This store should be the training site for all other Dunkin Donuts. I can't tell you how many Dunkin's we have been to where they always, without fail, mess up the food or the coffee. But this store gets it right every time and we don't even come here on a daily basis; just on random days. Which tells you how consistent the food and drinks are. The staff is always friendly. The store is always clean and decorated for whatever holiday is in season. read more

Great location in the Cooper City Plaza off Griffin Road. Very busy in the mornings with people grabbing their coffee on their way to work. Love the glazed chocolate munchkin balls at 60 calories each. They are the center of the regular chocolate cake ring donut, these are for .59 cents each and they also offer the plain glazed munchkin. The munchkin was moist and delish as usual. In this DD they have a closed off room to conduct business meetings while having a coffee and donut or sit in the outside patio. This location is very clean. It is the best Dunkin I have ever been to. The staff is friendly. The line moves fast. I ordered Avocado Toast and a Large frozen chocolate today. I got them to go. When I was driving, I realized I received an Iced coffee. So I went back and they happily remade it. Everyone makes mistakes. Other times I have been here my hot coffee order was always correct. This location seems to have more varieties of donuts compared to other stores and they were all in stock. The Avocado Toast is interesting. I think it is some sort of spread. It is alright. I probably won't order it again. Overall this is a cozy Dunkin Donuts. I just wish they were closer to where I live. read more

We stopped here last minute on a Friday after a Sawgrass visit. I feel like I have been here in the past but I'm not completely sure. I know I attempted to stop at this location before and after this visit but they close really early. Actually, it seems like everything in that plaza, besides the bar, closes around 8pm. We decided to park and order inside as opposed to ordering ahead, just in case they were closing. It was empty and I think there was maybe one other customer. I ordered my usual- large iced blueberry coffee with skim milk and lite ice. Hubs ordered a black coffee. I have the Dunkin rewards card but it seems like the employees are always confused as to why I have them swipe it. Maybe I'm the crazy one. The employee stated to me in a very flaccid tone that there are no funds on the card. Yeah, I know. It was probably one of the blandest interactions I ever had. We received our coffees in a reasonable time. I put my own sweetener in because Dunkin does not carry Stevia and I don't want them to put in sugar by "accident". The coffee was okay but it did it's job and it tasted like blueberries. read more

Nice dunkin location on my way home from the gym. What makes this dunkin stand out from the others is their friendliness and the desire to make sure you have the perfect coffee you ordered. I came here because I had a free coupon for an iced latte. I like my coffee strong so I added and extra shot and also some flavor (French vanilla). I've been hearing great things about their new avocado toast so I wanted to check that out as well. The first time I ordered my drink it was WAY too light and sweet. I asked them to remake it with half sweetener and less milk. The girl behind the counter immediately assisted me and made my drink just the way I like it. The avocado toast is yummy on a big piece of sourdough bread. Wish they spread out the everything seasoning a little more evenly. This location does not offer drive thru so actually going inside service is quick!! They have plenty of seating inside and outside and also offer a conference room you can comfortably sit 6-8 people in. You have to pay to rent this space! Will definitely be stopping by next time I leave the gym and want a coffee. read more

I've almost given up on Dunkin for coffee but I play myself and go back time and time again. The only thing that keeps me going back is the price. Dunkin is way more affordable than some of the other local coffee places but I almost never get what I order made correctly. Even though I order the same handful of items it's almost never made the same. For example, this time I ordered an iced cappuccino and as you can see from my picture the large that I ordered wasn't even filled at all close to the top. Sometimes my regular caramel iced coffee order is way too sweet and other times it isn't sweet at all. I'm sure I'll be back but I would love for Dunkin to be more consistent with their drinks. read more

Well well well Dunkin' Donuts has come a long way! Not only do they have those cute little munchkins and they are expanding their variety of flavors but they also offer plant-based milk substitutions and Beyond meat sausages. Are the vegan patties there are delicious. I don't know if they're adding on extra flavor or if it's just the patty as it is but it's a tasty quick morning bite. Trust me when your options are limited and you're on a road trip early in the morning this will help. They are definitely vegan, vegetarian, and omnivore friendly. Why is it important so that all of the members of your family can sit down and eat together lol. Also they have a perk program and they are continuously dishing out the deals. I will definitely take a Dunkin' Donuts coffee over McDonald's any day. read more

The place was empty, just me and my girlfriend meaning no rush to get my order right but apparently not. I had asked for a medium refresher in order to get the promotion. The worker heard me wrong and put in a small which is more money. I wanted to use my giftcard- which i would have been able to if she heard my order correctly, or i don't know, read it back to me like you're supposed to. But no. I had to use my cash instead. i realized after I payed she charged me for a small- I then asked if she could change it to be medium which she said "no I'm already making a small im not going to change it now." So not only did this lady get my drink order wrong, but this caused me to use my hard earned cash, and pay more for less because of her mistake that she refused to fix and her lack of care to this company and to her customers. im not only livid but also dissapointed she chose to be lazy and inconsiderate over something that could have been an easy fix. especially since we were the only customers in that shop. This is one of my favorite Dunkins of the many that are close to me. The reason is that the staff is always so nice to my kids! My boys are of the age where they can bike here on their own. The staff is always super friendly to to them and their friends and do not take advantage of them because they are kids. The place is always clean and there is plenty of seating. This location can get very busy so I like to use my trusty Dunkin app to order in advance. There is a conference room that can be reserved in advance for meetings. Plenty of parking is available in the plaza. The only downside to this location is there is no drive-through. But hey, you can't always have it all. read more

We ordered from the app for pickup this morning. We had a few items in the order and the drinks were in a tray so it wasn't noticed until we got home that my latte was pretty much a medium in a large cup a FULL 2 inches from the top. I don't expect it to be to the very top but this was a little ridiculous. I treat myself to a latte about once a month so this was pretty disappointing. This is honestly the best dunkin I have been to in a very long time. The ones close to me are terrible so this one is an amazing change up for me! The staff that works here is always so friendly and even when there is a long line it dissipates at a rapid speed, making you think if yoh ever saw a line in the first place! The workers aren't trying to rush you while you place the order and always have a smile on their face when you walk in the door. The array of donuts are plentiful and I have never seen them run out at any time, the prices are great and you get what you pay for here! They also have ample seating, inside and out, and they have hard seats and a couple cushioned seats to choose from! This dunkin is also open 24 hours so it's perfect when you want your iced coffee or hot coffee at any time of the day! They don't have a drive thru, but the staff easily makes up for it by having nice, and fast service. They've never made a mistake on any of my orders despite how quickly they made it. The place itself is clean, with couches available for comfortable seating. It's open 24 hours so it's a good coffee place to cram for an exam, with a few outlets available for charging electronics. The only negative parts I've seen is that they seem to run out of some items pretty fast and the place is a lot colder than most Dunkin donuts. They do have outside seatings available if it's too cold inside. If you go to Dunkin Donuts often, I definitely recommend getting the app. You get a free drink once in a while and a few coupon deals. read more

I don't frequent this Dunkin' Donuts location as often as the others I go to. I do like that this shop is located on the way to school for me so it's perfect if I want to pick up a coffee to go. And as mentioned before in the other reviews the service here is on point, and they've never got any order wrong before with me. Aside from the friendly service, and good coffee this location is really neat, and clean! This may actually be the cleanest Dunkin' Donuts location I've ever been to, and there's a lot of space inside with tables, chairs, enough for everyone to come by and have a seat while enjoying their coffee. If you're in a rush, make sure that you order off the mobile app.. You can definitely go online and skip the line in the store. While I do love SB, there is definitely room for more than one love for coffee houses. DD can be counted on for some good bagels. I do enjoy the egg and cheese sandwiches and now the new pretzel croissant is scrumptious. Mornings can be quite difficult, and while I never skip a beat getting breakfast together for my little ones, I often find myself running out the door without breakfast for myself. Before the app I would cross my fingers and hope for a short line at DD, but so many other people love DD in the morning it almost never happened. Now, with the app, it doesn't matter how many people are in line, I can just skip the line and get breakfast instead of starving until lunch. read more

This review is more for the DD app. I use the newest DD mobile app for most of my transactions. Waiting in line is a thing of the past, and I don't see going back. You enter your information and you're set to go. You can preset your favorite orders and reorder with one click. Then walk right into the store to the pick up counter and look for your name on the mobile order receipt. It can be difficult at first to find what you're looking to order. You have to go through sandwiches in order to order any kind of bagel sandwich. You select the type of sandwich you would like and then switch the type of bread, and walla! You're on your way to a bagel with egg and cheese. With drinks it is a bit easier. And you can customize them as well. Whatever you like to add to your coffee including sweetener and flavors are available to add to your liking. read more

This place is soooooo close I can walk to it...but sometimes they "forget" to throw out the items that get stale on the shelf. Like...really?? Don't you bake fresh daily and throw out what doesn't sell at night... Panera and Einstein throws everything away that doesn't sell that day... I ordered a muffin and got home..STALE.
