I am highly disappointed in this Dunkin Donuts. I have given them so many chances and they seem to never get my order right. I also believe they are lacking the proper customer service etiquette; the employees act likes its a chore to take your order and make your coffee. I have taken the guest satisfaction survey at the bottom of my receipt and I heard back from a customer service representative who got me in touch with the district manager about my awful experience. I emailed the district manager back about my frustrations and concerns and I have not heard back from her (even though she stated she wanted to hear from me about my concerns). This is so sad for such a new location. I know sometimes it takes a while to work out the kinks and get things right, but this location has been open for a little over 3 months now. There has to be poor management because it really does reflect on how a business is ran. I have been going to another restaurant to get coffee and I can get in and out of the line at the drive-thru in under 4 minutes, which says something about management of the company. I know the manager of this restaurant that I am talking about; she runs a tight ship and it truly shows. It honestly is very impressive when you get your order taken, pay for your order, and then receive your order in under 4 minutes. All the while having the employee of the company be very friendly and having a nice chat while waiting for your payment card back at the window. It takes effort to create respectable relationships and this Dunkin Donuts is truly lacking some much needed qualities for a business to be ran properly, which is so unfortunate. I truly believe if this Dunkin Donuts does not change, it will close. It seems like it is going in a downhill spiral and not looking good. I've gone to this Dunkin' Donuts several times and each time the staff are unaccommodating. I called yesterday to place an order for 3 boxes of munchkins, and the girl who answered the phone was so annoyed I called instead of placing an order on their app that she hung up the phone on me. I've been to this location about a dozen times since opening and I order the same latte each time. Lately, the last 4 or so times, it's been wrong each time. Yesterday I walked in to pick up my mobile order and there were 7 employees behind the counter and no one in the restaurant. No one even made eye contact with me, I could see the cup just sitting on the espresso machine. I waited to see how long it took for someone to notice me and the cup and finally a woman asked if I was waiting for a mobile order and then started making it, but it too was made incorrectly. The customer service has gotten worse since opening. I too blame that on lack of training. With Tasty Donuts down the road, Starbucks opening soon and Wired Coffee, Dunkin' better step up their game! read more

However I was very pleasantly surprised with the quickness of the service the professionalism of the service and the expected quality of the product.I expected nothing less from Dunkin' Donuts! I try to be patient with new restaurants and not be too quick to judge, but my wife and I have been to this place 5 times, and not one single time has our order been correct. The last time we went in we ordered 2 of the exact same coffees and they came out different. We just threw them away and left. I'd advise you never waste your time and money on this place. That being said the people that worked there were friendly just obviously not trained correctly. The blame for this trainwreck falls directly on the owner/operator. Unfortunately that exciment was killed last night when I went to the drive thru and ordered a ham and egg croissant with a large Hazelnut Hot Coffee Light & Sweet. First I had to repeat my order 3 times to the person taking it. Second when I pulled up to the window the manager on duty asked me for the order again cause the order taker forgot what it was. I got my order and the croissant was burned, the coffee was barely hot and it was not how I had ordered it. Instead of a freshly brewed Hazelnut I got regular coffee with Hazelnut flavoring. Visited last night and nobody working knew how to do their jobs. Ordered a small decaf drip coffee for a friend and a small black tea with Splenda for me. My friend was given stone cold coffee, and when she took it back to the counter she was told that it was coffee left over from the morning and that he didn't want to make any more. She asked for a decaf Americano and had to explain to him what it was- to be given regular espresso. My tea was lukewarm and I had to ask again for Splenda. I think, based on my own experience and the reviews I'm reading, they might need to just start over with a whole new staff and actually train them. Ridiculous. read more

Went into this Dunkin to get one drink and it took them 15 minutes to make it. There was no one else inside. When I got it they had messed it up and had to make a new one making the wait 25 minutes for one drink. I have been frequenting this dunkin' location for the last several months and it is very hit or miss. I have been almost every day of the week as it is close to my house and I love dunkin! Day shift is typically better than night shift but the staff isn't very accommodating and they have a lot of turn over. The last two Sunday's I have been there, there have only been two people working in the afternoons around 4pm while it is busy. Both times I have placed a mobile order and when I arrive at the restaurant, they haven't had my one drink ready. That's no big deal, I understand they are busy. I've worked at plenty of restaurants. What I'm not okay with is that they are constantly under staffed and under trained. The kicker today was that I ordered an iced latte with light ice as I usually do but the girl handed me my drink and it was 3/4 full. I asked her if she could fill it up with milk or even add more ice. I was told they could only add more ice. I stated that I usually get light ice and that I've never been given a drink 3/4 full because of that. I have also gotten their wake up wraps plenty of times and they have been burnt or it looks like they threw the ingredients in a bag and shook it up. I've complained online before and been given free drinks but I can't continue to frequent this restaurant or accept free drinks. They have real serious problems. The service is terrible, they have too much turn over, the employees never seem happy, and it's honestly shameful how terrible this Dunkin' is displayed.
