I got the clean karma iced latte and it was sooooo delicious. Mary is the owner/barista and she is so down to earth and sweet. She put lavender drops in my coffee to enhance the flavor- no charge and topped our iced coffees off with more coffee and ice before we left-again no charge and obviously is not an all the time thing but she made you feel like you're just a friend stopping by with some nice conversation. The ambience is giving hippie and that's exactly what we loved about it. This place is a relaxed slow paced feel to it as well. Found this amazing gem of a place while vacationing in Myrtle Beach. This was hands down some of the best coffee I've ever had in my life. I live in Vegas, so that is saying a lot! The coffee shop is super inviting and welcoming. Frankie, the owner, greets everyone that comes through her door and you immediately feel like you have known her your whole life. She is super friendly and personable and man, can she make an amazing cup of coffee! They roast their beans in house and they are so flavorful and delicious. Thankfully I grabbed a pound of her delicious espresso beans to take home with me. Along with fantastic coffee and yummy baked treats, she also has homemade soaps and topicals to purchase as well. I am so so so happy that I found this place while on vacation but I'm sad that I can't return everyday! The coffee is just that good! This coffee shop is so eclectic and fun. They make their own coffee beans with the best flavors such as butter pecan (a favorite) and German chocolate cake. When I walked in, I was greeted by the sweetest woman working by herself. She helped me pick out a drink based on the local favorites. I ended up ordering the Celtic call and my husband ordered the misty mountain. My husband didn't particularly like his drink because it has lavender in it. Let's start with this place is cute and kitchie. Much like you would find in Portland or Austin. The owner is super sweet & treats tou like you are her only customer when creating your beverage. However being from Seattle we have some VERY high coffee standards & the roast used here was a bit too over roasted for our tastes. If you like your flavored drinks a bit sweet ask for extra flavoring. The mocha with powder only (I asked for syrup) has 0 sweetness & the white americanos were a bit too burnt so any sweetness was gonzo. I belive they riast here, not positive & maybe that is how they like their coffee out here. To each their own, u do u sista. Some great hand made soap & oil sprays here as well. Regardless of our dislike of the coffee flavor, you should check this place out. The owner is one of a kind & really loves here customers, that is for sure. read more
