I have been to this Dunkin Donuts a few times and I've always had a good experience with my food. Just this week I ordered my usual (avocado toast, tator tots, and mango pineapple refresher. I was a bit disappointed when I saw my avocado toast without the sprinkles they put on top. They said they didn't have any! Wow! I couldn't believe it! I asked for salt & pepper and they did have that! It tasted fine but I preferred how it's usually prepared. I went through the drive-thru so I didn't experience the inside space. I will give them another try when I'm in the area. Let's not forget it was only that one time. read more

Honestly I wouldn't go here again. Ordered two hot coffees and the decaf coffee was cold. The taste of the coffees seemed off and not the flavor we had ordered. Service was fast and had no issues there it was more of lack of quality control. read more

Good service but when I got there the selection was but a few . The hot almond milk chocolate was delicious and it hit the spot . Out side the store there is trash all over the parking lot . This really looks terrible and unwelcoming. Maybe investing in a trash pick up stick would help employees pick up this mess. I'm definitely giving this place happy stars for the service and killer macchiato they made for me. I came in half asleep and left with a smile. The cashier/barista was funny, helpful, and knew how to make coffee. Previous experiences with dunkin always make me feel like I chose wrong, but this branch right here redeemed it. My macchiato was perfect! Not too sweet, perfect balance of milk and coffee and the coffee itself was great! Strong but not bitter or burnt. When he served it it was beautiful-- perfectly dividing the coffee and milk artistically... Wish I had taken a picture!! Regardless, THANK YOU! I usually only right a review if I've had either horrible service, or a memorable service experience. This review is for the latter. I was visiting from out of town and saw this DD on my way to visit family. I ran in to pick up my mobile order and was immediately greeted with a "Hello Sunshine..!" I giggled to myself like "who, me?" Because I would have been satisfied with a simple "hello!" The young lady that greeted me was a bright shiny breath of fresh air named Toccara. She was so nice and welcoming and genuine that I was actually moved. She had great banter with her coworkers and the other customers. She kept me abreast of the process of my order, smiling the entire time. When I tell you this visit made my day, I mean it! Customer Service is so bad in so many places that I just expect it to be bad. This DD was clean, ALL the staff members were friendly, many donuts were available, but the star of the show was Toccara! I immediately knew it was my duty to write this review to let anyone that visits this store to expect EXCEPTIONAL customer service, especially if Toccara is working. I honestly would have given this place 5 stars, yes, five stars for a Dunkin Donut, but honestly, the parking situation is so terrible here that I had to deduct for that. Seriously, why is this lot so small? Super efficient. Super friendly. I didn't leave their smelling like their bread. My order was right. My food was hot. I don't think I could ask for anything else. I'm also not very picky, but still... The girls behind the counter were some of the sweetest girls I've ever encountered at a DD. Making sure my order was taken. Smiling the entire time. Please and thank you were being thrown around left and right. Such a pleasant experience. Even when I received my veggie flat bread, they made sure everything was okay before I headed out the door. I only wish this location was closer. I would use the drive thru though because I would be too afraid my car would be hit in that tiny lot, but I'd be here all the time for sure. Well, I will try not to be very critical here since this place had just open a few weeks ago, so I am sure they are still working out some training and management issues. Maybe because this place is brand new and not many people knows about it yet, business seems slow. In our visit today, there were just two staff working on the shift. My wife ordered an ice coffee and it took them a while to prepare it. I guess the staff was having an issue operating the machine. I ordered an sweet ice tea and it turned out fine. In time I hope they can get them right. We also ordered a box of munchkins. Normally you get to choose from half a dozen different flavors. But today they only have glaze and chocolate. The dinning area is kind of small with maybe half a dozen tables. But other than that, the inside the restaurant seemed pretty clean. The parking is kind of small with just one shared entrance and exit on Griffin Road, therefore, there is no drive thru in this location. I guess with all the hotels within walking distance, most customers probably just walk from their hotels before getting in their cars and go. I'll come back here in a few weeks and see how good (or bad) they are doing then. read more

A perfectly reasonable and pleasant DD located right outside of FLL airport. I was disappointed to learn that FL area DD's do not carry iced green tea, but was satisfied with the regular ol' black iced tea. Chilled for a bit and ate lunch here - nothing exceptional to mention. Restrooms required a key code found on your receipt. Good place to get work done and hang for awhile. Cheers! read more

This is a newer Dunkin conveniently located on Griffin Road, right off of I95. It is one of the cleaner Dunkins I have ever seen. I witnessed the staff constantly cleaning up and mopping. It is a small Dunkin but there was adequate staff so orders were filled quickly. The parking lot is small. It was not crowded when I was there but I can see possible issues during the morning rush. There is no drive through but there really is no room for a drive through. Super friendly staff. Always nice to see smiles when you get your morning coffee! read more

She didn't even follow the simple instruction I gave to make tlmy coffee macchiato just warm since I have a condition were I can't have hot food or drinks. This establishment only gets one star because the regular coffee wasn't as trash as the coffee from the hotel I'm staying at but the croissant was DISGUSTING . It literally made me feel nauseated and drinking the coffee is the only thing that appeared to save me. The actual baked good minus the fixings, y'all need to re-evaluate this. It's hard to go wrong with a quick stop. The location oddly enough was not built with a drive-thru, but the counter service was great. I was frustrated to see customers approaching the staff mask-less, which is a health risk and incredibly disrespectful to the staff. So I'm trying to get something to GO and I have my french bulldog with me (emotional support) I was holding him because I didn't want to bother anyone. The first person was a lady and she gives a bad look then I just told her my order and when I was about to pay by accident because I was holding my dog his little paw touch the counter (just touch) because I was paying. This lady told me to don't put the dog in the counter with attitude! I told my friend to get my order and I will wait in the car because her service was awful!! The Wi-Fi rarely works and the manager doesn't seem to care. "We just got a new router and it's having trouble making the connection," was the latest excuse. I stopped by here on a Sunday, and although lines are to be expected so is running an efficient business. Pretty good DD location EXCEPT the parking is not great and the entrance/exit situation is less than desirable, and there is NO DRIVE THRU. It's situated between several hotels, which is great for hotel guests but locals must enter, park, and exit on Anglers Ave. only (unless you disobey arrows on roadway). The OWNER is a great guy. However, working there a year I'd wait for a new manager to show up. I was the last of the original hires and quit because of how the staff treated me, but mostly because of the lies (white and other) and attitude of the manager. Was promised a raise with shiftleader position and was told after I brought it up 3 weeks to a month later that the position I was "given" had been revoked. I wish I was able to find the owner's card to tell him my qualms there, but no dice. I can only hope it's read here and on Google. Am I biased on this review? Yes, however given the circumstances and lack of communication, this is really the only thing I can hope to be seen. Insufficient parking, specially when they have sewage pump truck parked out there, which by the way emits a not very appetizing aroma stink throughout the whole place. I've left the premises a few times without making a purchase because of this. The service is extremely slow, they don't ever seem to have enough people to cover the morning shift. The bathrooms are pretty busy and not kept up well. As for the rest of the store, it looks alright considering the foot traffic in the morning. I love Dunkin, I eat at this location 5 days a week, every week at the same time. The food is always fresh and the coffee is hot, taste amazing unlike the coffee at McDonald's. This location is always clean and speedy when it comes to service. The reason I rate 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the "friendly service".... I see the same staff Monday-Friday at the same exact time, greet them with a good morning but I always receive a mood that I am unwanted or a bother. If the service was a bit more friendlier, "service with a smile" type of business then I can see this store doing the best in the zone. read more

My mom and I came over to get coffees and make some plans for the week. David was more than helpful and patient with us, and just very personable. The location is great for me only living down the street, However the attitudes of the employees there makes it hard to be a steady Customer. Asked for a bagel to be scooped out and was told "they don't do that here" even though I-was there last week and had no problem.
