Ordered a medium cinnamon and vanilla with light ice latte and a sourdough sandwich instead I got a medium churro and vanilla heavy iced latte and a burnt sandwich. A manger asking employees who wanted kick serve in the back and two team members helping me one kindly asking for my card at the window and the other handing me my drink making me pull in front for the sandwich because she clearly forgot about it in the sandwich press. There is no one in front of me and no one behind me in line and barely anyone inside the store. So why is there no attention to detail within the team. Do better. read more

This has been our go to place for coffee for almost 2 years. BUT NOT ANYMORE. All we ever order is two regular coffees with cream and sugar and they have gotten it wrong every time, every weekend, for the past 4 months. I refuse to continue to waste my money. I am trying my best to help businesses during this difficult time so I don't mind the long wait times and slower service. But I can't continue to support a company that can't even make a simple cup of coffee. read more

This was the worst experience I've ever had at Dunkin' before. Orderded 4 coffees and they managed to make 3 of them wrong and proceeded to have awful customer service. Didn't take our order right, and when asked to add what they missed, got upset with us. Overall it was an awful experience and I do not reccomend going here. read more

'Yes' to the iced coffee at Dunkin' Donuts, 'no' to their donuts. I stopped by here Sunday morning to caffienate before a drive to Peoria. Their iced coffee is inexpensive and - though customers are not allowed to add cream and sugar to their own beverages - the employees typically do a good job following my instructions (extra cream! very little sugar!). I couldn't help myself and ordered a chocolate donut, even though I knew I was making a mistake. If you enjoy the taste of cardboard, these are the pastries for you. How hard is it to mess up donuts? I really donut understand. Honestly that $3 32-ounce cup of iced mediocrity will undoubtedly bring me back to Dunkin' Donuts; if it's dough that I'm looking for, next time I'll probably look elsewhere. read more

I come here maybe anywhere from two times to three times a week , the staff on drive thru have always been great and nice! One of the ladies there that I see on the 2nd shift is so funny. She's always selling me to get a bigger size coffee and I always fall for it. Probably one of my favorite dunkin locations that I've been to. read more

Usually I have no problem at this location for starters they didn't have any caramel syrup until truck then I asked for a bagel with strawberry cream cheese and I open up my bag and it's just cream cheese not a strawberry and then he gives me $2 back and change when I was supposed to get for obviously he needed it more than I do read more

It's a doughnut chain with coffee as hot as the sun, but it is what it is. I used to have a soft spot for the doughnut holes... which are now called Munchkins for some reason... and I think they changed their recipe. The chocolate cake Munchkins seemed much more airy than I remembered. Is that DD trying to save some money? I also tried the jalapeno cheddar twist, and continued eating it even after it's grease started to soak through the paper bag. (Feels better to have that confession out there). read more

Rude staff. We're out of croissants at 10am on a Sunday. Ordered the thin mint Girl Scout cookie frozen drink, I don't even know what they gave me. Tasted and looked like straight black coffee with some mint syrup. Didn't give me any cream/milk even though I asked for it. Just terrible. The doughnuts are pretty good, obviously, a little pricey, for nothing real special. My real complaint though, was my iced coffee, I don't think it was made by the typical employee, but perhaps the owner, who didn't really seem to know what he was doing. It was awful. The regular counter staff was really nice and I'm sure would've done a better job. read more

Terrible service, not a greeting when I walked in. I spent $5 for 2 large iced coffee's, so weak a person would have a difficult time deciding if it was tea or coffee. They (husband & wife) team, put my order on the counter and turned their backs on me and left the counter. Won't be spending my dollars there ever again. read more
