Visited during the off season so had no wait and no issue parking. My sister and I each had a donut and sadly I must confess the donuts were not great. I had a blueberry donut that was dry and tasted just 'ok'. People around us had some good looking breakfasts but we were there for coffee and donut only. More than your average donut shop. This place was amazing and very popular. We visited during the middle of the week and early morning, we still stood outside waiting but the line moved fast. They do have a separate line if you are just getting donuts. The menu has a little bit of everything with some specialties as well such as sweet potato pancakes with praline syrup, bendicts, omelets, tomato gravy & grits. We shared a stack of pancakes and the seafood omelet, all very tasty. Then of course we had to try some donuts, they were so fresh and so full of flavor but not overpowering. Awesome experience on Labor Day Monday. The staff is so friendly and efficient. The food is always amazing here. This is not the first time that we visited. Every time we come to Destin, we make sure to come to the donut hole. Of course there is a line to get in. There is always a line to get in the mornings. But we were seated within 30 minutes. I had the shrimp and crab omelette converted into a scramble with hashbrowns. My wife and just recently moved to the Destin Florida area, so this past weekend we decided to try the the Donut Hole Bakery. The line to get in the door is always long, so be prepared and get there as early as you can. We were greeted by the hostess and after about 3 minutes, we were seated in a cozy little bench seat area. As we were walking to our seats, we noticed the huge portions of food on everyones plates. The waitress immediately came to our table for our drink order. After she returned with our drinks, we ordered our food, I ordered the "Diet" Special which was NOT a plate for someone watching their calories, and my wife ordered the EVERYTHING PLATTER. Just as the waitress told us, both plates were easily shareable. The food was delicious and hot when it arrived and we ate as much as we could but took togo plates home. While we waited on our food, my wife decided to get in line for the donuts which is what the bakery is famous for; the pineapple upside down donuts, red velvet donuts just to name a few.
