Place is usually great when it's ran by the teenagers in the afternoon, friendly too. I dont go inside only drive through but the food I get from them is always hot and got the perfect time in heat. Came this morning and I order, get my food, wrong meat on my sandwich and it looks like it was put in the toaster oven for not even a minute. Definitely tastes like it. Wasnt hot, barely warm, same with the hashbrowns. Oh, and it wasn't the teenagers this time. Maybe they're in their teens, don't look like it though. I think this was the worst service I've gotten at any dunkin in the area for years. Just gotta keep in mind go to the Wolf Rd one in the morning and it'll be faster and overall better. read more

I went to this dunkin donuts and I ordered 2 drinks,a sandwich and the new Chipotle aioli hash browns not knowing that there would be bacon crumbs on it ,I don't eat pork so when I was about to eat the hash browns I saw bacon crumbs on it and asked the cashier if it was bacon on it and he asked the co worker who was working there and the co worker was extremely rude and said your looking at it that is not how you talk to your customers at all you need to learn to talk to people regular with out the nasty remarks it was a yes or no question he did not have to be rude about it .I will not buy food from that location ever again.. If I knew it had pork on it I never would have purchased it in the first place .the guy with the braids needs to find something else that is not in customer service this is sad that the employees feel they need to be nasty to paying guests.disgusting attitudes will get you no where I expect better service from the employees than that terrible service I will let my friends and family know not to go to this location read more

I truly wish I could rate this place a negative 5 stars. The man who spoke to me over the intercom was not only rude but rushed me through my entire order. My daughter is lactose intolerant and we tried as much as we could to clarify that she needed oat milk instead of milk and it was not heard. No surprise when he was constantly interrupting us to ask if we needed anything else. We did not feel comfortable asking for another one the proper way as we were met with a horribly distasteful face and attitude. I rarely write reviews, but this one needs to be written. I mobile ordered, which I fully paid for my coffee, and ALMOMD MILK. I asked that my coffee be light and sweet, and the manager goes oh no honey I have to charge you extra for almond milk. However, I paid for the almond milk through the app. Hence the sticker on the cup that shows my order. I go to this Dunkin since it's the closest one. I was heading into work and I asked for a sausage egg and cheese croissant with an order of hash browns. Not a hard order. It took 3 minutes waiting in my car and then they gave me a bag. Now even though I did not check, after 3 minutes I shouldn't have to check to see if my food is accurate. They gave me a toasted bagel instead. By the time I saw it, I couldn't go back to fix it since I was heading into work. The service was terrible and they constantly burn the food. It took 15 minutes for them to get me a medium matcha latte through the drive thru, they got my order wrong, blamed it on me claiming I said the wrong thing (which cannot be true, they gave me coffee and I can not drink coffee). I needed coffee desperately on the way to the bus stop pickup at the SUNY campus. We stopped at Dunkin Donuts. The rumors are true, their coffee is quite good, and in fact a step above Starbucks if you ask me. No burnt after taste, this is not bad for a chain at all. What has happened to the usual drive thru staff at this location? Been going here for years, through pandemic, etc. For the past month or so, the drive thru has new staff, are extremely slow. I always order ahead and usually just a coffee. When I get to the window, never know what my order is. This morning on my way to work, I stopped here for my usual morning coffee. At the drive through window I asked the server to please rinse out my travel mug so that I could pour the coffee into it to drink. (DD's cups are hard to use while driving and spill easily) I've done this often at Starbucks and at other Dunkin Donuts where they have been more than happy to comply. The server did rinse out my travel mug using the small sink and sprayer situated right by his station. However, a very rude young woman inside the store piped up saying "You need to wash out your cup at home 'cause we cant do it here". Fortunately, I hadn't yet paid, so I at least had the satisfaction of leaving, sans coffee. This woman should not be working in a service business. I guess I won't be stopping at this location ever again. Fortunately, Cumberland Farms is building a new store just up the street, also on my way to work. I will stop there as soon as they are open. Cumberland has much better coffee that isn't left on the hot plate getting burned and all sizes are only a dollar. read more

Today I had the absolute worst experience of customer service in my entire life. While waiting in the drive through the customer in front of me had a dog. The worker was petting/pulling this large drooling dog into the window where the food is located. I personally love animals however there is a time and place for everything. I had my six year old daughter with me who has a severe allergy to dogs. I decided to go in and return the food/ talk to the manager. "Jennifer" With a very nasty attitude and disposition she said " I made your food and we are pet friendly" we allow pets in our store and have no issue with them at all" I explained my daughters reactions to dogs and she said "well we allow dogs. Her rude demeanor and tone continued with every word she released from her mouth without a ounce of good customer service. I can't wait to find out what the health department thinks about dogs drooling where customers food is handed out. Maybe they will say it's okay because they are pet friendly also. When it comes to making coffee it can be tricky. Add coffee, add sugar then cream, these can be rather complicated for the employees at this Dunking Donuts. Today I decided to go crazy and make it complicated so I ordered an extra large french vanilla with 1 sugar and 3 cream. The very intelegant highly trained employees made the coffee to their perfection. Extra large coffee with a cup of sugar and a cup of cream. Honestly I've never had such bad luck with coffee except when I order from this location. No matter what day or what time it seems the same, I'm surprised they got the plain bagel in a bag order right, after they verified that was the order 3 times. I wish I was the only one to feel this way but it seems as my Co workers agree with me, the sad part is I've had employees from a different Dunkin Donuts agree with me as well. Simply put, seek a different location with employees that have more then a 2nd grade education. Very sad and pathetic to say the least. If the location was packed and the crew was overwhelmed it's understandable, but I was the ONLY customer. read more

Two star seems fair since they're a restaurant and do serve food here...no more than that because of the rude employees, flies all over the place (not exaggerating, we left when we saw two land on the same tray of donuts today), their ability to clear out the drive through line without making eye contacts with the indoor line and that I haven't gotten a correct drive through order in 6 months.
