Not only was it 15-20 minutes just to place our order - 2 cars in front of us - then another 15 minutes to get to the drive thru window, and then ??? to get our order, on top of that they tried to charge us $10 more for our order, till a manager got on the horn, with no reason for the $10 bonus! I stopped by this location to pick up a dozen donuts and a box of munchkins for a small group. I was greeted with a smile as soon as I entered the store. The store was clean and organized. Thankfully they had a nice assortment of fresh donuts to choose from. This DD has been fine during our visits. If going during breakfast time, there is always a bit of a wait to order, but nothing insane. The location could be cleaned up a bit more. Tables need to be wiped down more frequently. We've never received a wrong order, but they have been out of a few things we wanted, even in the morning hours. Staff has always been friendly when we have visited. I've had the BR ice cream, muffins, donuts, and iced coffees. They definitely use a lot more sugar and flavored syrups than Starbucks, so expect the sugar high! read more

I placed my order ahead on the app. Unfortunately, my family found out I was going to Dunkin & I received two phone calls from different members making their own requests. Because of this I stepped into the store to add to my order and was on the phone as I stepped in. I hadn't taken my third step LITERALLY into the store before getting yelled at from a young female employee from behind the counter. "HELLO?! Do you even HAVE a mask?!" Service is always slow at this location to begin with, but it was especially slow on this visit, even with most of my order being ordered an hour previously on the app ( and paid for). I know these masks are a hot button issue & they've even become a political issue. I don't care what side of the spectrum you fall on, no one deserves to get yelled at. It's just not that big of a deal and reflects poorly on ALL of the staff there. Masks ONLY help reduce the spread a SLIGHT bit if and ONLY if you habe Covid. Obviously they don't know if I have Covid, but it's not like I even had the chance to be near anyone in the store, having taken 2 steps into the place. She made it a public spectacle, & as much as I hate Starbucks' way overpriced coffee, I'd swear off this Dunkin location FOREVER if there was ANY alternative in the area. read more

Last time i was here, they were new. They ain't new this time. I'm here once or twice a year. Improvement, every time though. The order was right. Kudos there. Terrible service. The first time I went they didn't give me my card back and then never answered the phone when I called repeatedly to determine if they still had it. The Bacon egg and cheese wraps which are twice as much as the egg and cheese wraps have almost no bacon on them. I will drive further to get better service and better made food. Almost every single time I come here there's an issue. Unfortunately, the other DD is too far from me. The workers aren't the issue, it's the management! They're always running out of things. They continuously exploit the revolving-door of young teenagers by leaving them at times without an adult over the age of 21. They are constantly understaffed. But this one in Groveland Florida is by far the most disgusting miss managed location ever. I ordered three things and got 5 things and got charged for more than what I had ordered. When I went in to complain I told the manager what happened and not only did she refuse a refund. But I was called a liar too.
