Small iced decaf mocha latte with skim milk and extra mocha
    Stephanie D.

Was so happy when I saw this Dunkin cause I had been wanting an iced coffee the entire trip. Was disappointed tho cause they didn't have decaf iced coffee. Why????? Why does Dunkin say they have decaf iced coffee but only at some locations???? So instead I ended up getting a decaf iced mocha latte since they had decaf espresso. It was good. Had the right amount of mocha and did it's job. The guy who took my order was very nice. No line and it took only a few minutes for them to make my drink. They even had a little seating area for people to sit down which was nice. I would go back if I had to but REALLY wish they had decaf iced coffee. Oh well. That's my only complaint. 4/5 stars for me.

Long lines, they do not participate in the app or rewards. Plenty of other coffee places to visit in the terminal. You cannot pay with the Dunkin app or redeem point. I guess they don't need the business.

Horrible Customer service! The crew is so unprofessional! I didn't know DD uses sirups to flavor their coffee. I realized that only when I already ordered my coffee so I had to change my ordered. the crew was so demonstratively annoyed by it. it's a simple request, I am a new customer and I didn't know they were using sirups and I had to change my order. What a big deal? And my order was one cup of coffee, not ten, just one; there was no line behind me either. Cashier and a crew member who was making my coffee were talking about me when I was standing right in front of them which made me feel so uncomfortable. So unprofessional crew, I cannot believe they were chatting about me right on my face, with no hesitation

There wasn't a wait but it was nice to be able to see the options and choose ahead of time, and everything was there and ready to go! My donuts today taste great so far, I had a seasonal key lime pie flavor that was spot on, though a TINY bit on the sweet side. Then again, I opted for key lime so I should've known! Fresh donuts are definitely the way to go. I tried a gas station Oram's cinnamon roll once and that was a real bummer. Only minus one star because something was off about the taste of the glazed raised donut, not off as in spoiled, simply off as in not quite to my personal preference. Would definitely stop by again if I'm around!

Many baked goods in the display cases looked tempting, so I needed time to make up my mind about what I wanted to buy! I chose baklava (4 stars, thick layer of nuts), lady lock (4 stars, not quite as good as my mom-in-law's), apricot sourcream (4 stars), snickerdoodle cookie (4.5 stars), and Very Berry Napoleon (5, nicely fruity and sweet). The total price for these five baked goods was $10.46.

But I was in the area one Saturday morning around 9 am and the line looked manageable so figured I'd try and see if I could get some. I waited maybe 10-15 mins, so not too bad. My 5-star review is 100% due to the old fashioned donut. When it was my turn to order they had literally just brought out a tray of donuts that looked really good. I asked what they were and was told "old fashioned". Since they just came out fresh I decided to get a couple. I should've got a dozen of just those. Since it was my first time I picked several others to try and they were all fine, but the old fashioned - elite. I would definitely wait in another (10-15 min manageable) line for those specifically. My husband had to talk me down from returning the next day to get more lol.

If you are truly looking for some of the best donuts in the Pittsburgh area, then look no further…read more Better Maid is a locally-owned small business with some of the best cake donuts I have ever tasted. Located on Steuben Street in the West End, this shop dates back several decades. It is located in an unassuming white building, with little signage. However, there is plenty of street parking along with the private lot on the side. This place does not necessarily have set business hours. They have an open time, and go until they sell out. Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday they are open at 7 AM, and the weekends is 8 AM. I would advise arriving for the set open time if you are planning to get donuts on any given day. Especially on the weekend, they will sell out within an hour or two (yes, the donuts are that good!!). Plan accordingly if you are planning to stop. It is not unusual for a line to be forming 30+ minutes before the doors open. The plus of getting there early like that is that you will be one of the first served, and therefore able to get first picks! The selection of donuts rotates each day. There is not necessarily a schedule on which this occurs, but they might have a flavor today that they will not have tomorrow. Some of my favorites overtime have been the blueberry cake, pumpkin cake, cherry "sandwich" filled, sour cream, and so many more. I have asked the staff before if/when they would be making a particular kind, and they will let you know if they have an idea, so do not be afraid to ask. They sell cake donuts, regular donuts, long Johns, cinnamon rolls, and other speciality items each day. There are also donut holes, while are quite honestly some of the best I have ever tasted anywhere. They are usually warm and melt in your mouth. Do not leave without buying some if they are available. The value here is unbeatable. With the donuts being homemade and fresh, the prices are the best anywhere. They are even cheaper than somewhere like Dunkin, but the quality is 100 times better. This is probably another reason the people keep coming back for these delicacies. However, note that it is CASH ONLY! When I first started coming here, an older gentleman owned the place. He was so friendly and social to everyone who walked through the door. I always enjoyed interacting with him when I came by. A few years ago, a younger couple bought the business. However, the previous owner still works alongside them, which is cool to see! The new owners have been more consistent with being open during advertised open days, and are active on their Instagram account. This helps with knowing specials, when they sell out, if there is a change in being open, etc. Before, the days were sometimes hit or miss if they would be open. However, this has improved a lot since the new ownership has been in place. I love Better Maid - there truly is not a better cake donuts or donut hole anywhere I have tried in Pittsburgh. Plus, it is local people producing a handmade product, which is something everyone can get behind supporting. I just wish there were set hours sometimes, but that is part of the culture of the business. So, plan on brining your cash and waking up early for these delicious treats.

The menu lists several flavors of donuts of "raised"/stick donuts and "round" donuts. Round donuts include the following flavors: Glazed, Powdered Sugar, Chocolate, Peanut (with marshmallow cream), Cinnamon Sugar, Plain Old-fashioned, and Sprinkle (with marshmallow cream). I chose the Raspberry Jelly Stick, and my husband chose the Chocolate Cream Stick. The employee provided excellent service in greeting us, patiently waiting for us to decide our flavors, and processing our payment. I do recommend that the business add labels near the donuts, but the employee did explain the flavors to us. Each donut cost $1.90. Both of our donuts tasted very good. This business also had a refrigerator of bottled beverages, including milks, teas, Gatorades, coffees, and water.
