Stopped by this location on my short lunch break this week. Ordered an açaí bowl and said just a water. Automatically charged for a bottled Dasani, not given another option. Was given a bowl that was frozen solid as a hockey puck. I told the cashier I can't eat this and asked for a smoothie instead. She tried to charge me for the smoothie! I told her I wanted to exchange it, and when she said no, I told her to return the bowl then. Nope. Wouldn't. Horrible customer service. When the bowl finally thawed an hour later I had to eat it at my desk and it was mediocre. Won't return. read more

I really enjoyed my meal. I ordered the Jerk chicken wrap, a side of sweet potatoes, and the Açaí berry boost smoothie. That wrap was absolutely amazing. Had a good taste to it, filled me up, and it wasn't too heavy! The smoothie was a lot bigger than expected. Apparently, they all come in one size, but it was also delicious. I also enjoyed the bigger size because I could save some for a snack later. The only thing that was sort of a let down was the sweet potatoes. They lacked seasoning and were a little bland for my liking. Also, I was a bit confused as I was told the wrap came with a side (which were the sweet potatoes- that was the side I chose). However, when looking at my receipt I was charged for the sweet potatoes. Other than that I really like this place and am looking forward to trying something new in the menu! read more

Cross contamination. My son is severely allergic to peanut butter. We ordered a yogurt bowl and whoever made it used a spoon or something that was used for a peanut butter dish. If my son ate that, he would be in the hospital or worse. Horrible. read more

The workers are always great , not the problem , what is is feeling like my fruit in my smoothie is rotten getting a weird taste of my usual go to and kinda turned me off . They need to be doing more then rinsing blenders in between . They kindly remade my drink but still tastes rotten read more

I'm not sure what was going on here this afternoon but this was insanity. I pulled up in the drive through and there was no line or anything. The lady comes on the speaker and said they will be with me in a second. I literally sat there for 4-5 min before nobody came back and I said "um hello?" And they said they will be there in a second. Then I wait another 4-5 min (not even exaggerating) and I was about to just leave and go somewhere else when the lady came on to take my order. This is when I should have just left. Meanwhile 5-6 cars are now behind me. Then I pull up and the lady at the window is very short with me like I'm inconveniencing her. It does look like it's busy inside so sure fine. But then I kid you I sat there and waited another 15 min at the window waiting to my food. Here I was thinking this poor girl was there alone but no there are several employees running around in circles inside. I get you are busy and I was just sitting there quietly and waiting but you can at least be nice and say sorry for the insanely long wait or thank you for being patient. I just got my food tossed at me. I didn't even say anything about the long wait. I didn't feel like much of a tip after waiting 10 min by the speaker so maybe she was mad about that. I can't imagine I'd ever think it was worth it to spend 30 min in a drive through line for this place again. I just feel bad for the cars behind me who are probably still there. Also- People are pretty forgiving for a wait if you are just nice about it. Food is ok. At least they got my order correct. I'll give them props for that. I hope they get more staff or something for the sake of the poor employees. read more

Stopped in to this Tropical Smoothie location to kill some time before meeting a friend and had a great experience. First of all, the cafe was immaculately clean and tidy (all tables cleaned, floor cleaned even though it was raining, etc.), and the whole place smelled so good, like fresh baked desserts. I've only been to a Tropical Smoothie once before, so I asked the guy at the counter (jacked gingery guy with a beard) for suggestions. He gave a number of really solid suggestions, provided flavor profiles, and then brought my smoothie out to me. While I was hanging in the cafe, I heard all employees working together to make food/drinks and clean up. Just seemed like a really well-oiled machine. Would seriously recommend! read more

Had a yearning for a smoothie and tried this location. Besides the yummy smoothie, both attendance were prompt and courteous. But what really blew me away was the spotless restroom. Management is very disrespectful. they use old rotten food and tell employees to not say anything or they will be fired.

Their smoothies are always on point. It's worth the 7.00 they cost as well. You can also buy one and split it. They are very tasty.

Their smoothies are really good. Although you could make them at home. I like the options of add ins such as vitamins. I think they have a decent amount of smoothies. I do love that they have kid sizes. I've only had two food items. The turkey wrap was really good but the chicken wrap i had was not so good. The customer service is excellent tho. Great smoothies and food. The employees are always friendly and quick. I've enjoyed each visit.

Smoothies were good, but have two thoughts. First make small, medium, large choices as one smoothie was quite large - could even be split between two people. And second, why all of the non-recyclables. Cups are styrofoam, straws plastic and lids didn't have a recycle symbol. Really? Aren't we living in 2022 where we should be more conscious of this stuff? read more
