always have the damn things stocked. So I go to eat Breakfast here at this location. After I ordered my food I look for the bathroom so I can wash my hands as I am supposed to do during the Covid crisis. This location has blocked its bathroom so customers cannot use. They do not supply sanitizer and they will not let you let you wash your hands. How ridiculous is it to block off the one place a customer has to wash his hands before eating. read more

Usually like Dunkin, but this location needs some work. Service was really good, but food quality was terrible. Hubs and I got a dozen donut holes and a cappuccino to share. Donut holes were old and tasted like leftovers that had been put in the fridge overnight and then put out today. They seemed wet, cold, heavy and the glaze was completely soaked into the donut. Traveling across the country on our way to Gainesville, we were in serious need of some coffee. We had been lookin for coffee shops open late night, when it dawned on us, we were going to be entering a new time zone down the road where all the coffee shops would actually be closed. We spotted a freeway sign for Dunkin and shot off the freeway. Upon approaching the location, we noticed the door said they closed at 9pm, but Yelp had 10pm listed. As we were about to leave, Marquita saved the day and waved us in. She greeted us with a wonderful smile and positive attitude. There customer service is VERY bad.Workers had an VERY bad tone with me. they got my drink wrong, i said a simple vanilla frappuccino she gave me a cappuccino that was coffee and i don't drink that so i took it in there too switch it and she STILL gave me the wrong drink! Awful service. Gave us two of the wrong sandwiches. Handed us the bag (sans our two coffees) said have a nice day and walked away from the window for 7 minutes with other cars behind us in line too.
