This is the closest Starbucks to me. I am not a devout SB fan, but sometimes I get the craving for a chai tea. Yes, the price for Starbucks is still ridiculous, but it is pretty tasty, nonetheless. This location is pretty nice and it has a drive-thru as well. Service is decent and the associates are usually working their butts off behind the counter. Sometimes during peak times it can take a bit of time to get your order-I think that they focus more on getting the drive-thru line moving than moving those waiting in the store. It doesn't bother me too much, I just have a seat and use the free wi-fi. It can be a bit chilly sitting in the store due to all of the huge poorly insulated windows, but sit somewhere else and you'll be fine. I usually don't have a problem grabbing a seat. The order is always on point and I have never had any problems with my order. The location is average in terms of dizziness and seating availability. What I like about Starbucks is that you can order on your app and have it ready and paid for even before you walk in. This makes it very convenient for grabbing coffee on the go. One other thing that I like about Starbucks is that you can buy some really nice gifts for family and friends. They have amazing mugs and tumblers and even bags of coffee that make amazing gifts. I had to give it 2 stars because the coffee was hot and they had the coolest chargers on their tables, but the staff has no clue what they are doing. I'm not going to give Starbucks any higher than one star. The star is for their polite counter help, nothing else! This can apply to all Starbucks, but this one rings close in my memory. Where else do you hear loud grinders grinding coffee often, loud commercial blenders making smoothies from ice, etc, banging on trash cans to empty the continuous supply of espresso holders, and wait, there's still more, i made the mistake of sitting by the washroom, with the high powered flush toilet and uber high flow hand dryer, both of which were loud enough to send me out of the shop totally nerve frazzled! Me, wife and baby visited this store Saturday morning, we ordered coffee and a slice of cake all tasted good and was promptly dispatched. However not only they do not have high-chairs for the babies, i went to restroom and saw some type of small fly (sewer fly am guessing) but when i approached the counter to let them know, the encased cake display had both house flies and sewer flies in it. Worst Starbucks. Called the store over the weekend to pre-order a coffee carrier and the phone rang over 30 times and no one answered the phone. The worst part is that during the third attempt, they picked up the phone to stop the incessant ringing by simply taking the phone of the hook but no one answered the call. This is consistently the slowest Starbucks I ever frequent. Unfortunately for me, I have no other options for my commute to and from work without going way out of my way. The drive-thru line in the morning regularly hit the 20 minute wait mark, which is absolutely unacceptable. When you pull up, there is 1 barista making drinks, another taking out garbage and one manning the never-moving drive-thru. Management needs to assess the hiring practices and team-build the employees, as it is evident individuals don't really care about their team, the customer, or the success of the company.
