This was a cool spot. Parking available and not a huge wait. There was a nice menu items. I order a strawberry mango smoothie, large and a egg, cheese, impossible sausage croissant. The smoothie was okay, there was an aftertaste that I couldn't put my finger on that threw me off. The croissant was really good. Definitely enjoyed it. I will definitely return to try other menu items. It was a good environment. Staff was really friendly. Food was good.

Clean, modern, with a mixed aesthetic of industrial and natural woods. 8:30am on Saturday and it wasn't crowded at all, service was quick. Three breakfast food items (one with an avocado upgrade)+ a smoothie came to about $23.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Coffee and service are consistently top notch.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]I order a caramel macchiato with oat milk. Perfect blend of sweet and bitter with the temp spot on for immediate enjoyment.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]The coffee itself has a much better flavor compared to other chains with the burnt bean taste.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. I think we all know which one I'm referring to ;)

    Distance double.

Ari and Aaron cannot be beat. Excellent customer service. So warm and welcoming - neither are from Chattanooga but they certainly embodied the warm welcoming spirit of the city. [[HIGHLIGHT]]On top of the service the coffee was superb!![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]What a fun addition to our coffee tour![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I know the whiskey tour has an official website but I think a coffee tour needs to start and OWL COFFEE - FIRST Stop.

I'm on the road from Ringgold to Ooltewah after a meeting and my phone alert tells me that my client sent the concept for a rush project. Fortunately, Red Owl Coffee Company was nearby. I popped in and a charming cashier guided me through my first order. By the time that I fired up my laptop, my bagel and frappe were at my table. I snapped my pictures for you and then enjoyed my snacks before diving in to my work. [[HIGHLIGHT]]My bagel was decorated with big blueberries and my frappe was packed with chocolate and mint--just how I like it.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I'm equally thrilled that there are tall tables and stools available so I can alternately sit and stand if I'm here too long. It does wonders for my circulation and creativity! The playlist over the room wasn't pounding my ears like most spots. I could actually concentrate on my project while "bebopping" to the audio vibe. This was my first time to ROCC, but it won't be my last! =)

We decided to try a new coffee shop and WOW! The coffee is smooth and rich! My daughter and I both ordered a "Golden Owl" (like an iced caramel macchiato) and it was AMAZING!!! We will definitely be back!!!

This is a really cool coffee shop in Chattanooga. They have good coffee selections, as well as great food selections. We got friendly service during our visit I love the environment of it, as it feels inviting on the inside and there is great seating.

Great service and just a nice place to sit and have a good cuppa joe. Food choices are not extensive but are good. Nice, relaxing place.

First time to try it, very limited bagel offering & expensive. I stopped in for something I saw on Yelp & they no longer offer it.

This is a fairly large shop in a location that I'm not sure entirely suits it - but I was very glad to see it! They have a drive through but I wound up going inside to use the restroom. It's a beautiful and modern building, with a lot of space inside to relax or work. The restroom was immaculate and the line to order was short and moved quickly. Service was also incredibly friendly and pleasant. They were very patient with the customer in front of me who asked a LOT of questions, lol. I placed an order for an iced marble mocha, which had both dark and white chocolate. This was a unique concept to me but it actually really worked! I could taste both kinds of chocolate distinctly and it was very tasty. As I kept drinking it, I will say it was a little heavy on the milk for me, but ultimately it was a tasty drink. If I lived in the area, I'd be back for sure! I'm pretty sure they give some of their proceeds back to local nonprofits too, which is nice.

As we were getting ready to leave, the server came to our table. She stated that the sections had been changed and she did not realize we were her customers. She was very apologetic and offered us free drinks and a $5 off coupon. 5 stars for the attempt to correct the problem and the casual ambiance. However...that's where the positives end. We ordered the million dollar bacon and Purple Haze (lavender lemonade) to start us off. The drink was fine but the bacon was sickening sweet and just wasn't what I was expecting nor what I wanted in a piece of bacon. I ordered the Farmhouse hash and my guy ordered the traditional breakfast. We both agreed that our food was anything but special and instantly regretted our choice to stop here. Our potatoes were undercooked and had a strange aftertaste. I ate the majority of mine but my guy stopped eating after a few bites. We are particular about sending food back and after the uncomfortable beginning of our service, we definitely did not feel comfortable doing so. In fact, we didn't feel comfortable the rest of our time there and even remarked that we would have fared better at Waffle House. Maybe this was an off morning. I'm not sure. Don't take my word. Try them for yourself and make your own judgement. We plan to return to the area soon but will not be returning to this restaurant.

My friends and I were always lucky to snag a table for us those times. But coming in the morning is really pleasant. I've only gotten coffee here in the past, so this time we got food. I got a Pistachio Croffin (croissant muffin) and we shared a Berries and Cream crepe. And that first bite of that crepe was absolutely delicious. We were planning on sharing that crepe with another friend, but that crepe was so good we demolished it haha. We ended up ordering the Spinach Pesto crepe to share for later instead. But wow, I have nothing but praise for these crepes because they blew me away. The Berries and Cream crepe was just amazing. Fruits tasted fresh and juicy. The crepe itself was perfectly sweet. And the whipped cream cheese filling inside was light and creamy. I couldn't ask for more in a fruit crepe. Also the light drizzle of sweetened condensed milk on top? Chef's kiss. And then we tried the Spinach and Pesto crepe. It had all my favorite things inside, so of course I loved it. I loved the savory pesto spread inside the crepe, the spinach, ricotta, and parmesan cheese sprinkled on top. The tomatoes added a nice acidity to balance and the balsalmic glaze tied it all together on top. It felt like applause roared in my mouth. Also I can't forget the Pistachio Croffin I ate too. It had great texture, and had that subtle nutty flavor from the pistachio. I really liked it. Anyways, I'm a big Morning Brew fan. It's poppin' in the afternoon and it's tough getting a seat, but it's not hard to see why. I prefer the early mornings for a more quiet and less chaotic atmosphere. Love you morning brew! I will always remember how those crepes rocked my world and I'll definitely be back.

Grindhead is a funny little spot, directly behind a Dutch Brothers Coffee with a Caribbean/Pirate theme. So I walk in, and I hear from behind the coffee bar, Ahoy Matey to the sound of the Caribbean music playing in the background. The barista was friendly and helpful as we chatted a bit about the shop. I started with one of their seasonal offerings, an Eggnog Latte they called the Clipper. It was nice, but too sweet on the finish for me. That was on me for going that direction as I know the associated risk. Salt is a featured ingredient in a couple of their coffees, and as the barista had shared with me a recipe she makes at home that includes both salt and vanilla, I asked her to please whip up a latte to her home recipe.......now this was a real treat as the coffee, salt and vanilla worked in real harmony for a delightful drink. This shop is not really convenient for me as I have several good coffee house options in my own neighborhood, but I will be back, if nothing else I need to spend my dabloons.

This place is located in a plaza with a couple of other businesses so there's a bunch of parking. When we arrived, Bailey helped and picked drinks according to our taste. She's cheery and very friendly. I ordered some time of latte with Lavender and oat milk and my friend got the Crows Nest. I don't remember the name of what I got, but Bailey suggested my Lavender latte (with I think white chocolate?). It was some combination like that. Anyways, my drink was decent. This is a drink I normally get when I go to other coffee places. I love creamy oat milks and lattes, but this drink wasn't creamy enough for me. Also I felt like the lavender syrup was a little too sweet and potent. It overpowered the drink at times, it was just a little too sweet for me. I took a sip of my friend's Crows Nest and I was delighted upon first sip. It was delicious, not too sweet, and good. Maybe if I tried one of their chais or ordered that one, I would've had a better experience. There were so many good things about this place. I thought the coffee shop was cute with the pirate theme and decor. All the employees that we interacted with were wonderful. It's just my drink and the qualms I have with it. I'd come back to try their other drinks though.
