At 9:00 AM this morning the 1/2 dozen donuts that I bought were not even close to fresh. I would estimate they were day-old donuts. Having worked in the donut business and watch my brother operate his donut business for 42 years, I know what a quality donut looks and tastes like. Stick to one thing & do it well. Why split it & do it half-crocked? They run out of product often, what you get isn't always fresh & the prices are high for the quality. The staff is nice enough, BUT (& it's a big but) please speak English, all the time, to your customers. I've been there when they decide to talk to each other, ABOUT a customer, IN FRONT of the customer, in Indian. That. Is. Rude. I know some of the language (family) & I've pointed out their rudeness. Ordered using the app, I figured that would give them time to make the food and pull the donuts before I got there at 6am. Nope, didn't have these donuts, didn't have that, etc. Not a big deal, I'm not too picky about the donuts, they're not for me anyway. What I am picky about is being treated like a idiot at 6am. There was me and 1 other customer inside, that's it. They weren't overwhelmed by any stretch and there was about 7 employees there all doing their best to do nothing. And to top that off, I was getting in their way of doing nothing apparently. That seemed to upset them. That clown in the drive thru was about one eye roll away from getting busted in the chops too. NO MASKS. COMPLETELY UNHEALTHY! I work for customer service! What trash do you have working for you? I wish I could give zero stars. Went on Thanksgiving morning after me and my veteran boyfriend needed a quick bite. They got the order wrong once, then twice, then three times while at the drive through. We explained what we needed after saying the order three times, we were met with absolute carelessness and eye rolls. They still messed up a simple substitution. It was 2 for $3 sausage wake up wraps and they kept bringing us regular egg wraps. After the third time of ordering they pretty much threw the bag into our car window and didn't say a word. Who does that?! The fourth time they messed up our order with the same issue, we drove on, my boyfriend turned around and went in to tell them again the order was wrong and for a refund. He was upset but did not lose it, but he was stern and asked how could you mess this order up multiple times after I explained what we ordered. What the heck is going on? He showed them the issue and expressed the disappointment since it took so long and we had to be on our way. I'm not high maintenance it this was absolutely ridiculous. I've never seen this happen in my life. The girl in drive through came to the window where pick up is and flicked us off in the window and proceeded to come outside cussing and acting ghetto throwing around slurs while another worker taking a smoke break was screaming and swearing calling us the N WORD. Not only that but there was multiple workers outside smoking infront of the business and running across the street to the gas station. THERE WERE NO MASKS AT ALL! WARNING! I hate to write a review with a complaint, especially if I haven't looked for the positives. I've gone into this Dunkin 3x while my daughter is at volleyball practice. It's not my right to sit here at work, read, or whatever, but the staff all three times uses the time (slow time at 8pm) to yell and talk loudly back and forth with their personal stories, some insults. Breaking my rule about not reviewing chains to simply say that when we went through the drive through here and tried to order one of the combos (bagel plus coffee) that was listed ON THE MENU BOARD, the woman informed us that the store doesn't do combos. WTF. I realize that Dunkins may be all franchised and that the franchisees may be able to set their own rules about such things, but I've never been to a Dunkin that didn't offer the same standard set of combo meals. I've always gotten HOT coffee and it tastes A-OK for a buck somethin'. There's been a few times that they ran out of one kind of donut or another. The price is right too, less than $2.00 get's you a large coffee. Can't beat that really, gas station maybe but, that's always hit or miss. Dunkin is a safe bet. On a few occasions I've been there, they've ran out of Apple Fritters or Bavarian or hell even regular Glazed. God help 'em if they ran out of all three on the same day. Not a huge thing but, if I walk in with an Apple Fritter and Coffee craving, then when I go to order and it's not there... well... it sucks... If this last part "offends" anyone, I apologize a little... Here's a part that irks me a little, there's a guy that works there, and I'm not trying to pick on him or anything but, he does need to get a better handle on the English Language. This is a great Dunkin Donuts, with an accessible location. I stop here when I come into town for work. Friendly staff, good coffee, decent donuts. Can't give them 5 stars since the donuts aren't the absolute best, but this is about as good as it gets for a Dunkin Donuts. They tend to "overstuff" their stuffed donuts - where I would give other Dunkin locations a 3 for donuts, they get a 4 here. Boston creams, cream filled, etc. all have more cream in them at this stop than other Dunkins tend to. read more

I frequent the other Dunkin in town as it is a bit closer to my home but I still manage to visit this one at least once a week. Pleasant staff. As I've seen it mentioned in reviews for this Dunkin and the other, yes some staff are ESL (English Second Language) I've never had a challenge communication wise or otherwise. The second time, the tea was horribly bitter, the employees were all BSing around. We ordered everything bagels toasted with cream cheese. I have never experienced such rude customer service. I pulled in a little after 2pm and ordered a small iced tea. I was charged $2.39, which was fine, until I got up to the window to pay. The gentleman told me that the large iced teas are $1.50 between 2 to 6 pm, but he said that since I ordered a small, I wouldn't get the special. My family and I often visit the Crown Point Dunkin Donuts location on Main Street. They are always nice, courteous, and are happy all of the time I see the evening staff there. One person in particular named Tammy is such a sweetheart! She's always nice to my family and my kids adore her. My son can be stubborn at times but when Tammy talks to him he smiles and light up like a light. She is very professional but halarious at the same time. She deserves a raise!
