This was my first time at this location and it was a good experience! I got the medium iced carmelized almond latte and it has good flavor, not too sweet and light ice which I like. I'm not familiar with this area and was craving an iced coffee. I'm so glad I found this place. The quality is amazing. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. If there was a slight knock on this place I would say that the coffee is on the high price end for iced coffees. I paid $5.67 plus a tip but it is delicious. I didn't try any pastries or sandwiches but they looked real good. I also can't comment on other coffee drinks. This is a must try in the Quad Cities area. Dunn brothers at both Iowa side QC locations I frequent always have the nicest and most accommodating staff. I enjoy grabbing an iced white chocolate raspberry mocha or a butterfinger latte here. For food I love the bacon egg & cheese on a bagel sandwich, I add avocado when I feel like splurging. Both locations are often busy so not a great quiet place to work but an excellent place to meet with a colleague over coffee + there is patio seating to soak up some sun! read more

I've given up drinking coffee for Lent, and this morning I hit up Dunn Brothers Coffee for breakfast. Their 1987 blend hot black tea is the best! It tastes like a very mild mango black tea and I will definitely be back for more. The biscuit used for their breakfast sandwiches is soft and doesn't fall apart as so many other biscuits do. The service was quick and the drive through cashier was pleasant and a joy to talk to. Will definitely be back here again for the great food and the friendly service. read more

Ive been traveling all week with various coffee stops and this one outperforms all the others. First of all, the service was fantastic. The ladies behind the counter were all incredibly nice. My cappuccino was accidentally made with 2 espresso shots (a bonus if you ask me), and they felt so bad about it that not only did they offer to remake it (which I said wasn't necessary), but they gave me a coupon for my next drink any size to be free. As I'm traveling, I decided to use the coupon right away and got an iced chai- so so tasty. Highly recommend! I also got the pistachio muffin which was so rich and fresh. The strawberry and cheese danish is equally satisfying. I don't usually get baked goods at cafes but very happy I did here. The only downside to the place if I had to name one were the prices. They're not outrageous, but if I can make one wish it would be for them to be slightly lower. read more

IOWA NICE! While visiting my hometown, I wanted to grab a quick coffee and decided to go through the drive thru. In the middle of ordering a skinny vanilla latte with almond milk, I quickly realized I forgot my wallet and would have to come back. The gentleman taking my order stepped in and said it was no problem and he would take care of my coffee. This was such a NICE surprise!! I've never experienced such a friendly gesture! My first stop at Dunn Brothers was average but good. They have amazing pistachio muffins but without purchasing coffee I hadn't had a "true coffee experience" and thought I'd visit again. My second visit was a different story...instead of a chai latte with one shot of espresso (aka "a dirty chai") I received water and espresso with a small amount of mediocre chai tea. I was really disappointed. I always imagined that if someone wasn't sure what I was ordering they would clarify but this is by far the worst coffee drink I've had. And paying $5 for a drink wasn't a highlight. However, I would imagine their regular coffee is better than their specialty coffee drinks. Overall, the shop itself is cute and inviting. The staff was nice but specialty drinks are not their thing. If you are looking for an average coffee stop this will fit your needs! read more

I have been to the other Dunn Brothers Coffee location, but since the new location was opening up, my sister and I decided to check it out. I love the decor, and the huge roaster! I need one of those. Everyone working there was super friendly. In general, I think their coffee is very good. They had free brewed coffee, free bean samples, free sweets samples, and specials on iced drinks for their opening. I don't think the price is bad either, it's comparable to Starbucks and other big name coffee places. read more

Great coffee! How can a place be excellent if their simple brew is subpar? Well, they can't! Today I return to Dunn Brothers to experience their espresso and fine Pasteur delectables.... excellent! I am picky about the temp of my coffee creations. Dunn Brothers serves a hot beverage with a very balanced flavor. The syrup doesn't overpower the espresso. Foam was perfectly wet for a yummy latte. The barista even asked how I prefer my latter foam! Decor is functional and comfortable. The space is airy without being cramped in the least bit. Multiple two and four seat tables are available along with a large 8-10 seat table in an area away from the more intimate seating. Brother's also has a grouping of comfy chairs near the sunny window perfect for lounging or a to enjoy a book while basking in the sun. Don't let the strip mall exterior mislead you. Brother's Dunn does a lot of things right for a coffee shop! read more

This is one of the more expensive coffee places in town and personal I can't taste the value. I hit it before work if my coffee places of choice are too busy. It's always busy throughout the day and chaotic, so that says something I guess.
