Sometimes really good - just depends what I get. Current special is honey lavender and iI'd definitely get that again. I usually like their seasonal latte option and usually their brew of the day. Well, not inexplicable, the issue is that the drive-thru was designed like they forgot to have one at all. There is no way to order ahead of time or anything, you have to wait until you are at the single window, order, pay, and wait for 5-10 minutes while they prepare the order. This means even on a slow day there's 10-20 cars stuck sitting there for upwards of an hour or at least what felt that way. The drinks were delicious though and the hot chocolate specifically was some of the best I've had. We did end up going inside and the interior was super clean and the atmosphere was fantastic - like it says, it felt exactly like a genuine cabin. The bathrooms were also maybe the nicest ones I've seen outside of well kept homes. The staff were all super nice as well. The wait however was just unbelievable and I wouldn't feel right rating higher than a 4 with that being the case on a SLOW day with nobody even ordering inside meaning the whole crew was focused only on the cars and still took that long.

The floor is so unbelievably greasy and filthy that wearing my hiking boots in there results in literally slipping worse than I do on the ice. It sounds like an exaggeration but it is truly impossible to stand in there without your feet sliding away and going all over, it actually is so bad that I do not eat inside at all anymore as I've come close to serious injuries from it. It sounds stupid but it really is true. Also, if you see a septic tank truck doing anything, just leave immediately. People were running at full sprint with faces covered, some gagging and heaving, because that smell is just beyond description and located right at the entrance door on the parking lot side and right where - if the line is long enough - you will be stuck in the drive thru as well.
