I've never had a problem at this Starbucks. I mobile order before I go into work and I run in and pick it up. It's always ready, it always tastes the same unlike Dunkin, and the staff is always great! People complain that they seem to give the mobile orders more attention than the in person orders, however, they fail to understand that they go in the order that the mobile orders, drive through orders, and counter orders were taken. The entitlement is crazy. I praise these workers! They do a great job!!! read more

Incredibly slow relative to every other Starbucks in the area. The last time I placed a mobile order it was a 15 minute wait so I sat in my car in the parking lot. After 15 minutes I attempted to go in and grab my drink and the sign on the door said "closed drive thru only" The drive thru had over ten cars in it and when I pulled around near the window the worker told me to get to the back of the line (after already waiting 20 mins) I told them the right thing to do is shut off mobile ordering and he laughed at me. Believe it or not people still enjoy coming in and ordering a coffee... what they don't enjoy is watching over a dozen mobile orders being pumped out before their order is even given a thought to be made. This is our go-to Starbucks. Everything is made to perfection every time. The staff could not be friendlier. My summer go-to is affogato style Frappuccinos, where a shot of espresso is poured over the blended beverages creating magical pockets of delight throughout the beverage. The drive-thru is always busy, so we are always sure to use the app to order and will usually park and run in for our order. We ordered an affogato frap and a vanilla sweet cream nitro cold brew today. The staff was wonderful in waiting to prepare the nitro until we arrived so the quality wouldn't dissipate. When they noticed we were there for pick up, they were quick to finish our order immediately. read more

I walked in because I needed help with Google pay to make sure it was going to work. There were about five or six people behind the counter and one girl just standing there sort of spinning her head around like she was somehow jamming out to the background music. Love this Starbucks location! I visit this location once or twice a week, usually to pick up my mobile order. When I enter the cafe, I am always greeted by a member (or two) of the staff. My order is always ready and waiting for me in the mobile pickup area. The staff always makes sure to thank me for coming, which is especially nice since I order on my phone. This location is pretty busy in the mornings- especially around 7:00. I have noticed that it is especially busy on Friday mornings. Even during the busy mornings, the wait time is never too long. The only problem is the parking lot, which is one way and always a little crazy. read more

Since it wasn't busy one of the staff members wrote a nice little message for my daughter on her drink after we had a quick conversation about us being here for a dance convention. This is the slowest Starbucks in the area, hands down. I've placed multiple mobile orders with them that take over 20 minutes to be filled, and their drive thru is no better. I walked in to pick up a mobile order and the two people making drinks were taking their dandy ol' time getting the huge line of orders filled. I don't come back to this location for that reason. I love this Starbucks their customer service is great if their ever out of a sandwich or you had a problem with the Starbucks app and didn't get your star, they always try to compensate for it in which most times for me my drink or drinks have always been on the house, they go over and beyond to make it right. As far as the drinks they have never messed up on a drink for me yet. I have never got a watered down frappuchino or refresher yet. It's upsetting when you pay so much money for a drink and it's not made correctly, I have experienced this with some of the other Starbucks, but not this one. read more

We were greeted by a very friendly young lady who shouted out "Good Morning everyone!" Interestingly enough only the loud lady from San Diego (me) and her transplanted sister replied back...the rest of the locals just stood there and did not say a word. She told us she was sad that as often as she did that, seldom did anyone answer back, I would guess that many people around here don't know friendly CS when they hear it. I love to visit Starbucks wherever I go, because although many people think they are the devil, the Wally Wal-Mart of coffee shops; I know that I can get the same thing for the same price and there is no guessing on whether or not it will be good. We ordered two coffee drinks and a hot choco for my granddaughter. The young lady at the counter was kind enough to ask us if we wanted to the hot choco at "kid temp." Shortly thereafter our drinks came out and here's the scoop, my sister's drink was fine, my quad shot, soy, sugar-free hazelnut was bitter (no one makes it like my fav Starbucks in Otay Mesa) and my grandaughter's hot choco was IMHO too hot for a child. When I tasted it, although it wasn't scalding, it would've been way too warm for a 3 yr. old to have chugged a mouthful...spitting out would've occurred and then big mama would've gotten ugly. Sooooo, the coffee drinks, 2 ** but the service 4 **** for the friendly young lady at the register. If you read this and you know who you are gf....Starbucks is lucky to have you! read more

The staff here are extremely friendly and helpful. The service is quick. I tried the banana walnut bread, which was delicious. But there's not really a comfortable place to sit and relax, this Starbucks does more drive-through business than people sitting down...so I would recommend this Starbucks mostly for that. read more

I had been waiting several minutes as it was busy. I didn't mind that, but a couple mobile orders who walked in after me and didn't even let the barista know they were there got their orders made. I ended up waiting an extra five minutes. Even though I was the one who did what they were supposed to do and got ignored. Plus I think I was overcharged. This place just gave me great service this morning. I accidentally ordered something iced instead of hot during a pretty big rush. I've been here a few times while working in the area. The staff are always really friendly and the store seems pretty clean. There is a drive-thru option which seems pretty popular; there was a pretty long line of cars outside when I stopped in today. By contrast, the inside wasn't as busy, with no line and not a lot of people sitting inside. It was a Monday afternoon when I went today, but sometimes in the later afternoon there are more people, especially after school lets out. There is parking outside, but it is a little bit cramped. read more

It is SO cold at this Starbucks, I definitely can't study, even with my winter coat on. It's practically November and the AC is still blasting. So, just keep that in mind if you were looking for somewhere to read or relax for a while! Bring your ear muffs and fingerless gloves. Say what you will about Starbucks but this location is convenient and the staff is friendly, I live in the area so this is *my* coffee shop and I'm a regular. Fair warning, this is a very busy Starbucks. They have a drive-thru which, at times, can get 8 cars deep on top of all the people in the store so my advice is to go in with some patience. Don't forget Moon Township is now a college town with RMU so you get behind younger kids with their Frappuccinos and you're looking at a few extra minutes but typically they're lightning quick with your drink. The staff is overall friendly and if they should make a mistake they are apologetic and willing to fix it. I didn't know this but if you happen to order something you don't like, tell them and they'll make you something you do like. Most people would just walk out and toss the drink thinking they wasted their money but asking the staff for help with what you want will go a lot further than you think. A couple things kept me from all 5 stars: This Starbucks isn't really a "hang out" spot. It doesn't have that feel to it. Inside it has a few four tops, along with a longer banquet table in the middle and then bar tables/stools along the windows but that's. It's just a small location that makes you feel like you're in the way if you hang out. Same goes for outside, they have a few tables outside along their wall but no shade. This store shares a building with Supercuts so you only have 1 side for outdoor seating, the other side is the drive-thru. Unfortunately, I don't think there's much they can do to improve the seating/ambiance short of a total renovation. They also need to hit their bathrooms a little more in the upkeep department. There are very few power outlets accessible, I've seen 1, only because someone is always using it. Other than that this place is great. Moon Twp is notorious for snooty people and the employees are always nice so they'll always get my extra dollar in the tip jar. read more
