I actually went to the Baskin Robbins side of this business.. and to be honest it sucked!. The place was filthy!! food on the floor.. tables were dirty, garbage was full, women's bathroom was out of order! They were almost out of ice cream.. and the staff was less than pleasant to be around. I brought my grandchildren here for a nice ice cream break and this is what i came to?.. it cost $8.95 and they were kids 1 scoop ice cream that tasted freezer burnt!!! This location isn't worth much. A couple of months ago I stopped and went inside looking for a couple of cinnamon twists. I was told they no longer make/sell those. I left, didn't buy anything else. So, I went a few blocks down the street to Hy-Vee. They had them, no problem. Yesterday I stopped early morning, went inside and asked for 2 glazed donuts. I was told they didn't have any. They did check the storage room, none. I left, went and down the street to Hy-Vee, no problem once again.....they had them. Why do I even try? It's pretty bad when you sell donuts and you don't even have something as simple as glazed donuts. Looking at the few selections of other donuts, nothing there I would want. I know they don't bake them there. The way I understand it all Dunkin's make donuts at a central hub and then distribute early morning to other stores in the area. That doesn't really work. I think all Dunkin stores now are just that, Dunkin. They've taken the word donut off their signs. They want to be a coffee and sandwich place I guess. I don't buy the new coffee's, sandwiches I have, but....I won't be stopping at any of them anymore. No reason for me to. read more

I drove out of my way to come here. It was 8:20p on a Saturday (non-holiday). The Open sign was lit up, but the doors were locked. Google and Yelp show they close at 10p, but the Baskin Robbins site says 9p - either way, they were closed before this. read more

I've been a few times in the past and had iffy experiences but I went back to try the new salted caramel drink this week before work and it was so good! The girl in the window was very friendly and recommended another drink to try next time if i liked this one. read more

Similar to other reviews, I went to Baskin Robbins side, which you can't find here on Yelp. Very disappointing... Their website and DoorDash menus offered options that the store won't match. So, after ordering two sundaes and a two-scoop of one of their flavors, we got none of that. Settled for two shakes, but they were extremely this, one was made wrong, and both came in Dunkin' Donuts cups rather than their own brand. Definitely won't bother going back... read more

Waited 45 minutes only for them to say they're out of large cups. Wtf? I had already placed a mobile order which is the only reason I even waited that long. Then when I left I noticed they forgot half of the things I got in my coffee and I also didn't get the credit back for having to get a medium instead of a large. Awful service and they have more staff than they know what to do with. They claimed to have just opened their lobby but nothing was stocked the sandwich I ordered got forgotten about and I got the wrong donut because the lady taking my order doesn't know what kind of donuts she is selling. OK, I came here after trying the other one in town, which was CLOSED, so annoying. Neither yelp nor the DD website indicated this. This one is not close to the other one. So I admit I was a little irritated by the time I got here. However, once I found it, parking was easy. Its a big roomy space, that has a Baskin Robbins as well. The coffee was good. The employees polite and pleasant. But it took SOOOO long. Seriously. Someone should have asked who was just looking for coffee and taken care of us or something. The employees were totally absorbed filling these complex orders of food, ice coffees and the like, and the rest of us guests were just lining up. When you have a lot of complex orders come in, ask the others in the quickly growing line who is there for plain old coffee - as in, sm, med, large with milk/sugar and take care of them. Get them in and out quickly, they will be happier, your lines will be shorter. Trust me. read more

The Locust Street, Davenport, Iowa Dunkin is awful. When you walk in the staff are busy chatting each other or using their phone...you are never greeted. The floor is filthy, old napkins and straws and just dirt and grit. The wallpaper is coming off the walls, and windows are cloudy. The service is a complete disaster. The staff consistently makes mistakes on orders. In the last 4 months, I was given a green ice drink instead of hot coffee, an egg wrap instead of an English muffin turkey/egg, overcharged for 3 bags of ground coffee (it's supposed to be $20 for three bags and I was charged $37) and three people had no clue how to fix it. Today I asked for no cheese on an egg sandwich and of course it had cheese. This location used to have Baskin's ice cream, but it was tore out...the boards are broken and there's debris from the tear out and the staff will sit on the boards and play on their phones. Dunkin coffee used to be my favorite coffee to get for a weekend splurge, but this location has the weakest Dunkin cofffee I have ever had from them. I have hot coffee with cream and when I open the cup it looks like cream & water. I've only had this happen at this location read more

Slowest service. No urgency in getting customer their order through the drive thru. I waited in line for 13 min for a simple hot coffee with cream, no sugar. It had sugar. Went to run in to change it out and doors locked so had to go all the way through the drive thru again for replacement. Total time invested for a coffee and donut, 29 minutes. Ridiculous. read more

One young man asked what I had and said the ticket was back there. I would've left had I not already paid. It wasn't until an employee, I think his name was mike, out of nowhere began to yell at me! He said I was giving him "attitude and they're understaffed and he's doing his best as the only person with this line" I was so stunned that the employee actually raised his voice at me when I was the one who was waiting for my coffee for over 20 minutes I didn't even know what to say! He apologized and gave me a size upgrade which was nice, but when I called the store to address this they didn't answer. I called like 6 times that day. read more

I'm not much of a Dunkin' Donuts fan, but occasionally they offer a flavor that I like. Today, I asked if they could reload my app through the drive through because my card wasn't taking on the automatic reload. And she said, "it'll take too long because we are busy, and my manager will get mad." Ummm your job is to serve customers, in other ways besides handing a drink out of a window. I work for a much larger and busier coffee corporation and we would never tell our customers that we cannot do a simple task because we are "too busy". It's part of our job. I got their on Monday and their frozen coffee machine was broken, and their menu didn't match their flavors. The cashier was obviously new and doing the best she could but the manager wasn't being helpful at all. I had ordered a raspberry iced tea and hashbrowns, and when i got my order, my iced tea tasted horrible and my hashbrowns were burnt. I want to say thanks to an employee at this location named Vealetta (sorry if spelled wrong). I went through the drive thru and after I pulled away I realized I didn't get a donut I ordered. The drive they was already backed up by this time and I had my 2 year old daughter in the car and was leaving to go out of town. I saw an employee walking in and I asked if she could help me. She went right in and got my donut and brought it to me. This little bit of customer service made my whole experience better. Came through the drive through. They missed my drink, but that was rectified before I left. They gave me the wrong doughnut and the bagel was very stale. In truth, the bagel was unable to be chewed. Horrible customer service. Absolutely zero espresso product knowledge. If you are a fan of quality coffee or espresso beverages, or good customer service, this is not the place for you. I called in ahead of time and spoke with Rakeesh, the owner/GM, who assured me that they did in-fact prepare Americanos. When I got there to order, Felicia, the young employee, AND the manager on duty acted like it was the first time they had ever heard the term Americano. Neither of them even knew what an Americano was. Which was hard for me to believe, since they have pictures of lattes and cappuccinos all around their store. For those of you who don't know, an Americano is just espresso and hot water. A much simpler drink to prepare than either lattes or cappuccinos. They quite obviously did not recieve proper training on how to prepare or ring up espresso drinks. They ignored me after I requested to speak with the manager on duty, and I just stood there waiting for her to address me. She instead acted like I wasn't even there. ..sure, I could have guided the employees on how to prepare an Americano, but as a customer I should not have to train the employees on how to do their job correctly. So, I left annoyed then drove up the street to Coffee Hound and bought a really really good quad-shot Americano for only $3. Problem solved. read more

The first time i went there was a bad experience...took forever to get waited on while i watched a guy begind the counter with pants sagging below his butt texting and talking on his phone while doing things with one hand. That was two months ago. Now its even worse customer service, cant understand what they are saying and they cant understand what you're saying. Going thru the drive thru, I asked about creme filled. The first person didnt understand me, neither did the second person and the third person spoken to slowly and deliberately, finally understood and then told me they don't make those. EVERY DONUT SHOP MAKES THOSE! Its a struggle to even get them to understand how you want your coffee and then, the three times i got it from them, it tastes like they used dishwater to make it. Some kind of soap taste. Dont even try to order espresso there. They have no clue Generally its a crappy experience and i don't recommend you even go there to get a napkin. read more
