Go in to order ice cream as they do not have a lot in drive through and workers will not tell you what they have. They asked the driver in front of us to pull up so we could not come into order plus another truck was parked by the door we had to drive around them to even veto the drive through don't waist your time here unless you have all day. read more

You can't order anything other than cakes in the Baskin Robbins app at this location! If you want a milkshake but don't want to wait in line, Five Guys is in the same parking lot. Hopefully this location makes the app comparable to other Baskin Robbins locations before summer. read more

Customer service was not the best. There was a young lady who seemed extremely annoyed that I had two young children wanting ice cream. My granddaughter dropped her cone immediately after it was given to her by the associate. I asked if she could make her another cone, and that seemed to bother her. I asked was everything ok and if not we could just leave. She responded with "why are you coming at me?" I told her that her nonverbal communication and body language seemed like we were a bother. She remade the cone and I told her thank you. I will go to Sonic next time. Update * I changed the rating to two stars, because my grandchildren enjoyed the ice cream read more

While on our family vacation here in Ft. Walton my brother and I were reminiscing about bubble gum ice cream. So I looked up this shop and they showed they had pink bubble gum ice cream. Finally made it here on our last day of vacation...to find that they had no bubble gum ice cream because they had run out. It's 3:30 pm on a Friday and she said it was their most popular flavor! So to add to the irritation of having to order a basic ice cream I can get anywhere, the waffle cone I got was the most hard yet stale cone I really think I've ever had in my life. There wasn't anything special about their ice creams, but having the about the only shop to sell bubble gum ice cream, it was such a serious disappointment. While I understand supply issues happen, I happen to think they should always have a lot extra of their most popular flavor so they rarely sell out. Which is $1.70.. The gentleman who answered the phone was rude when I called back and refused to give me his name nor would give me the Franchise name so I can write the Owner of my concern. I love some Baskin Robbins. This time I wanted a quart filled with my favorite flavors. I do know what it is that the workers don't like to put more than one flavor in the quart. I tend to get 5-6 flavors and that way it lasts longer. The girl that helped me all but turned up her nose for packing the flavors I want. She was polite but I could tell she wasn't feeling the need to be over and beyond on customer service. When I got to the register I asked if I can get some sugar cones with my ice cream. She inputted it on the register, when I asked why it isn't free, she said is she never heard that you can get them for free with your quart. Seriously I might want to go home and scoop my own ice cream out on a cone. Why do I have to stop at another store for ice cream cones??? I know good help is hard to find. Maybe someone can tell them to hand over some cones for free when you are making a $8 purchase. read more

Nicest workers I've ever met at a Baskin Robbins!!! Always attentive and friendly! They have military discount and don't make a huge fuss about giving it to you. They even ask if you are so they are willing to give you mil discount. Unlike some establishments who say they do and make a huge fuss. Selection is as advertised, very large. Staff is very helpful, though be aware of a couple of things...Samples are not available as of yet due to COVID concerns and if you get a 3 scoop sundae the scoops are smaller than if you get a 3 scoop cup, I didn't know this until I wondered why my 3 scoop sundae was way smaller than my daughters 3 scoop cup. Turns out Sundaes are 2.5 oz scoops and the cups are larger scoops. read more

Old chain that has never failed us until now. All of our ice cream tasted freezer burnt and appeared to be very soft when watching her scoop it. They also didn't have spoons but failed to tell us before we ordered. I also asked for toppings which are on the menu but the lady said "we don't do that here" making it seem like my request was odd. I was unable to do so online because of COVID19 but I was determined to make sure my daughter had everything she requested for her at home party since her Big 5 party of 25+ guests was cancelled due to compliance of social distancing. I get to the drive thru, proceed to order only to find out that specialty cakes weren't being made due to the pandemic AND they unfortunately lost their cake decorator! Bummer right!?!Feeling a little disappointed because yet again I've failed as a mom trying to make my baby's bday spectacular, after all she only turns 5 once. So instead of giving the clerk a hard time I choose to converse and empathize with the fact that WE are ALL being affected by the effects this virus is having on the WORLD, so there's no need to be rude. A smile and kindness can do you AND the next person some good in these days and times. So I order an ordinary white cake, with white icing base & multi colored icing decor, with strawberry ice cream and Frozen 2 figures added (the best I could do with what was available). "He says, come around and park, come inside we have a surprise for you!" Me, thinking what kind of surprise?!. I can't even begin to imagine what it could have been! I go inside with receipt in hand (for proof of purchase even though they clearly recognized me from two days ago, duh lol!!) The manager and clerk approach with cake in box... they open it... and there is a beautifully handcrafted specialized birthday cake for MY daughter's special 5th birthday! The clerk explained that his heart felt for our situation and so he spoke with his manager to see how they could bring some happiness to someone during these difficult days! They both did that and so much more!!! Out of the kindness of both of their hearts they saw fit that my daughter had the best 5th birthday celebration, and she did just that!!!! My daughter's birthday was complete!!!! And as a mom, I was redeemed!!!! Thank you guys ever soooooo much! This 5th birthday would not have been what it was able to be without the kindness and love of these two amazing people! On that day COVID19 was practically non existent for us! Awful way to end our family night. We just went thru the drive thru. We ordered a kids cone and a double scoop waffle cone. It was close to closing time, so I can understand it being at the end of the shift. There was a boy taking orders. He was extremely rude to my husband who was ordering. He was short, insincere, and sarcastic to him in his tone. The young lady at the window had excellent service. If you want terrible service from a punk kid with no work ethic, definitely come here. It is what it is: an ice cream place. This location seems to always have the flavors you want as opposed to the BR in Niceville, which never has my beloved chocolate chip. (It's not like choc chip is that exotic)....gives HUGE SCOOPS however was shocked at the price of a 2 scooper on a cone (almost $7.00!!!)...but best ice cream around when looking for a treat. I don't eat ice cream much, but when I do, I'm gonna spend my calories on quality as opposed to the grocery store variety. I wanted Jamoca Almond Fudge - there was a sign in front of a container that read 'jamoca almond fudge' but i knew that was incorrect. I asked where the JAF was and was simply told "i think we have some in the back". Is it really that difficult to label each flavor . . . And get the label correct? There's nothing wrong with this place but also nothing special. I've had better ice cream, but the staff was friendly and handled the rush that came in well. They even let a few people sample who were having trouble making up their minds. I just ordered a kid cone with Reese's peanut butter cup ice cream. That was plenty to me since I'm not a huge ice cream fan. You could also order ice cream sandwiched between two cookies, which I bet was pretty good. We came through the drive thru after dinner one night. I ordered a pistachio almond cup and the hubs a double scoop of the chocolate peanut butter on a cone. Received our order and mine was wrong so I had to wait for her to rescoop. She did it without hesitation or frustration. I thought mine had way too many almonds in it which overpowered the pistachio. My husband didn't enjoy his at all and for good reason. He asked me to taste it to see what I thought and it tasted like coffee...or worse. Didn't taste close to peanut butter chocolate. Usually my husband and I just go through the drive-thru, but last night it was pretty backed up, so we went inside. The inside is very clean! It is rather small, so if there were a lot of people inside it could get quite cramped and uncomfortable. For the drive-thru to be really backed up, our service was actually really fast! The employees are very helpful inside and immediately asked if we wanted to try a sample of anything. I am a huge fan of the red velvet ice cream! There were a few flavors I had never known about when going through the drive-thru. Not sure if I just haven't paid attention to them, or if they simply are not on it, but either way I was glad we went inside. I'm also a fan of the daiquiri ice flavor that I've never seen anywhere else! Here in Fort Walton there really isn't much to pick from when it comes to ice cream places, but we do really enjoy Baskin Robbins! read more

Normally I'm very happy and satisfied but I went through the drive through yesterday and ordered a cone with two scoops of ice cream: 1 cookies and cream and one cherries jubilee which the lady had me repeat back twice. Get to the window and she hands me a double cherry. I ask her to fix it and repeat again what I ordered. She apologizes and goes to remake it. Comes back and it's chocolate chip and cherry. I give up. I took the ice cream and pushed off the chocolate chip one cause I hate chocolate chips. Ice cream was good. We ordered a banana split to share. My husband asked for no pineapple and that's the only topping we got on it! I had to wait forever for them to make the first one and then even longer for the remake. Me and my 2 year old daughter after a week on vacation (ever "vacationed" with a 2 year old?) then drove to Ft Walton to visit my best friend. I promised her ice cream on the way out of town. I pulled up and started to get her out of the car when I noticed they didn't open until 12 on Sundays... I saw a man inside as I was looking up at the door and I motioned, sorry..didn't realize?. I started to put her back in and he unlocked the door and said, "come on in...I can't turn her away." It was only 10:45... He was the kindest man and just talked with us while we enjoyed our ice cream. I was so very thankful for him and his staff... because my 2 year old and I were at our breaking point, lol.
