Coffee is amazing! Lattes with cold foam are fantastic. Banana bread is my favorite! When the owner makes it, it's a solid 10/10- my favorite coffee in the area by far. Biggest downfall is the wait times. Even when the lines are short, waits are still long. On a busy day I waited a half an hour. With that said, when it's good- it's amazing and I'll wait for amazing coffee. Just wish I didn't have to wait SO long. read more

Drinks are always consistent. Please also know you can ask if you don't see it on the menu, and she's always down to offer suggestions based on your taste/requests! Space is warm, welcoming, clean, and a mix of decisions made by her and her customers via her social media accounts. Nour will meet you once or twice, and then remember you and your usual order. I stopped in to check out the new location for Blissful Brew on a beautiful morning and walked over with my infant son since we live nearby. The space has come together wonderfully. I recall the owner sourcing furniture locally on social media, and the mix of pieces creates a charming, eclectic atmosphere while promoting reuse and sustainability. I ordered the Teddy Gram iced latte, which was absolutely phenomenal. The staff were exceptionally friendly and personable, and it was clear that many customers are regulars, as they were greeted by name, something I always appreciate seeing in a neighborhood coffee shop. My only concern, and the reason for my four-star rating, is accessibility. The main entrance is elevated with a step, which made it challenging to enter with a stroller. Fortunately, other customers were kind enough to assist by holding the door. I understand the location is new, but as it currently appears to be the only entrance improved accessibility, such as a ramp, would make a significant difference for parents and others who may need it. I'm hopeful this will be addressed in the near future, but for now it does present a bit of a barrier. read more

The owner/shop has since moved to a bigger space not far from the original location, which was warranted since she always had a line out the door at the old place The new space is welcoming with plenty of room for staying to enjoy your drink, whether it be at the tables or couches. I like to read at coffee shops and this is totally doable there. The drinks are still fire, thoughtfully crafted and balanced like no other shop does in the area. They have regular menu items (my fave is the Nutter Butter), but also gorgeous seasonal menus. I have tried at least a dozen different drinks and none of them have disappointed. Blissful Brew Coffee Co is one of the best coffee shops in the Chicago suburbs. I've been many times and every experience has been great. The owner is so friendly and kind, and has really mastered her craft. Her flavors are so unique and she has the yummiest cold foam, and i'm not usually a cold foam person. Some of my favorite lattes include tiramisu, teddy graham, Samoa, and ferraro roche. You can make any flavor into a latte or a cold brew which is nice to have the ability to customize to your liking. Thankful for friends that become family. My first time at Blissful Brew Coffee Co. I was instantly connected to Nour. She always asked me how my day was, demanded I try my drink and tell her if I liked it (IT IS ALWAYS PERFECT), and on my way out tells me to have GREATEST day because great is not enough. Nour makes the effort to interact with each of her customers no matter how busy she is. Best believe the next time you come, she will remember something you told her. We discussed creating a coffee that combines both of our cultures. She has educated us on ramadan. Often times, her husband and baby stop by to say hi. Blissful Brew Coffee Co. slowly became my safe space and Nour became family. Nour is always encouraging me to do things I love. My coffee runs became " Want to go to Blissful Brew Coffee Co. to " Let's go see our girl Nour". I have even ugly cried in there.......and she ugly cries with me lol When I was looking for a place to sponsor our fundraiser I instantly thought of Blissful Brew Coffee Co. I knew her space was limited but I knew that her energy lined up with our mission. I knew Nour would help share our story. Nour was instantly on board and connected us to resources. I am not a huge coffee orderer and i was ordering a coffee for me and my mom. My mom kinda had a huge and loaded order lol but Nour had absolutely no problem making it and even when I didnt know what i wanted, she asked me what i liked and tried to make something i would like and succeeded. I got an iced vanilla latte with oat milk and it was good! I think the next step would be to getting higher quality milk like califia farms or minor figures oat milk. 1883 syrup is always a great option, and homemade syrups could be great too!
