This review is for their coffee only. I will often stop here when I am working in Brighton. It's conveniently located right off the freeway and easy to pull into the parking lot and back out into the main road. I always order on the app just minutes before pulling into the drive-through and my order is always ready for me. I never have to wait long in the drive-through either. I usually order their original blend with one pump of vanilla syrup and it tastes and smells like heaven! I prefer coming here if I want to save money as it's cheaper than Starbucks. read more

Just dropped in for a cup of coffee (regular, no mile or sugar) to drink on the road. I wasn't looking for anything special, but I know what I am getting when I stop at Dunkin' Donuts. The coffee was hot and tasted just like Dunkin Donuts coffee. I fought off the usrge to get something to go with my coffee, and I have the mental scars to prove it. Love the sweets, but not when I'm sitting in the car for hours driving. I'll treat myself later. If was in a travel plaza. Easy in, easy out, Service was fast and friendly. This place is eh. They are often out of the specialty donuts which is always a bummer. Their drinks are good if they make them how you ask. If you order straight off the menu and it's not plain coffee, be prepared for an overly sweet drink. I do love their iced coffe, but again, it has to be customized. Service is fine except the manager who dropped the f-bomb while talking inappropriately to a staff. This Dunkin' Donuts shares a space with Baskin Robbins. This review is for Baskin Robbins. For the month of April, every Wednesday is "Waffle Wednesday." You get a free waffle cone with any scoop of ice cream. We get there and they don't even have any waffle cones! So much for Waffle Wednesday! The two employees working seemed clueless. Since we were there, we decided to get ice cream in a sugar cone. The employee scooping the ice cream into the cone couldn't shape the ice cream into a ball with the scoop so she scooped these tiny scoops and stacked them. I wish I took a photo. She handed it to me and I said the portion is like a kiddie scoop. Instead of adding more, she threw it out and started over again!?! read more

This place is HORRIBLE!!! The employees are angry and take it out on customers. Especially the older "gentlemen" that works there. He basically grunts at you and makes you feel like you're out of line for ordering anything. Our family loves Dunkin Donuts and was so disappointed by our most recent experience. We had a hard finding this location as it's in a gas station but that was our fault. We used the drive thru and ordered small black coffees and sausage and egg breakfast sandwiches on an English muffin. The coffees were literally filled to the brim, had no sleeve and neither lid stayed open to allow you to drink. They were so full we had to stop the car and pour some out of each cup due to them spilling. We also had to wrap napkins around the cups because of how hot they were. I know this sounds silly and some people complain about coffee not being hot enough or the cup being filled up but we're not new to ordering coffee while out and about and have never had this happen. Dunkin should definitely invest in some better cups and lids at least. The worst of it all was the breakfast sandwiches. As soon as we bit into them we immediately tasted windex/some type of cleaner. We're assuming they cleaned the toaster oven/equipment and it got on our food. Unfortunately we were too far on our way to make it worthwhile to turn back around and get a refund. Overall this was a very poor experience and uncharacteristic of our typical DD visits. Hopefully this location gets it together. read more

This is a combined Baskin Robbins/Dunkin. The place is awful and it has been awful for YEARS. I've got to the point that if I want Baskin Robbins I will drive to Wixom from Brighton to get it. And I would never eat the donuts. I only went in to buy pre-packaged Ice cream. The place is dirty. Junk sitting everywhere. Counters are dirty. Floor is dirty. All the equipment is dirty. The racks holding donuts were caked in sticky junk. The kids working are sullen. They will leave you standing at the counter for a full five minutes before even acknowledging your presence. Yikes, this place gets awful reviews. I suppose our experience here for their Baskin Robbin's has been below par too. We've been here a few times for ice cream from cones to shakes to sundaes. If you're getting a sugar cone with a scoop or two you're probably safe but once you get into anything premium you're setting yourself up for defeat. My wife's waffle cone was moist when she bit into it. Granted it was during a humid heatwave so I understand why it happens. I ordered a Banana Royale remembering what they were like as a kid. I got a lot of banana and chocolate sauce but not a lot of ice cream. Their shakes are pretty standard and their flurry type creations are OK enough but we'll take the drive to Jack's from now on. Service is actually pretty good when we've been in. The issues I pointed out are from poor management, training and quality control. read more

Stopped for a quick coffee while waiting for a family member. Used the app to make an On the Go order. Unfortunately, when picking it up, they were unable to make my order. They informed me that I was not charged for the order. I called corporate later and I had been charged so they refunded me. Thankfully I called. This is the worst Dunkin' Donuts I've ever been to. I placed an online order and paid through the app, when I got to the store the app said the order was ready. I went in to pick it up and they informed me they were all out of donuts and hadn't even started making my drink. So I said they could just cancel the order, they told me I had to cancel through the app. However when you cancel through the app you don't get a refund. So I called them back to ask for a refund and they refused to help me and kept my money. Thanks guys! Great customer service enjoy the money you stole from me!! read more

Always coffee grounds in my latte. Always tastes watered down and bitter and every time i've been here there have been grounds in my coffee.

Have been getting a vanilla latte twice a week for 6 months because I work in the area. Not once has it ever been made the same. Today was the last one that I'll ever order. Got back to the office and it was just steamed milk. When I stirred there was what I thought was a lump of Carmel but when it dissolved it was cinnamon. The drinks are not inexpensive here. There are several coffee places in the area. Time for me to try a few of them out. read more

This Duncan is horrendous. Every time I stop by they rarely have any donuts available, or munchkins. It's like they make half a dozen donuts in the morning and are sold out with the first customer. I went through the drive thru, September 2, 2015, and the young lady that was working at the window was really horrible. You'd be better off having a monkey work the window. I understand that things don't always work and their iced coffee machine was down. Which brings me to my next point. I called dunkin the next day to see if their machine was up and running and the man said yes our iced coffee is working. I drove 5 miles to dunkin the out find out their machine is DOWN AND NOT RUNNING. Waste of my gas and my time!
