I visited this Dunkin Donuts on a Tuesday. The layout is spacious and homey, and there was ample seating available with power outlets also readily available in multiple locations, which was a plus. Also, the staff here is friendly and helpful. Which was great because: This location unfortunately has no condiments available. And while I don't mind having someone prepare my drink and communicating, being able to grab just one extra sugar packet or some ketchup without having to trouble the folks behind the counter would be really nice. Particularly since I wasn't the hugest fan of my food. The coffee at this location seems to have gone the direction of hyper bitter, which to me is not ideal. I prefer a milder roast for my iced coffee. I had the $6 meal deal, so I also got an egg and cheese sandwich on an everything bagel. The insides were fine, but the bagel really should have been toasted for a sandwich like this, and unfortunately it was also a bit dry. The hash browns, though, were pretty great. Maybe just an off day, and we'll have to try again later. read more

Hands down the best Dunks. It's so much more than just going to dunks. Run into a neighbor, get greeted by the friendliest staff (who will rmemeber you!), get quality sandwiches, donuts, bagels, and coffees here. It's also so clean and so inviting no matter when you come by. This location has comfy chairs, a flat screen TV, high tables, low tables, outlets, and more. You can pop a squat with a laptop and even WFH if you'd like. It's clear the staff cares about the community and providing the highest quality customer service at this dunks. I always love coming to this dunks and would recommend it to anyone! read more

This is such a cute and convenient Dunkin location!!! I recently moved in with my grandma who lives in the Oak Square area and i love being able to go here to get quick and accessible food (i was in Sudbury before where nothing is walking distance). My order wasn't super complicated. They messed up EVERY PART OF IT. Asked for bagels sliced and not toasted & not Individually wrapped because it's a huge waste of paper, (no, she asked 1st to toast them & then gave them all to me whole). Then she tried to give me the wrong type of bagel, and although I had asked twice for low fat cream cheese, they put regular cream cheese in the bag, I had to fix that. Also gave me the wrong iced tea. NO EFFORT and NO ATTEMPT at service recovery. I strongly advise to NEVER go to this DD on a weekday morning. Of course, in the end, ALL bagels came individually wrapped. 6 bagels, 1 iced tea, 4 errors, no apology, never again PS. I'm now late for work, thanks DD. read more

This Dunks would get 5 stars if not for the long lines. Otherwise this place is really great. It has all the necessary components of a good coffee house and a few extras that were entirely unnecessary, but are totally appreciated. The seating area is big with ample seating, including some comfy chairs in front of a fireplace with a flat screen TV over it. There are always people sitting in there but you can usually find a chair, even on the weekends. Free wifi. It's clean and they have bathrooms! Imagine that! The lighting and color scheme are inviting and relaxing. I'm not a coffee drinker (tea for me) so I can't say first hand that the coffee is great but my hubby likes it well enough. The iced tea is good (i.e it doesn't taste like pond water like at some dunks) and the food is typical Dunkin Donuts fare. No better no worse than your average Dunks experience. This Dunkin Donuts is actually more pleasant than the Starbucks down the street. How often can you say that about a DD??? read more

This new Dunkie's in Oak Square across from the Y has to be one of the nicest I've seen. This is DD as Starbucks clone. They have plush leather chairs, a flat-screen HD TV, several tables, and oak paneling. Oh and free WiFi. The menu is expanded as well, including several snack items like pizzas and flatbreads things. I haven't tried them since my DD habit surrouds morning coffee. In this respect they do just as well as all the other Dunkin Donuts around. In fact, my four stars are for the atmosphere more than anything, since I wouldn't be embarrassed to suggest to my coworkers that we meet at DD for informal off-site work chats. N.B. I've been watching this place being prepared for over a month now, eagerly anticipating its opening since I must have been the only commuter in Massachusetts who didn't have a DD on his regular commute route. I love this dunks. In the morning the girls are all very nice and are doing their best to get all the drinks out of all the before I've had my coffee zombies. The staff here is always polite. There is a blonde girl who works there, I don't know her name but I know she made a chocolate raspberry hot chocolate before. She goes above and beyond to make her smile. I give this dunks (compared to so many others lol) 5 stars I wish I could give a guest review though. I have watched the staff get yelled at, insulted, and talked down too. Pros: Very nice for a DD.. Leather chair and really awesome plasma tv while you drink your hot beverage during winter. Love the wifi... Cons: they only hire Indian people they are related to which is kind of racial. They usually do a good job making my decaf tea but there's those days when they mess up the order completely! A solid Dunks experience... This one is the closest to me and it's convenient. If you're in a rush you can park in the bus stop out front and watch for meter maids ;) There was a line, and things weren't very speedy, but there was no excessive hold up, and my coffee was made correctly. Keep in mind these 5 stars are on a scale against other Dunkin's because let's face it, they may have beaten Starbucks but they sure as heck don't have the best coffee in the area. However, this place rocks!! Free wi-fi, HUGE dining area, leather chairs, big TVs. I actually hung out here a lot the week before I could get the cable guy to come set up my internet. But it's the service that sends it over the top. These guys are wonderful. They do not charge extra for an additional hot cup! The managers are very friendly. They recognize faces. Second time in a row I've seen them let people in without a mask. All of the employees are wearing masks but they do not ask the customer to put one on. Every one of these employees is responsible for the safety of the customers and enforcing the mandatory mask policy. There is a $300 fine for not wearing a mask in public spaces both inside and outside in Boston. This business should be fined for not enforcing the mask mandate. read more

Just moved to oak square Brighton.. Next time I move I will make sure threw is a real coffee shop in walking distance.. Dunkin Donuts is running a special on dark roast coffee right now. I have come in to Dunkin Donuts every day for the past 20 days and only six of the days have they had hot coffee brewed. Normally that place is ran so well. But because today is Sunday it looks like there's a bunch of kids running this place. One kid is sitting in the chair while the other girl is doing all the work. The girl asked the kid do we have dark roast he says no it'll take 45 minutes to brew. Well let's see, does you Dunkin Donuts have leather chairs, a fireplace, free Wi-Fi, and a huge Flat-Screen TV?? I didn't think so! It is clean, right next to a bus stop, and plenty of other good convenient locations. Also, the employees may not be the best in the world, but they are definitely better than the average Dunkin Donuts workers and the coffee just seems to taste better compared to other locations. A few friends were studying here do I sopped by to say hi. I was completely surprised by this place. There is dark wood everywhere and a large tv with the news surrounded by a couple of leather chairs. They have free wi-fi and lots of table space. Best part, the place is clean! This is THE best one i've ever been to not because of the set up which is always so clean and cozy but the people are amazing in every way. So polite and friendly which is so rare and on top of it they make the best coffee every time. Everyone knows how fun it is when it's Monday morning rush hour and you just want a coffee that is made the right way (First World Problems)... and it comes out wrong. This location is clean and all, but the customer service is literal trash. My brother and I went to get a box of donuts a couple moths ago and there was literally a makeshift paper sign taped on the door that said,"Be back in 15 minutes." written in chicken scratch hand writing with a sharpie. A few minutes later, people were coming from left and right, making a line next to the locked door. No one could see any employees inside the building. There were 9 people waiting on the sidewalk for someone to come open the door. And instead of seeing the missing employee come from outside to unlock the door, maybe coming from a lunch break, this guy came from a closet that he was SLEEPING in. He came up to the door, half-asleep, opening it like there was no problem with us watching him open the door after taking a nap inside the closet. He can't just temporarily close the door as an employee with no authority. It was ridiculous. But anyways, whenever I ask the employees for something or they give me an incorrect order, they always have an attitude and I stopped going. Don't go here if you are expected to be treated with politeness and get your order right. read more

I'm a little afraid of the type of people that I might run into hanging out here, just because the food it cheep and the atmosphere welcoming.
