I'm definitely giving this place happy stars for the service and killer macchiato they made for me. I came in half asleep and left with a smile. The cashier/barista was funny, helpful, and knew how to make coffee. Previous experiences with dunkin always make me feel like I chose wrong, but this branch right here redeemed it. My macchiato was perfect! Not too sweet, perfect balance of milk and coffee and the coffee itself was great! Strong but not bitter or burnt. When he served it it was beautiful-- perfectly dividing the coffee and milk artistically... Wish I had taken a picture!! Regardless, THANK YOU! Will definitely be back as it's conveniently in front of bass pro shop.

I honestly would have given this place 5 stars, yes, five stars for a Dunkin Donut, but honestly, the parking situation is so terrible here that I had to deduct for that. Seriously, why is this lot so small? Super efficient. Super friendly. I didn't leave their smelling like their bread. My order was right. My food was hot. I don't think I could ask for anything else. I'm also not very picky, but still... The girls behind the counter were some of the sweetest girls I've ever encountered at a DD. Making sure my order was taken. Smiling the entire time. Please and thank you were being thrown around left and right. Such a pleasant experience. Even when I received my veggie flat bread, they made sure everything was okay before I headed out the door. I only wish this location was closer. I would use the drive thru though because I would be too afraid my car would be hit in that tiny lot, but I'd be here all the time for sure. This would be my go-to coffee spot if I was in this area more.

Well, I will try not to be very critical here since this place had just open a few weeks ago, so I am sure they are still working out some training and management issues. Maybe because this place is brand new and not many people knows about it yet, business seems slow. In our visit today, there were just two staff working on the shift. My wife ordered an ice coffee and it took them a while to prepare it. I guess the staff was having an issue operating the machine. I ordered an sweet ice tea and it turned out fine. In time I hope they can get them right. We also ordered a box of munchkins. Normally you get to choose from half a dozen different flavors. But today they only have glaze and chocolate. The dinning area is kind of small with maybe half a dozen tables. But other than that, the inside the restaurant seemed pretty clean. The parking is kind of small with just one shared entrance and exit on Griffin Road, therefore, there is no drive thru in this location. I guess with all the hotels within walking distance, most customers probably just walk from their hotels before getting in their cars and go. I'll come back here in a few weeks and see how good (or bad) they are doing then.

After specifying that I can't drink anything too hot, and to please make it warm, the clerk overheated my coffee.

Bad customer service, employees don't seem to want to work here. Cashier's attitude made my experience go downhill from the first interaction. She didn't even follow the simple instruction I gave to make tlmy coffee macchiato just warm since I have a condition were I can't have hot food or drinks. She agreed and then served me the coffee super hot. Bad experience. More business to their competitors, I guess.

Good place, I usually stop by grab a quick tea before heading out to office. Staff is super friendly and they already know my order preferences!

Shows proof the store was closed when it should have been open as per the hours of operation listed on the window sign , google & the map.

This DD has the nicest most efficient employees BUT I despise sweating while I drink my coffee in 79 degrees. Apparently the A/C is broken

Simon was the only person working, he was so kind and even allowed me to smell all the different coffees to help me decide. We sat outside (only two chairs available) because it was a beautiful rainy day. The coffee was very delicious and Simon was fantastic. Great find!

She provided information regarding her Colombian medium roast coffee which she proudly compressed in the espresso machine to produce that golden brown liquid. The coffee was served in a small porcelain cup that straddled a thin saucer. They offer a full menu of foodie delights including an array of empanadas and pastries, although not baked on premise but heated in a small oven. The Pesto Panni sandwiches were only $9.99 included a choice of turkey, ham, or veggie. The grilled cheese sandwich looked interesting also at $9.99. Will have to check out the eats here for lunch. The adjoining room was the perfect setup for a cozy, mindful moment. The ambiance gave off some calming hippie vibes. Its the kind of space that made me feel creative and inspired while sipping my coffee.
