I went here tonight, tried to order the coffee/ice cream drink for a pick me up, got told no more drinks for baskin robins side, I said ok can I have a medium frozen mocha, my total says $6.42, I get to the window and hand the gentleman 2 $5 bills, I get .34 cents back and no receipt, I ask for the rest of my change and get told there that's the right amount. I'm not sure how a medium coffee is $10, you guys aren't Starbucks. Also my drink is straight water, I asked for a frozen mocha and get a watered drink with a splash of coffee and whipped cream, this is the worst Dunkin location in the area read more

If I could give this Dunkin' zero stars I would. This is the worst Dunkin' in the area. They are always extremely rude no matter the time of day/shift. My order is always wrong or they are upset that I ordered something more than coffee. They always what to argue when the order is wrong. I love this location. My experiences have all been great. However, the last time I got coffee it was hot that the coffee came through the cup and cup holder and waste in the seat of my car. I was upset more so about not being able to drink my coffee that I knew was made to perfection. However, I'm still giving a five star review because that's the only issue I could find which is really nothing. The cashiers are nice and attentive. I go to this Dunkin' location everyday. I always go in drive through and order. No matter what theirs ALWAYS a problem with my order. I repeat my order at LEAST 5 times. They either can't hear me ( even if im basically yelling my order ) or their talking to someone else while taking my order. They even REPEATED my order to me, and yet still manage to not add the flavor or sugar or cream. Something is always wrong with my order, and as much as I'd love to go in and avoid drive through. I don't want to go in cause theirs 1 employee who ALWAYS stares me down over the counter and makes me feel VERY uncomfortable. I don't know how this Dunkin' location is still going because their employees have A LOT of faults... UPDATE: Went today. This time inside. Ever since the Dunkin Donuts stores got drive throughs, I have been a frequent customer. Dunkin Donuts is the one and only drive through where I can get bottles of soda, juice or water. Much easier to carry than fountain drinks and don't get diluted if I don't drink them right away. I like all the Dunking Donuts stores but this one happens to be nearest to my house so I visit it often. I especially like the chocolate cream filled donuts and the blueberry muffins. Wish it wasn't quite so expensive, though. A dollar per donut seems like a lot. read more

Best cup of regular, old-fashioned coffee around. I'm not one for those sissy choco-latte-caramel-whipped cream-homo-drinks, but a lot of folks are. So, I presume they're good because they're popular. I'm a basic black coffee guy, and they have a really good product. By comparison, Starbucks tastes like Seattle dirt. And, if you drink your coffee with cream, and wonder why it tastes so good, it's because they don't use basic half & half like you get at the grocery store. They use real cream with a high fat content, which is why it's sooo good. But, you'll pay for it. $2.50+ for an XL coffee. Whoa! Their ice tea, on a good day, is friggin' great, too. But, you'll pay for it. A large approached $3. Whoa! Ironically, they're super-reasonable on their bags of ground coffee. In fact, buying 2 one-pound bags of DD coffee is downright awesome. Cheaper and better than the grocery store. I'm almost scared to write this, our of fear they'll raise their prices. The staff are nice and friendly and they remember who you are. And, the place is CLEAN! They say that you can tell, in a restaurant, how clean the kitchen is by looking at the bathrooms. And, the restrooms are immaculate. But... the donuts??? Dunkin', what has happened? Have you become so addicted to coffee profits that you've forgotten how to make a good, soft, fresh donut? In my youth, Dunkin' Donuts were wonderful. Now, merely fair and often disappointing. Then, one night I visited there for coffee and I found out why. They don't make the donuts there. They're delivered at about 1:30am. They're made somewhere else, presumably several hours earlier. So, that donut you buy at 10:00am could very well be 10-12 hours old already. read more

Starbucks is old news. This place has been my jam for a morning kick since back as long as I can remember. The drive thru line moves much quicker than at Starbucks (I feel), since most people don't order multiple fraps here (I suspect), and the service is always above average. Donuts and coffee always taste fresh, and with a little bit of skim milk, I prefer the brew here to Starbucks or McDonald's any day of the week. Much to the dismay of my co-workers. But they can get their own coffee. This isn't about them. It's about Dunkin' Donuts. And where I get my coffee. And why. Because, quite simply, it's in the beans. Their business is terrible, customer service is appalling, with two stories sticking with me. The first one is with a large crowd, and the man at the register just stared blankly at us, walked away from the register without a word, and started sweeping, leaving all of us there in the lurch. The second story is a bit scarier, I was there with my family, and I went to grab a chocolate milk for me, and right before I drank it, I found out it was out of date! I love my neighborhood dunkin donuts, and I'm there quite a bit. I usually go for the coolata's and the ice cream! You just don't get better than Baskin Robbins ice cream. If you want a serious chocolate rush go for the chocolate milkshake! It's made with chocolate ice cream. Omg it's like a mouthful of joy. I will kill a B*tch over my chocolate shake!!! Ok so I come to this place mainly for their brownie sundaes. The staff here is pretty decent. The thing that ticked me off about them is one: the donuts always seem hard and two: I went through the drive thru and ordered a ham on a roll sandwich. I told the guy just ham nothing else. No sauce no cheese no mustard. Nothing. Ok. So I get the sandwich and it has ham and sauce on it. I brought it back to the drive thru. He said he was going to "make it again buddy". Ok. He gives it back to me. I pulled up to the door to check it. I couldn't believe it. He basically replaced the top of the sandwich and took all the Ham off that had sauce on it. so I paid full price for a sandwich with two small pieces of ham. There was a mountain of ham on it before. Ugh ridic!! I didn't even take it back again it just isn't worth it so I just threw it out. What a waste dd. I was a regular of this place as I live close by and I visited them for years at least twice a week. No more!! Coffee and ice cream. Yes. Anything else mehhhh proceed with caution. read more

I'm not sure what the employees' normal behavior with customers is but it's ridiculously annoying when the manager is yelling at her employee while he's trying to serve me through the drive though when it's dead slow. Only location I stop at in the mornings, a big issue they have is that the workers move rather slow in the mornings; when people are trying to get to work. It would be a lot better if they have them a coffee or shot of something to wake themselves up and be ready for the morning rush. read more

I love my Dunkin' Donuts coffee. I normally go for my coffee when I travel to Indiana and other vacations but whenI hang at home I am there 3-4 times a week for the Iced Tea during the 3-6pm hours and then what ever drink is on special after that. The Iced coffees are good too especially the caramel. Thier hash browns are awesome and so are a couple of their sandwiches. My boys love the vanilla and chocolate long johns. read more
