Really bad at following order directions. They constantly have to remake coffees or remake sandwiches. Could use more practice making coffee drinks. I have been several times and the service is always friendly and quick in both the drive thru and inside. I am impressed by the cleanliness of the store. Doughnuts are fresh and delicious! I can't say enough about the staff here. They are a model Dunkin' Donuts in that respect! However, coffee drinks are not always made as they should. I ordered a medium Americano. This is suppose to be expresso and hot water, well she finished filling up up my cup with coffee instead of making more expresso to fill it. That was lazy and not what I paid for so, I was a bit disappointed.. TIP: If you are ordering Americano just order a small otherwise you get filled the rest of the way with coffee not expresso. read more

This DD is hit or miss just like any other. Sometimes you get a barista that knows how to make a latte, cup of coffee, tea, etc. And sometimes you don't. I enjoyed my visit to this Dunkin' Donuts. The day was sunny and crisp, and I stopped by for a cold-brew coffee. The staff I interacted with were friendly, attentive, and efficient. Likewise, the store was clean and functional, as was the men's room. The coffee was good, and I sipped it outside on the patio, reading and munching on a long lunch. Very friendly. I just got coffee and a bagel. I asked for the liquid sugar for my iced coffee. She said they didn't have the liquid kind, which was ok. But then she asked the person making my coffee to melt the sugar first. That was very sweet and accommodating of them. The lady who made my drink stirred it and everything. Made a quit pit stop to grab a bite and something to drink. Quickly greeted as soon as I walked it. Place looked and smelled clean. Order taken efficiently and made quickly. Got a caramel coconut latte and smoked sausage sammich. Both were great. Only complaint is that I asked for grape jelly. When I tried to put it on my sammich it wouldn't even come out the package (probably was suuuuuuuper old). If I had to guess they don't hand out a lot of jelly. The customer service here is seriously lacking. I went to the drive-through they asked if they could help me I told them the doughnut I wanted and I heard nothing back for a long time, I had to drive straight up to the window where I could see them working behind the counter and then finally they came to ask what I wanted at the window. I specifically asked for the powdered doughnut with the white cake icing cream, But what I received was the white powdered doughnut with the yellow cream. That's not a big deal accidents happen but the girl working at the window seemed like she hated her job and could barely tolerate customers. 5 People behind the counter and they have the order wrong. All we ordered was 2 sesame bagels with cream cheese. And another breakfast sandwich. We received one sesame bagel only. I complaint about it and paid for another one to go. I'd like to start this review off by saying ew. Second of all ew. Me and my family went to get some doughnuts, cute lil snack ya feel? I do like krispy kreme (now much more after this encounter). But we went to get some doughnuts and we waited in line. What a wonderful view of seeing all of Dunkin doughnuts trash, A1 my friends. We get to the window and my mother orders a dozen, 6 chocolate with chocolate frosting, and 6 regular, with chocolate frosting. We get our order, and as we drive off we notice our doughnuts were the wrong order. We went inside to get the right ones and the manager (a humble neck beard, lowlife rebel scum, says no. We can't) we go back and forth and he says "yea you should really not ask for custom dozens in the drive through we don't do that." Needless to say we got our allotted doughnuts, which were sub par as usual. But needless to say, it was a less than pleasant encounter on my vacation time. If you don't want to give mixes sorted doughnuts, please put up a bigger sign or put up a sign at all. Thanks for the headache, we won't be back. You're lucky I don't remember you name, doughnut boy. I don't understand how a chain of stores like Dunkin' Donuts could have one store that stands out as being so outright deficient. At one point, the employees that worked there were competent and capable; able to make good food fast. Nowadays, due to managerial decisions made by "Jody" and "Pete," the staff are all incompetent, the food and drinks are disgusting, and the store is just foul. My personal recommendation would be to go down the road to the Krispy Kreme, where the donuts are better, the coffee is hotter, and the workers are friendlier and more capable to fulfill your order quickly and efficiently. I'd rate this a 0-stars (based off the managerial staff) but Yelp won't let me. I don't want any of the managers thinking that they're worth one star, though; so I'd like to clarify that you guys are quite literally a ZERO out of FIVE. read more
