I go to Dunkin on Saratoga Street in Cohoes everyday for their Signature Lattes. They are Fantastic and the crew that works during the day are Fantastic along with the Manager. Love them all. My only complaint i have is i love the White chocolate Signature latte and their always out or didn't come on the Truck order. Corporate, if you have an item that's a big seller why wouldn't you make sure that item isn't stocked in their store? I would like to give a big shout out to one of your employees her name is Ni, she is the Absolute Best very friendly, very hard worker and gets to know her customers. Myself and my coworker love her and when we walk in she's already making our drinks. I think you should really recognize the workers in that store they're all The Best in our book. The way the Dunkin' staff treated their customers this week was completely unacceptable. A coworker of mine took our residents out for a coffee drive Tuesday. English is his second language and our residents have developmental disabilities. While they couldn't remember the staff's name, this woman snapped at my coworker for not speaking clearly and when he offered her the written down order at the window she snatched it from his hand, upsetting our residents. Further, as one resident--who moves a bit slowly--was handing him correct change for his coffee to give to Dunkin staff, she said "Move along! We have a line of cars here," making our individuals upset and uncomfortable. This was beyond unprofessional and just not how you treat people. read more

This isn't the most charming Dunkin I've ever been in. I wouldn't expect anything fresh after 3:00am, and the drive "thru" is inexplicably depressing. But the service we received at the counter, on a quick coffee stop between Waterford and Watervliet, was some of the most refreshingly enjoyable service I've ever received anywhere that could be described as "quick-service." Tl;dr version here so you don't even have to skip to the end - It's open twenty-four hours, right there, and has accurate workers. I'm happy. The real version - There are two places which are open within usually reasonable walking distance to my house when I get restless in the predawn, and they are right across Ontario/470 from one another on Saratoga. Only one of them serves actual food, though, so if I want anything other than a Monster at three in the morning, I turn to Dunkin Donuts, not Sunoco. It's certainly not where I typically go for dine-in at any other time of day (see my closing statement for part of why), but from 11-5 when no one else is open in a tiny city, it's not just the only joint to hit up, it's a worthy one - and it sure beats walking a few miles to the Hannaford in Lansingburgh (though sometimes, I bother anyway because Dunkin Donuts muffins are far inferior to Hannaford's to my taste buds and the texture preferences of my teeth). The staff is lovely - always friendly and quick to complete tasks, even when tired and often being treated like crap. In the dark hours, not all of the staff is necessarily "family-friendly" in their conversation, but what do I care? They're nice to me, make sure to get what I ask for correct, and don't care that I take a few minutes' break from the cold or rain or bugs or whatever New York is dishing out at the time, or that I sit by the window and have awkward conversations with a friend for a while. Inside is always clean, including the bathrooms - excuse the floor in winter, though, because there's only so much anyone can do when each person walking through the door has slush and salt on their shoes. I generally go for the veggie burrito (physically too hot at first, but that's because they make it for me right then). If I haven't grabbed a juice or Vitamin Water across the street, I add to the food some variation on a theme of Coolatta (labelled "frozen coffee" on the menu, if you're looking for the prices and can't find them), and maybe bring a doughnut home for my mother. Depending on the hour, I might have the freshest possible doughnut from the new batch coming in around 3-5 or one of the last of the day, so I suppose it's a gamble in that regard. Just remember not to judge them based on their chicken flatbreads: those are just as disappointing no matter where you go, at any time of day. If it weren't for the group of putzes who come in to occupy half of the dining area for hours at a time with bought-once-upon-a-time small coffees and order in Chinese takeout, I'd love the place. read more

Sure, the line for the drive-through often clogs up the nearby streets. The parking lot is tiny. And the interior is pretty small as well. The cleanliness is about average. But the staff -- The staff here is fantastic. They are fast. They always get my order right. And they actually seem HAPPY to work there. An amazing concept, I know. They SMILE at me. They look me in the eye and tell me to have a nice day, and I actually believe that they hope I have a nice day. I don't think I could ever give a 5-star rating to any chain with a drive-through and a t-shirt uniform. That being said, if Dunkin' Donuts shops had their own rating scale, the Cohoes DND would, without a doubt, be declared a solid 5-star establishment. At least in terms of service. read more

I used to live down the street from this Dunkin Donuts & never once was my order wrong. Mostly went for the coffee to keep my butt awake during a long swing shift at work. Would treat myself to a donut every once in a while & haven't found anything better since. Location is a little hard to get to but the employees are nice & the service is excellent. read more

I live close by so on my way to work I often stop here for coffee if I don't have time to make it at home. Most of my visits are around 4 am. The staff here is awesome, especially considering the ones I see most often are the overnight crew, which I can imagine would be rough. They remember me and my order and are always very kind. My order is always correct. Once an employee realized he may have put too much cream in by accident and asked if I wanted it fixed. I thought that was great that he was honest instead of just giving it to me, especially since too much milk in my coffee is gross to me. Also, I'm an iced coffee drinker and even though dunkin coffee isn't what I would call high quality, the iced coffee is usually pretty strong and consistent. I've been to a lot of Dunkin locations that are extremely inconsistent with their iced coffee, always tastes different, tends to be weak and not even cold so this place exceeds my expectations for a Dunkin Donuts. Even when I stop here during the day time, the line moves fast, my order is still correct, and the people still friendly despite it being super busy at times. One issue I noticed is if I get a bagel, which is rare, it seems pretty undercooked/baked. Overall though this is my favorite dd location. read more

I get the same coffee everyday at various Dunkin' locations in Latham / loudonville / Albany. I've heard such bad things about the Dunkin in cohoes where I live and never go there, I decided I was rushing to get to work so I made a quick stop. I've ordered the same coffee for years and I know how it looks, tastes, and I'm highly disappointed. There had been maybe 10-13 ice cubes in my cup leaving my coffee barley cold and it tasted extremely watered down. I also worked for Dunkin for a few years so I know how my coffee is supposed to look! Medium iced dark roast, 5 caramel 4 cream. It's supposed to look light in color, ice filled up to the top, and 5 full pumps of caramel. The coffee was dark in color and barley any ice and I tasted NO caramel! Safe to say I will never go to the cohoes Dunkin again. Worst customer service and coffee was awful. Thankful for the store in Latham because they replaced my coffee and made it right for me with no problems! read more
